Horrible Customer Service. Had water tested on 10/18/17. Took over 3 weeks to get results of water test. Found out they never tested the hardness which we asked for. The water test also did not provide a break down for how much Coliform was in the water. I contacted Jeremy and asked for this break down on 11/13/17 and 11/16/17. He never even bothered responding so now per the well company I have to pay another company to do the same test again to get the break down and I still have to have another company come out and test the hardness. This company basically stole $80.00 from me and gave no viable information and wont even respond to emails.

We bought a new home outside of the city with well water. Our water had the rotten eggs smell and would stain our toilets and clothes. The Culligans rep came out and suggested we add a chlorinator to kill any bacteria and help with the coloration. My wife didnt like the idea of chemicals in our childrens water so they a great filter after the chlorinator that filtered the chlorine out as well. We spent about $2800 for this upgrade but you know what they say about happy wife- happy life. Just last week we were eating dinner and my wife said We have the best water. If you have well water I highly suggest you call Culligans and ask for the system they installed for us - no more odor, tastes, or stained clothes.
