Absolutely no communication. ordered 2 pairs of glasses. Three weeks later had not heard anything from Goggles4u. I reached out and was told that they needed to remake glasses due to an issue, and they should be ready to ship within 3 days. That is great, I feel I should have received some kind of notification that my glasses would be late. One week later, and glasses are still listed as in production. Called again, and was told the exact same thing, they needed to remake due to an issue, and would mail within 3 days, this time with express shipping. They would not tell me if they were making them for the 2nd time or 3rd time. One week later, and still in production. Yet another call to customer service, who again told me the same thing. Was told this time that they should not be at my house within 2-3 weeks. Three days later, I received a shipping notification, and assumed both glasses were being shipped. One pair arrived 9 days later second pair arrived 7 days after that.First pair the bifocal is crooked, and feel that if I bend the earpieces to fit my head they will break. Second pair is better, not up to my standards.

My glasses became cloudy, I thought they were dirty. No cleaning product helped and an optician said they were faulty. Goggle4u said faulty goods need to be reported with 15 days of purchase. So, they’ll wash there hands of any poor quality product ie your lenses start clouding over like mine do a few months later. I would think twice about using this company. They’re cheap for a reason. Thanks for the 55% discount offer - why would I want another low grade pair of glasses that don’t last?

Already bought 1 pair of glasses and have just bought another, no complaints at all, recently stood on my first pair and they came back for more! Good work people!

The customer service is phenomenal! I emailed and they helped me find what type of glasses I was looking for. One of the best customer service departments Ive ever seen in a company. My glasses are beautiful and they fit so perfectly. The prescription is just right. They always have coupons and special deals so the savings is just great. I havent found prices like this anywhere else. Being able to go online and look at the choices and even try them on virtually has just been so helpful. You have nothing to lose because if for any reason you dont like the glasses or they dont fit right, all you have to do is let customer service know.

Have now ordered twice from them. For the price Im impressed with the glasses. Fast delivery as well.

I have not received my order yet. From my understanding it’ll be like at least 3 Weeks from date of order as they’re coming from Thailand. 🙄

We buy at least 30 pair of glasses a year representating 6 households. We have been loyal customers of Goggles4u for at least 10 years.My last 3 orders have been very late with no explanation no desire to resolve the issue. Only we will send you an email.I ordered on 9/2. In the meantime, this time, I ordered glasses from Zenni and Eye Buy Direct to see if it is a global shipping issue. Nope! I received my orders from them more than 5 days ago...no hassle, great communication. Meanwhile my Goggles4u order is still in Production with no desire from representatives to even check on the order except to pull-up the same web page I am looking at and spew the same stuff...no effort.Order cancelled and, after hundreds of loyal orders in the past, we will never buy from Goggles4u again. We are done.

Scratched and Broken glasses for saleI would give them zero but that wasnt an option. This company used to be good several years ago but that has changed. My most recent order on 8/20/20 will be my last. I dont know how the company operates, but they used to produce and ship a lot faster, now it takes FOREVER. The orders are made in Pakistan and shipped to California, then to you the customer. The process is long, especially for someone who NEEDS prescription eyewear ASAP.I ordered two pairs, the first one I opened had SCRATCHES on the lens and when I tried it on was BLURRY, it was NOT my prescription. Great right? So I contact customer service and explain my frustration. Instead of Goggles4u, I get ZENDESK, the CSR outsourcing company that acts as a middleman and probably knows less about the company than you do. So they take a few days and get back to me with the line on the website, 100% satisfaction guaranteed or you get a new pair, great, well thats fine if maybe I didnt like the glasses for aesthetic reasons, but you gave me a defective product. So no sympathy no understanding my frustration, they just send me out another pair of glasses. Great right? Well the replacement pair arrives a few days ago, and I open the package and the hinge screw falls out and I look at it and it has separated from the glasses, so they replaced a defective pair with another defective pair. I might be able to repair it with an eyeglass kit I will have to purchase, but why is that MY responsibility?I email ZENDESK, I mean Goggles4u Customer Service and have not heard back from them about this issue. So learn from my mistake, pay the extra money to Warby Parker or some other company and stay far far away from Goggles4u, they have now become another hot garbage company looking to shake every dime they can out of their customers. Its really sad too because I used to like this company because of how they treated people fairly.

Appalling customer service. Said my order was complete when it hadnt been dispatched. Glasses were supposed to darken in sunlight but dont. Was prepared to keep the glasses and requested refund for the polarisation that wasnt provided. Appalled that I was asked to send pictures of me with the glasses in full sunlight. Could have simply sent them back and requested full refund. Wrote and complained to the manager and she didnt even have the courtesy to reply. Appreciate things go wrong sometimes but they have done nothing to rectify it. Wouldnt buy from them again. Appalling customer service.

DO NOT order anything but straight glasses from this site. the past I have had great glasses from goggles4u but when I ordered progressive with a tint the glasses came single vision, with one pair slightly darkening (maybe 10 percent). When I reported the issue to Goggles4u they sent me the SAME email several time’s until they got the desired response...I gave up. By all means buy the cheap 9.99 or 19.99 but don’t waste your money on the “extras”!

Received a welcome email saying glasses £9 pound delivered. Went to the website using the email sent to me. The time I got to the end they wanted £57.90, entered the discount code WELCOME9 and wait for it... they gave me a discount of -£2.90 pathetic. Do not support a company that uses such tactics to draw in business, its unethical, especially when a large amount of their online shoppers are the elderly that may not fully understand the actual costs. PLEASE AVOID.

Worst shopping experience. They send me the wrong order I had to pay to send it back to them and I supposed will receive my right but the make the same mistake again and send my back the wrong order again after several mail to customer service I lost my money and time.

I love googles4u. I have referred a few of my friends as well as family to the site. That is how much I love them. Sure, there are a few inconveniences from buying glasses online - like you cannot try them on, and if one of the handles comes off you cannot just go to store and get it fixed.But, the number of styles they have, the ease of ordering, the customer service, and to top it all - look at those damn prices ... You get 3-4 of these glasses for the same price of one costco and walmart after you have to use insurance. How do you beat that?

Ive been calling for two days getting a message saying there is no one available to take my call. They ask for your name phone number and email address promising to contact you shortly. That contact has not come. This was once a pretty good company. I would rate it as second rate currently. I went to Glasses USA and ordered two pair of prescription glasses.

I couldnt be happier. After cataract surgery, decided to start wearing glasses again. Dont have to keep grabbing readers when Im out, and they also help with a slight astigmatism in one eye. Glasses are also protective. A long time ago at work, some stiff copperweld wire end popped off the reel and whacked into my glasses causing a big nick. That wouldve been my eye if not for the glasses. Goggles4U has numerous frame choices. I chose largish with wire frames. Per the prescription they work great and were far cheaper than buying locally. Anything with a prescription always seems way overpriced and same for glasses. At the low price here, Im going to buy a couple more to have on hand. They work exactly as expected and desired.

THE WORST COMPANY EVER HAD THE DISPLEASURE OF DEALING WITH! i paid for expeditied shipping, that was almost a month ago and I still dont have my glasses. You gave me back my shipping who cares, I ordered glasses because I needed them. This is garbage and I have purchased glasses from other online companies and received them in 2 weeks. And they act like no worries just a couple more days. GARBAGE!

My Optometrist made a mistake with my prescription, and after I placed the order with Goggles4U was told it needed to be corrected. Goggle4U stopped the order and recreated the new lenses at no cost to me. The shipping to Canada was super fast, tracked through DHL, and the glasses were better than my last set I bought locally for three times the price!!I now have 6 pairs of glasses from Goggles4U and with their sales I can get a new pair of single vision for under $20 ... I will eventually have one for every day of the month .

I purchased two pairs of glasses but made the mistake of misreading my optometrists handwriting, Goggles4u worked with me to get the correct prescription sent out to me. Extremely fast and helpful customer service, i cant speak highly enough of their staff.

I bought from the UK site...After many years of wearing glasses & never feeling comfortable wearing them,I was hesitant about buying these things online.My usual store charged €150 the previous 3 times I have bought,& I was never happy with them. This time, I used my store for an eye test only,no matter how hard they tried to sell me some after the test.Armed with my prescription,I quickly found a non designer pair which I liked entered my details. €25 & two weeks later glasses arrived-the most comfortable pair Ive ever owned & perfect vision. I now wear my glasses all the time,& dont feel the slightest bit self conscious about them.Never again will I be ripped off by a high street opticians.Found a customer for life!!

AT THE END OF THE WAITING PERIOD, I CONTACT AGAIN TO REQUEST AN ANSWER AND THE PERSON TELLING ME SAYS THAT THE PERSON WHO WAS TREATING MY CASE IS NOT AVAILABLE AND BLOCKS ME FROM THE CHAT.
