My husband and I booked appointments one right after another and arrived early and were seen and helped the moment we entered the optical center. By the time my appointment time arrived we were already getting fitted into new glasses. The doctor was quick and to the point while being friendly and the staff was kind and quick with their work. Definitely coming back!

I have been getting my glasses at the Champaign, IL store for several years. They are always friendly and helpful, besides being very good with fitting and selecting glasses.I recently had a situation where my prescription changed while my lenses were in order (story for another time) and they replaced the lenses with the new prescription at no charge.Thanks, Sandy !

I am here from out of state and tore one of my contacts. I normally bring an extra pair when I’m out of town but this time I failed to do so. I called several different optometrists in the Peoria area and no one had contacts in stock. Called the closest Target because that’s who I use back home. I talked to Sandy who is amazing! She had my multifocal contacts in stock so I drove an hour and 20 minutes. She had them waiting for me! Wonderful customer service! Thank you Target and especially Sandy!

Sandy was helpful and nice. The store is small, which I like because I dont get overwhelmed with too many options. I got a pair of brand designer glasses for 50% off ;)

Went in because of a busted nose pad. Fixed in less than five minutes. The lady who helped me was gracious and cheerful and quite competent. Great place.

This morning I went in to get my glasses fixed after one of the lenses fell out and the service I received was great. The lady working there was extremely helpful, and fixed my glasses very quickly. Better yet, she fixed them for free! I would definitely go back again if i had any other issues. Thank you for your help!

I had an appointment with my 10 and 12 yr olds this morning. The ladies that work in this office are phenomenal!! They made my children feel very comfortable, and the attention to detail was amazing. Very affordable as well. I will be returning.

🚩The Lady at the desk is sooo rude. Let me walk you guys through my experience When I first walked up the optical part of the store She was working with one person and and other couple was waiting she told me come back in 30 mins (This was after I already waited patiently for 15 mins she spoke to the couple prob. 10 mins into me waiting and did not acknowledge me until 5mins later)so I left and went to the bank and came back so the couple that was waiting before I left was finishing up. It’s a mother and son there waiting in the same spot I was when I left, so when the couple leaves I walk...she tells me they have been waiting since before me. She’s really rude. I don’t understand “if they had been waiting before me” why she would not tell me to come back later than 30 mins......so I wait she wants to “honey& sweetie” me to death after all her piers had left the room. I told her to save it. So I ask her for my contact prescription and she feels everything out except the two line for the actual prescription...I’m guessing she was judging a book by its cover...but I’m not slow at all and can read very well....I ask her are you going to give me my actual prescription... she tries to laugh it off, I responded it’s not funny she reply’s I most I have filled the top out and skipped right to the bottom. Like how can u feel out everything but what I asked for... and let along when she actually filled it out she had to do a whole different sheet saying that she messed up. Like she literally tried to send me on a blank missing. She is abusing her job title. I think she needs to be reviewed and retrained. VERY BAD FOR THE COMPANY‼️

2nd time using the optical center at target and both experiences were fantastic. 2 repairs, no charge. Walked in, was greeted and treated right away, walking out 10 minutes later. Fantastic customer service

I just returned from a visit at Target Optical. Carly was incredibly helpful and patient - (I was with my children as I was simply doing a regular shopping and not initially intend at going to Optical). I was pleasantly surprised to find many brand name glasses I was accustomed to wearing yet the lenses were at a great price and they have excellent sales from time to time as well. The childrens lenses are extremely affordable too. I will definitely be returning!

It took remaking my glasses 3 times to get them right because I’m supremely picky and get migraines very easily. But the team at Target was so patient with me and helped me get them just right. Wait times for visits with the doctor could be shorter, but you’ll get that with any place that takes appointments AND walk-ins.

Great selection. Staff is very friendly. Glasses come in quicker than any other place I have been to.

Lady at the counter was nice, fixed my family friend’s glasses (free) and was a good experience.

I do not recommend going to this target optical after 4pm, especially in the winter. They like to spontaneously close early, and I found this out the hard way

This is my first time using Target Optical. I have had a less than stellar experience so far. They didnt have my contacts in stock so, I was given a different pair to get me by until samples in my new prescription in the right lens was delivered. It is a week later, and I havent heard a peep. I have to try the trial pair because Im in between 2 prescriptions and the Dr. isnt sure which will be a better fit for me. I have already paid for a one year supply but cannot order until I know which prescription he will want me in. So, here I am, out of the get me by trials AND out of regular contacts...wearing 3 year old glasses because my more up to date pair has a crack in the frame. Additionally, the girl couldnt figure out how to order a toric with a regular...I was there for like a total of 3 hours...it was terrible and I dont have glasses or contacts to show for it. I will call them today and hope to get an improved experience.

I was never able to even get through to a human to make an appointment. I called it rang 4 times, then it picked up with silence and hung up. I tried several times and each time was the same. So I will look elsewhere for glasses for my family.
