I was in a rush to get produce, so i quickly grabbed a bundle of lettuce, tomatoes, and fruits. At first glance they looked fine, but when I got home all of them were moldy and had dead insects on them.. this is my neighborhood grocery store, so i wish they will improve. they should have someone spot check the produce regularly and throw out any rotten items..

Today I stopped by to get some last-minute groceries from my favorite Ralphs store in Cerritos and was very disappointed with the way that Satrina the sales manager handled my merchandise at the register. Few times in the past when she rang my groceries she didnt make the effort to pack nor put my merchandise in the shopping cart. I feel now that I have been paying for Ralphs prices receiving Food 4Less services . I always try to skip her when she is at the register.

Had a very bad experience at this location,The cashier was very rude...ignored my questions no greetings and not even a word of thank you...very sad.The place was clean and well organized though...

Its a small store but when I did my shopping in this store and found everything I needed. . Its super clean and well stocked. Employees are friendly. Definitely coming back.

Lazy staff not fresh products made my whole family vomit when we cooked the products we bought here do not shop here lying staff they let homeless into the store let them in the restroom cough on everything and pass the covid around

Ralphs ordered enough toilet paper to make sure their customers could get one package. This limit helped ensure that all customers could have toilet paper today. The employees and manager were courteous and respectful. I come here for some of my produce, and this positive experience today made me want to return more often.

This Ralphs is nice in a good area and its well clean/organized however, its not an huge store compared at other Ralphs Ive been to because their aisles are pretty small, its not wide so it can be a lil bit difficult to get through while passing by others with the shopping carts. My only compliment would have to be at the ladies in the service deli. They dont seem really as friendly which I understand if youre tired of working in your job because I also work in a retail place but a greet would be nice just a simple, Hello, How can I help you today? Thank You, have a nice day. After she placed the chicken salad on the counter without saying have a great day. Wow Im so impressive Whats so hard saying that? Where I work at, I always greet my customers and we have a better customer service compared this Ralphs. I wont return thou, I will start going to Albertsons to spend my money somewhere else when the service deli ladies have their better customer service and will make you feel welcomed. Wont spend a single dime or a penny in this place where it wont provide a good customer service and not being acknowledgeable. If you dont enjoy your job, just quit so you dont have to be all miserable and being rude for no particular reason.

The old people that work in this Ralph’s is very huge :( it’s so sad that they so bitter ;( specially a woman there. I don’t know her name but, she’s short I will find out her name because the way she treats people it’s not right. Zero customer service:(

I always find what I need for fair prices. The service has been consistently good through the years. I think the chain is trying to remain competitive and making an effort. Based on the way the employees interact with customers, they got it have good management leadership. Give them a try.

I went to the meat department with my friend. And I was pleasantly surprised by their service. The employees name was Gabrielle. He was very helpful and polite. He was able to give me very informative facts about the meats. Overall I am very pleased. Thank you

I like that the parking is ample and usually I am able to get in and out really quick.Nothing special, just your average Ralphs grocery store. I usually get the weekly sale items, or come in when I need something in a hurry.They have a selection of seafood, but I stopped buying it. For the most part it does not taste or smell fresh.

Visit when you need different kinds of Asian sauces. I love the chili oil. Also they have food court.

I like this Ralphs location. Can be very busy at times. They employ Vietnamese and Chinese ladies as cashiers, very sweet and friendly service. I had problem once but manager interfered.

Bright and clean with generally friendly staff. We normally shop elsewhere for better prices but for a quick run for staples and sale items, Ralphs is pretty good and standard. Handy distance to Recycling Center in back.

Just moved to the area, having been coming to this Ralphs for a few months now and was impressed by how friendly the employees are. Until today anyways. The girl working in the butcher department this afternoon was rude and acted like I was putting her out by asking her to do her job. Ive always said, if you dont like your job, find another one.Also noticed there were lots of empty shelves in the Yogurt and Milk sections, not sure if someones not minding their area. Still giving this store 3 stars as the all of the cashiers Ive encountered have been more than pleasant, but after the butcher service today, Im considering finding another store to try out.

A larger and cleaner than your typical Ralphs store. Its great and has everything you could ask for. They cater to their local clientele with a few Asian items that I havent seen at other Ralphs. The prices are good, service is usually pretty good and the cashier lines arent very long most of the time.

The store was clean and neatly stocked. The employees were friendly and helpful. I will shop here again. Its sad that so many Ralphs stores had to close.

Employees are great with the exception of the meat department. Only the lady is proactively helpful. The store isnt as nice as stores in Long Beach and it is inconsistently stocked. One week theyll have wings other weeks they wont. The produce is also of poor selection.

Christmas time, super busy, lines were backed up into the aisles and they wouldnt open all the checkout lines. What the .....? Theyre usually better except when they feel they have to comment on the groceries Im buying. Come on Ralphs, youre better than this.

Great and clean place, friendly staff, they have great products and good service. However, they are not sensitive to food allergies. We couldnt find variety of Gluten Free products, we found only an expensive loaf of frozen 🍞 bread.

Its a great store. To bad it doesnt have a gas station attached to it. The deli is really fabulous and there meals to go are a great deal at the holidays! My family has shopped here since I was a little kid.

Its like going back in a time machine and seeing how awful Ralphs stores were 10 years ago. Old and out-dated. For a city like Cerritos, I expect much much more. There are no self-checkouts, so I have to wait in a silly line as people make small chat. The store aisles are compact and crowded. The produce is sub-par. I dont understand why this store hasnt been updated and re-modeled. Everything has that yester-year awfulness, thats embarassing for Ralphs brand. Good idea to avoid this place if you can.

Overall a really nice Ralphs. I usually dont grocery shop here just because its a little out of the way, but they have Halo Top ice cream, so I need to stop by.

I havent been to Ralphs since they close the one that was closest to me in Santa Ana that was pretty sad cuz I went there a lot now that I moved to Cerritos Im going to the one off of Carmenita and South I ran into a few employees extremely nice Im glad I went over to Ralphs its been a long time but I bought a lemon cake( it has two slices of lemon on top) its over-the-top it is so delicious I recommend this thing to everybody to go in there especially if you like sweet stuff to buy one of these cakes youll be hooked they also have a good buy on watermelons $0.20 a pound which Ill be enjoying tomorrow I also picked up a new Ralphs card so I can get those discounts lots of stores have deals but its the employees that make me want to come back and Shop there

On my own options, by the online marketing trends, cause supermarkets business slow down, but Ralphs wisely adapted and born again changes, all items and displays are very successful and peoples like to keep coming.

The nearest Ralphs to me closed down, H Mart taking its place. Although the next nearest one to me is in Lakewood, I come to this location when Ralphs is on my shopping list, because of Manila Sunset in the adjacent building.Smaller than the old location Im used to, it has the familiar layout Ive grown accustomed to. I prefer Korean & Chinese groceries, as they more cater to my needs, but Ralphs has some good advertised sales every now & again.The store is kempt pretty well clean & the aisles are clearly labelled, w/o feeling cramped like at Trader Joes.Service has been okay. Parking is in a private lot, shared by CVS, Subway, Wells Fargo, a taekwondo studio & other businesses.Ralphs does in a pinch when sales are good & you need to stock up on groceries. Im frequently in this plaza to pick up a 2-item combo from Manila Sunset, so I peek my head in here while its convenient.

I went there Sunday July 10th because our Ralphs closed. I go to the Deli department. First they dont go in order they just take anyone no matter how long you wait. One customer was get meat sliced when the girl asked him if it was thick enough the other girl moved her stuff and started cutting her meat. Which made that customer mad. I told them at the register that I decided to no buy from this store and told them why and Cashier said, so it was true what the man said that they just took over the slicer and made him wait. than we had to wait while one of the ladies was complaining about her sciatica pain. I paid for my few things and left for SPROUTS AND VONS. So disappointed! your only getting one star so I can post this complaint. I would have given none.
