Absolutely our favorite place for ice cream and sweets. Their frozen custard is a favorite and put that together with the Italian ice cream, best combination ever! We always order the Sorbet cream in a Large.My favorite flavors together are the Frozen Vanilla custard with the Strawberry Italian ice layer.also dont forget to try a sweet crepe! so deliciously sweet.The staff is always friendly and enjoy the free samples and mixing new flavors together.

I visited frostbites right before the end of the year and it was an amazing experience! I had only been here once before, years ago, but it’s a new favorite for sure. Firstly, they are doing a great job with enforcing covid guidelines, limited capacity, cleanliness mandatory masks, etc. There were a few people in front of me when I got there so I waited patiently outside, which wasn’t very long at all. Once inside Krystall, I believe her name was, assisted me and was extremely helpful. I’ve honestly haven’t had exceptional customer service like that in a long time. She was very knowledgeable, patient, and friendly. She offered a ton of suggestions and when I noticed someone walking in, I slightly panicked because I didn’t want to take any longer, but she was quick to assure me I could take as long as I wanted (another employee came to help the customer, don’t worry). I even noticed the employee who was helping customers with curbside pickup was very sweet.Okay now to the actual food haha (I’m telling you, I was super impressed with their customer service) I ordered this combination that tasted like a duvalin (mexican candy); it had vanilla, taro sorbet, and cherry sorbet (I think) and it was really good! (also tasted like cake!) I love the endless possibilities here, and they also offer shakes, crepes, and other things. The price was great too and the small was a great portion size.They have a stamp card program, and I believe you receive double stamps on rainy days! I’ll def be visiting more often. Best ice cream . the shave ice cream is so good but the vanilla has this delight creamy flavor. And service there is so sweet. They let you try as many samples you like. I tried each one. They give u a business card and they give u free ice cream if you fill it out. On rainy days u get 2 stamps!

Today my girlfriend and I were on the hunt for some frozen custard! If youre from around the area youll know that our options are basically slim to none, BUT! we came across this place on Google so we figured lets give it a shot :)Upon entering, one of the workers was coming in from the parking lot and was super polite and warm with his welcome so it was already off to a great start and then we met our barista if you will by the name of Kristal.She mustve gave us a solid 5 samples, all custom flavors that she knows of and were all literally incredible. Her attitude was PHENOMAL and literally killed it and made it feel as if we were the only customers that mattered. A completely dedicated and warm experience that I wont ever forget for sure.She helped me make a banana split but with sorbet cream and encouraged me to go as crazy as I wanted but she would make sure that everything worked out flavor wise. She was quick on substitutes and knew exactly what to do! In the photo below is a Duvalín/birthday cake flavor and trust me... It definitely hit the profile right on the nose so if youre into either of those things, be sure to ask Kristall to make it for you!All in all, this was the best first experience I couldve imagined and cant wait to go back!Thanks again Kristall youre the best! ✨

This was the first time my family and I tried this place. We liked our choices, but the 5 stars is more for the customer service. Adam was very helpful and patient. He answered all our questions and took the time to make sure our orders were correct.

This is my favorite place for frozen treats! The consistency of the soft serve custard is creamy and rich and the ices mesh together seamlessly allowing for great flavor blending. The ice is never dry. They have really perfected their craft! The staff is always friendly and super helpful. Theyll patiently help you sample and suggest popular combinations to you. You can layer pretty much whatever you want and they have super unique toppings like bananas fosters and sour sugar. They even make fresh crepes but I havent tried those yet. If all that isnt enticing enough, theyre open late and have a great stamp card rewards program with double stamps on rainy days :-)

First time here and it was really good. Girl working Saturday morning was awesome! She needs a rise, gave us a lot of different combinations to try. Will be coming back for sure.

Worst customer service with no greetings and employees just seemed really lazy. Health department should come and inform them about clean work areas and giving out fresh fruits/food.

Were from out of town and randomly picked this place because it sounded different from most other dessert places.Its so great! The staff is very friendly and helpful!Everything is decently priced, my crepe was delicious, and the cross of sorbet with ice cream was both weird and amazing! The staff was very knowledgeable about what flavors went well together.I highly recommend this for someone looking for a non-traditional dessert place!

Very nice staff. Unique desserts with Italian ice, custard ice cream, and toppings that can be mixed to your liking. My favorite is Peanut Butter Italian ice with chocolate chips mixed throughout. Yummy!

Loved this place. They serve italian ice and ice cream mixed together for this smooth textured frozen treat thats really special. Along with the crepes (which you can have stuffed with a variety of things) it hits the spot.

I really enjoyed the ice cream sorbet cream. Size was great, price was great, service was amazing. Only complaint is they are TOO pushy. They kept trying to give me chocolate samples even after telling them I did not like chocolate.Update: customer service has degraded. 2019

The sizes and prices are fair for the amount youre receiving, the staff is super friendly and such great service and positive attitudes. They have great flavors and the crepes are selfish. It does get a bit crowded on a hot day but its a nice place to go with friends.

So its my first time coming here with a group of friends. I do not ear ice cream because Im lactose intolerant 🤭tmi lol anywho... They have large variety of flavors dairy and non dairy. They also have hot tea and coffee looking at there menu. The girl working there I didnt get her name but she was super friendly and gave us samples of the flavors they had. She gave us advice on which to pick and choose from and some of her favorite and also what is popular. If its your first time going they give you a stamp card and it states that on rainy days you get double points and once the whole card is filled up. On the next purchase you get 4$ off. They have all kinds of sizes small, medium, large, pint, and smoothies. They place is very delicious and do recommend!!!

I dont recall the name of the guy who helped up but my guy you were amazing! So this ones for the dude who worked on 8.13 at like 7ish you rock dude!

Always a great experience when visiting Frostbites! They always offer different flavor options everytime I go. They ask you what your feeling and they try and match your mood. They make sure youre aware of all the different flavors just incase you havent tried something. I havent tried everything so I have to keep coming back. I love me some sorbet cream though, its a must have every visit. I did see some new options on the menu that I didnt know about so I might give them a try next visit. If your in the area and you havent been or even if youre far away but thinking of trying it I suggest you go for it. Any flavor should be good but I love me some orange cream. Enjoy!

LOVE LOVE LOVE Frostbites! Sorbet + Ice Cream (or is it FroYo? Im not sure) = YUM!!! They have an endless number of flavor combinations, many emulate other treats (Big Stick, Pink Starburst, Cactus Cooler, etc.) Youre allowed unlimited tastings, and the workers never grimace or roll their eyes no matter how many samples you might request. They light up, in fact, whenever you ask them what is good. They love talking about their favorite combinations and seeing customers faces when they try something new. Also, there is a crepe station that I have yet to try, but it smells so damn good, Im going to try a crepe one of these days. Their frozen treats are very reasonably priced. 2 people can enjoy a frozen delight for around $6-$7.. not bad, eh? The only drawback is that its situated in an odd corner of a VERY popular shopping center. Ive had to park around the block just to come here.. but you know what, its WORTH IT!!!

(sorbet cream)Well Im sure getting the sorbet or frozen custard separately would be good as well... but its truly the combination of both that makes Frostbites stand out. They have many sorbet flavors to choose from and a few custard flavors. The frozen custard itself is kind of thick.. I dont think I would enjoy it as much alone.You can mix in as many sorbet flavors as you want!They have awesome customer service. The guy who helped me and my sister gave us so many combinations to try. I was not even asking for samples and he was just offering them. I eventually opted for the sour gummy worm (his recommendation) which was a mix of green apple, passion fruit, blue raspberry, and raspberry lemonade (or was it pink lemonade??) Anyways, it was the four flavors lined up on one side of the freezer. Its not as sour as it sounds... layered with vanilla custard. and gaaah I would eat some right now.This ones a must!

First time trying Frostbites! The server that attended us was so helpful, I really appreciated the great customer service. I had no clue what to order the gelato flavors were all so delicious. She took her time with us and provided us with samples. She made sure we were happy with our selections and even mixed a few combinations for us to try. The crepe we tried was just as delicious! We had the capatain crunch mix of gelato and ice cream. The crepe with strawberries, bananas and nutella. They had high chairs available which is a big plus for me with 2 toddlers.

The service is very helpful. The servers are kind and patient. They do not try to rush you even if there are customers waiting behind you. They let you try as many flavors as you want. Also, they will help you try new things by recommending what they like to have. They have a wide selection of flavors with lots of fruit flavors such as pineapple, cherry, and passion fruit to unique ones like peanut butter, taro,  and horchata. I think theres something like 16 flavors maybe more. They also sell crepes here which I have heard are very tasty and are fun to customize. The main selections are just Italian ice or Italian ice with ice cream. For ice cream they have vanilla, chocolate, and combination. They also have toppings that you can add if you want them. Some popular flavor combinations that you can ask for are PB&J, Jolly Rancher, Big Stick popsicle, Pina Colada, Mounds bar and Captain Crunch. The sizes range from small all the way up to pint and quart. Perhaps the best thing about Frostbites is the reward system. You receive one punch for items over two dollars and two punches for items over four dollars. The cool thing about Frostbites is that they take into account all items you bought in your order not just your order over all like other places do. I went to Frostbites with my family and we bought four items but I got five punches instead of the one I would get at other places. Also, you earn double punches on rainy days. Therefore it is very easy to fill up your card quickly. Once you get all ten punches you are able to get two dollars off your entire purchase on your next visit. I highly recommend you go to Frostbites the next time you crave dessert.

After I eat their awesome ice cream and shaved ice, its the best place to also take a nap as well!!!
