Pharmacy closes at 6. Reached at 5:40. Needed tetanus shot that doesn’t need appointment, there was zero line but person at pharmacy said, we won’t be able to give shot now. No reason given. I asked if you can let me know how much it would be with my insurance, she said, she won’t be able to type in to check it. Not sure, where did customer service go.

Very clean and organized! One of the nicest ones Ive been in! They staff was very friendly and helpful 🙂

I Called because I needed a Price check on printer ink and was told. Id have to call back because there was a line...So....??? only ONE person works in the entire store? Because this is my local CVS I do know that there is always a line because only one person is usually at the cashiering desk. Geeeeez CVS management, I mean if this is where the problem seems to be (always having a line, not enough help?) then fix it and dont lose another sale to Walmart or Target because thats where Im heading now!!!

Very delayed service at the pharmacy. Pharmacist missing from job for 45 mins and made customers wait. Will transfer my account to a store that can serve its customers faster.

Ive never had a bad experience with customer service here so I cant give it one star. Yet thats about the nicest thing I can say about my experience with this CVS. Most of the time, they dont have the medications I need in stock and have actually referred me to competing pharmacies for assistance. The prices of everything else are horribly inflated. So if you want to purchase higher-than-normal priced OTC items, this is the place to go. But your chances of getting a prescription filled are about 50/50 and you can find better value for everyday items elsewhere.

The pharmacy staff is so rude, and unwilling to help. When you go to a pharmacy you expect to be received by someone that can relate or at least understand what you are going through but when you are welcome by a team that clearly heat what they do, it makes it that makes ch harder for you. I’ve been there in several occasions, so this comment is not due to one bad experience, but it’s the collection of several bad experiences. I kept going there for convenience because they already have all my information but I will definitely be taking my business elsewhere.

Extremely rude unprofessional worst staff. Takes ages to process one item. They just dont care if many customers wait in line. Worst place to go. Pharmacy experience is equally worse. They make you wait for minimum 2 hrs. They ask u stupid questions before u can order medicine. Prices higher than anywhere else. All Staff are senseless useless and tons of attitude

Honestly, this is my local store everyone who works here is very nice, and professional, Checking-out can take some time but thats because customers are taking to the the employee, and thats cool. They have a relationship with most of those who visit location much like a mom and pop shop. Other times there is a delay because theres only one person on register and everyone just happened to get in line at the same time. They are very helpful, even have done IOUs for me with certain sales and the items out. If you are someone who wants to shop at a CVS thats the mom and pop feel, where they actually remember you and hold conversations this is a great location. If your some miserable soul who wants cold, mechanical no interaction service go to Walmart. My review refers to the store staff, up front not the Pharmacy.

Love this place,love all the pharmacists that work there,they are ALWAYS kind and fast.

The staff who pick up the phone call at the pharmacy is extremely rude. She cant hear clearly the number of the prescription I was talking about and she said OMG that is so annoying to me in the phone. Can you really talk like this to your customers? I will never go to this pharmacy any more.

HORRIBLE...cvs pharmacy at target cerritos west=first asked why I needed prescription...asked me to wait ...then called my dr & said it went to voicemail & that they tried both nos...i called my dr & they answered...they used my phone to talk to my dr...asked me to wait again after I asked if I could shop in the meantime...rude, intrusive, took way too long!!! WILL NEVER RETURN
