Let me be clear that this review is only for The service center. I made a appointment for my car at 8:15 AM. I dropped it off early as a courtesy. When I called at lunchtime my car was still not even started. When I called at 3 PM my car was not done. Finally my car was done at 4 PM. In the meantime I was late for my second job . Please note that I had an appointment at 8:15 AM. When I picked up my car the brakes were not working properly I was almost in an accident because the brake pedal was very loose. I brought it back the next morning and they looked at it and they basically told me that it was fine and nothing was wrong with it and well lo and behold I took it somewhere else and they discovered something was wrong with it. The service manager made it sound like I didn’t know what I was talking about in my own car that I have driven for over a year. And if I can avoid it I will never go back here again for car service. Let me just say that their sales team is fabulous.
