Rack and pinion & some other things done .. they didn’t bleed my power steering system left it whining. As you can see it’s ridiculously Low… i bleed it my self. Thats the last time ill spend my hard earned money with them.

I brought my car to JJ Automotive as a last resort. Their mechanic fixed my car and charged me a Fair & Decent rate for the work performed! Considering that my car wasnt running when I had it towed to the shop, I was pleased that it was driving when I picked it up. Then later on that same day my car stopped working due to some major electrical problems, and he told me the truth about the condition, and offered to give me my money back the upcoming Monday. When I showed up, he gave me all my money back!! THAT is what I call honest, professional work!!

This shop has the nicest owner on the planet and the mechanic did his thing. They replaced my gaskets And charged me fairly. This will definitely be the only shop I turn to when I move to Nola! They are trustworthy and good honest people.

I went to the shop today and talk to a young guy about my car for estimated cause but he just shut me up and told me to make apointment but when i went home i called for apointment they want me back so i went back and talk to the owner he is really nice but the other young guy is so grumpy like old man.

Took my car yesterday to get some parts change shocks and struts and CV joint. great communication great price and fast i didn’t expect to have my car ready that fast. totally coming back!!

The owner seemed knowledgeable but wasnt there. The mechanic I had working on my car was awful. I left in worse shape than when I got there. Wont go back
