Went into store the man that waited on us not pleasant at all. They gave a box that had been open and taped shut. Got it home and opened the pieces where broke. So returned and the same man waited on me. Never said can I help you. Went and got me a new box never said Im sorry or actually did not say one word to me. Customer service tbat day was awful.

This was my first time visiting JH Myers. They were the only place around that I could find who stocked or could get light gray, vented soffit. When I went in, I was immediately greeted by a salesman. I told him what I needed, he checked to make sure they had it, I paid him and was on my way. I will definitely be going back!

These folks are our go to store, what they dont have they can get in quickly. Friendly helpful staff.

I have bought several hundred thousand dollars worth of material from this company -- and headache after headache, delay after delay, and lack of communication from my sales rep BOB has forced me to look elsewhere..... I guess i am not a big enough player to even get returned messages.....

Called to ask about windows and the lady that I was talking to was rude to me. She was very inpatient and she told me to stand still. What? I’m trying to figure out stuff so I can buy windows from you guys! Well you lost a customer and I will tell people not to come to you guys!
