Great customer service and many different products you cant find anywhere else.

I hate to leave a negative comment cause I usually get great service. But omg today has been beyond horrible. I am on hold for over 45 minutes to talk to the pharmacist I waiting for approval all day finally get it. Ask a friend to go get it and they send the meds with no needles. Omg how am I supposed to administer the med with out the needles. Still no answer How can a business that deals with life and death be such poor service This is enough to make me move all my pharmacy need to another pharmacy

The store and/or pharmacy has only one phone number and when I call I can never get through; I have waited more than a hour and no one never responded. If fact I am writing this review why I am waiting for someone to help me. The RX number on the package is never right. Plus this rate doesn’t work because it look like more of the reviews state the very same thing.

Went to CVS CHALMETTE this morning for free Covid 19 test and breezed thru smoothly w the outstanding guidance and freindly service of Sable & Danielle! Excellence. Wish more places had this level of customer service. They are the best.

Pharmacy was very nice and helpful

Ive had issues with this store as a UPS pickup store. The store front counter is unorganized. Packages are not where theyre supposed to be. the shelves are divided for pick up for the customer and pick up for the UPS guy your packages may be on the side where UPS guy has a pick up. I have a tendency of having to come to the store more than once Because I am told my package is not there when I return on the second trip I find that my package has been found on the floor where It was sitting the day before. I go in today to pick up my package name Jcpenneys and its on the side where the UPS guy is to pick back up when is not to be scheduled to be picked back up. I ask for my second package and the young lady has an unprofessional demeanor when she answers and do not want to look again tells me to come back the next day when my package has been sitting there already for three days. No manager is on staff shes the only one in the whole store . this is ridiculous !! Stores want to be a UPS pick up point but they dont want to take the responsibility of careful organize with a persons package. when I picked up my package she didnt even ask me for ID she just told me to take it thats not good!!!

Vert unprofessional. They never answer the phone when I call about my medication. Then when I go they have it mixed up. Never had that problem before. I called the pharmacy for 2 days, and never got anyone to answer the phone. I stayed on the phone for 1 hour, and no response. If you are that busy get help. A lot of people need thete medication in a timely matter. Very disappointed.😰

Thanks to the pharmacist at this CVS for her prompt and courteous care in replacing my medication that was delivered by the N.O. East branch of the USPS, the bottle inside, completely crushed and flat as a PANCAKE.It looked like someone rolled over it with a car or truck.

Pharmacy staff came off as very unprofessional and uncaring in comparison to ALL other cvs pharmacies I have EVER been to.Seriously pharmD holders please try to remember and put into practice the professionalism you were taught in school. The college took time to stress the importance of it for a REASON.

I have been going to this Pharmacy for 2 years dealing with waiting 2 hours for scripts filled and other nonsense. On Sunday I went in to fill a script . This is what happened. The Pharmacist on Sunday said I could fill the script today. I went in to fill the script today and the pharmacist working today said that I couldnt fill the script. So I went to another CVS downtown and they filled the script no problem. I know this Pharmacist gives people problems for no reason because the women in line in front of me had the same problem.

)I cannot believe how unprofessional and uncaring this pharmacy is especially the woman who tends to the window. She acts as though I .Have just interrupted what she was doing and did not want to be bothered. Well lady i promise i will not bother you again. Walgreens is just across the street. Even though they are just as bad as you at least they do say thank you

The pharmacy manager was very loud and rude with us. We will take our business where customer service is better.

Store is not stocked well and the Pharmacy staff is never friendly actually pretty rude.

Well i know it is not at fault but the man made my dad and i stand for 20 minutes just to get for the medication for my mom.

Poor attitude and customer service in the pharmacy department.
