Small location but always good deals and friendly employees. Wish it was located in a strip mall or other store front. The mall keeps me from shopping here as much.

I just happened to go into Bath and Body when they had a great sale going on. Customer service was excellent and very helpful.

Sales team was excellent but Laura, who Im pretty sure is somehow the manager, was speaking so horrible to her staff (who were great) right in front of customers. I can’t imagine how high the turnover rate is. She was seriously awful to them.

Ive been going to them for years. Im signed up to get emails and coupons. I was told when I was checking out. That they no longer accept coupons from Retailmenot. Since when???? Couldnt find an associate or items easily. Not happy at all with this shopping experience.

As a former employee this store is the most unorganized store Ive ever been in. I went in there last week and I was he first customer since they had opened. I smiled at the assistant manager, expecting her to smile back or greet me and she turned her head and pulled out her cell phone. Then while Im looking around another customer comes in and the manager is all about wanting to greet and help her. How rude! Never again will I give this store my money. Rude service and very unorganized. Christmas Eve I had to miss my family Christmas to stock for the sale the day after Christmas and after finishing what was given to me to do, I had to finish all the other lazy employees work. Bull. Think again before shopping here. Oh and at one point I was given 3 hours on one paycheck. Think again before shopping or applying here!!

It is still the same. Have prices for items on sale and put them with others that are not on sale, so when you get the other items and pay you are told they are not party of the sale. To sumit up I will not be back

I think the whole company has changed recently. I went in and did the Buy 3 Get 2 promo. I was shocked when I checked out - the prices have gone way up! Not to mention, while I was looking around, 3 people in the span of 5 minutes came up to me and asked what I was looking for, could they help me, could they give me a bag, and they each gave me the same canned shpiel about some new scent. I was really annoyed and just wanted to get out of there. I wont be back.
