They dont pick up the phone. The manager should fire whomever was working at 3:30 on April 23rd on a Friday. Dont waste a customers time. Lazy person working there, who I know is not busy to pick up phone during slow business during the lockdown at this time.

This is the store we usually shop at and will continue to do so. Good variety and decent service all the time. If something is wrong they have always done right by us.

Two workers 20 customers an when you finally get your turn they say you can order it from somewhere else the dont have it...😯

This store has really bad customer service.I came at 6:50pm and 10 minutes before actual closing time. The employees literally did not care about customer service and seemed like they just cared about going home ASAP. There were 2 other parties that wanted to come in there as well.How do you turn away customers who drove out the of their way to want to spend money. Outraged!

This is the place to come! If you got some hat needs! Stop delaying your needs for a new hat haha. Each time i come here i get treated with good customer service skilled employees. They are quick to suggest new products or help you choose. I do love coming here and will continue to come to this lids location.

I needed my new business caps embroidered and Brandon Scott Soto went above and beyond his responsibilities to deliver the finished products. Brandon advised me that he only had 2 of the caps I needed in stock, to be embroidered. However, he informed me that he would call around to other stores to check their inventory. Not only that, Brandon advised me that he would be willing to stop by other store(s), on his way to work (OFF THE CLOCK), to pick up the needed caps to complete my order. To top it all off, Brandon completed my entire order within 24 hours, from the purchase to the final embroidery. Id most definitely recommend Lids for your embroidery and cap needs. If you choose the Cerritos location, go directly to Brandon and youll experience the SAME LEVEL OF SERVICE That I experienced FOR YOURSELF!

Past several years, ive gone here due to the selection. They also have some spray that helps your hats stay clean. They spray it on, costs a dollar, extending the life of your hat. Got some good deals here, even for being in the mall.

This is usually the store I was come to and usually get good service. Today felt like I walked into a used car dealership! Trying to sell this and that and pushing there the sell down your throat and how they can embroider everything and do it now. But what they dont tell you how fast all the little things they can do send the price three the roof! Two 16 dollar hats turn into 101 dollars and change. Then takes over 1 hour to do 1 hat and it still isnt what you want! The people here are usually friendly and helpful but I guess there is always that day.

They were not busy as states Thursday. Is a slow day. No greet when i entered the store, no one offered me any help what. So ever. A red head customer service person walking around talking loudly on the phone. I was there about 4 p.m. and got no assistance. I left after about 5 minutes. Store could be cleaner and more organized. I was very disappointed because I went there to purchase hats for means my grandsons because of the good deal they were having.

Theres a sale associate who is rude to every customer. I person came in the store with a Patriots sweater and he began to boo him and talk trash very loudly. He doesnt know everything about customer service. No wonder he works at the mall.

There are a lot of pretty cap hats, so even though I gave them as a gift, they liked it!!

I bought two decent hats at the store, but one of them came home and the size was so big that I couldnt return it. I have a receipt and I cant change it to the right size if I cant return it. In this case, its embarrassing and I cant buy the product again. Can I fool customers in this way?
