Good choice of products, but customer service must be improved. I left without purchase.Shop managers did not know the assortment. I waited 20 min at the check out because at first there was no-one there and people were waiting in line. After someone showed up, the process was very slow

The place was a mess. Shelves were empty and items that were present were rarely marked with a price tag. The isles needed straightening up and stray items were laying everywhere.

Terrible customer service from this company. My mom bought a latte machine and there is no proof the machine was delivered. They insist it was and that it was stolen and refuse to make it up to my mom without a police report. Never supporting this company again.

They have some great stuff. Well organized store. They always have some discount coupons available.

Nice selection of items for the kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom, but prices are full retail. Sometimes theyll throw things on sale, and the 20% off one item coupon helps, but the store is mainly for browsing for ideas, and then buying cheaper elsewhere.

Good place for college shopping. We visited while our son was moving into college, and they had stocked up with things a new student would need. The staff are very helpful.

This BB&B is like most others in that theyre backed to the brim with stuff and makes you feel very claustrophobic in their space. They always seem to be 1-2 cashiers short in this store too. My last visit was the fastest wait Ive ever experienced and still waited about 5 minutes to checkout. We also did our wedding registry there and felt that their salespeople are really pushy about registering for 3/4 of the things in their store, even stuff you dont need.

Usually good about having those items the big boys wont stock. Usually good quality, too. Did not have twin size bed sheets in stock which seems like a common item to me. But they took the time to show me they were ordering it and gave us a confirmation printout of the order. 20 percent discount by ordering. The sheets are 1000 thread count 100 percent cotton and the price seems big, but they last a long time and have a good wide band of elastic all around them. Some things are ok buying discount, but we feel, if you can (and we cant always), it is better to pay some more and get good quality.

Their kitchen item selection for products made in USA were pretty good. I was surprised to find they had no silverware sets. The staff is always quick and friendly.

I appreciate all the available price drops and savings. I could spend much time there.

We went here to return something we purchased from them online. Customer service is in the greatest thing in the world here, and the return policy can sometimes be ridiculous, requiring form on top of receipts. that being said the staff were always nice and theyre always willing to help out.

Found exactly what I wanted- a garment rack!! It opened at 9am- early for Veterans Day.

Got what we went in for with the help of a very nice young lady helping us.* didnt like how right it is in there, trying to Hanover a cart. Heard a lot of people commenting/complaining About it too.

A toy store for adulting. They got nearly everything you didnt know you needed. The kitchen gadgets alone could keep a person browsing for an hour. Its impossible to walk through the store without saying Oooo, I want one of those! From the cool techie knick knacks to the super practical pots and pans and bedding and towels, theres something for everyone and every room of the house.

Last time I was in they priced matched an item and got me to sign up for the beyond+ Annual membership to get another 20% off they told me I’ll receive another coupon which you can do it again with. Just tried it and they said they won’t do it so they basically lied to get me to sign up for the membership. False advertising for memberships is not okay and bad business. Definitely calling corporate, it’s bad enough your prices are outrageous but to lie to boost memberships is just awful.

Had my wedding registry through BB&B here in Champaign, and it was so perfect! My mom and I were able to go and scan stuff in the store and then since everything was online, it was super-easy to manage from my house. Would totally do it all over again!

Didnt find what we were looking for (table runners) but for as busy as it was during the holidays, I felt like the staff was moving the line quick. Overall I was pleased at this bed bath and beyond.

Love this store for gifts, plus we always seem to find things we didnt know we needed for ourselves. They are especially good for kitchen items. I wish they would get a bigger facility, as it is cramped and challenging to navigate sometimes.

I had to return an online ordered item that arrived broken. I had originally called customer service, but discovered it would be simpler to just bring it in.The staff was incredibly helpful, and though it took longer than I would have expected, the order was abnormal for several reasons (out of state, coupon), and instead of making a big deal over price/tax differences, they refunded me a small amount. I was disappointed that a Christmas gift couldnt be given on time, but they certainly did the best they could to make it right.
