Yesterday, the team from Luther Falls installed granite counters in my kitchen, kitchen island, coffee bar, and dining room built in. They were on time and complete within about 2 hours. Very professional and top notch quality. The owner gave me an excellent price and provided excellent service. I would definitely use them again!

Stay far far away from Luther Falls. While working with a friend to remodel his kitchen, they used Luther falls for countertop installation. There was miscommunication from the outset and the countertops were 6 weeks delayed. Immediately following installation, it was noticed that there were finger marks on the edges and the smudge of an arm mark on the counter and a small nick in the edge of the counter top, roughly the size of felt tip pen. A granite approved cleaner was used and the finger marks and smudges remained. When Luther was called, he insisted that it had to be the cleaner that ruined and stained the sealer, but he sent out an installer to reseal the counters. This did not work. It was then decided that the counters would be stripped and resealed. The day that the stripping was to occur, no one showed up. When the installer was contacted, he told the us it that it was the responsibility of the homeowner to do this. I called to speak directly to Luther and he was immediately defensive. He has not been to the property to see the stone and continued to accuse the homeowner of damaging the stone with the cleaner. As we both raised our voices Luther told me Listen to me and shut the F*** Up He then hung up on me. Note, I did not swear at him. I called to leave a voicemail to ask him to call back so that we could continue our conversation. We have not heard from since. Please avoid using this business and support another local stone supplier.

Just want to say a BIG thank you to all those at Luther Falls for their help in getting countertops for our home! I really do not like doing projects like this, but a friend recommended Luther Falls and I’m so grateful I listened! From the first day I walked into the shop Luther made this easy. He listened to what we wanted, looked at pictures of our kitchen, then took me directly to what he thought we’d like - AND he had passed down a great price he’d gotten on the Quartz so the cost wasn’t as much as expected! My husband and I both really liked what he chose, and after looking around a bit more, made the decision go with what Luther had suggested. They cut the countertops right there, so there was no delay in putting them in as scheduled. The guys who did the install were so nice, and did a great job! I’ve told others about our experience and one has already bought their countertops there as well. THANK YOU!

Called and scheduled for them to give me a quote for a bathroom remodel and a half bath remodel this appointment was scheduled for June 3 and I had to have my realtor meet me out there to access the house. At the scheduled appointment time they were still not there and I called after 15 mins and spoke with Luther and he apologized and said he was sending someone out right then. He came done the measurements and said I would be getting a quote for the project no later than the 4th. I have since had to reach out several times to ask about the quote and even apologized making sure they were able to read my handwriting when I wrote my email address down for him. Today I called for the 4th time about the quote and if I agree to have the work done in December they would get a quote to me? Very disappointing since several coworkers recommended his work to only get the run around.

Horrible experience with Luke and granite installation. Countertops scheduled for installation on Wednesday September 9th, 2020. This is for a house we are getting ready to list on the market so made the drive to the house for them to install it. I get a call from Rob the installer saying he messed up one of the raised bar pieces and that they will install that specific piece 2 days later on Friday September 11th. I mentioned to Rob I will need to let someone in the area know to let them into the house but will need to work with their schedule as they have to work. Rob agreed.September 15th, I call as I have not heard anything from them on the install. They say we will try to schedule an installation for September 18th but can only make the morning work. This does not work for me as now I need to make a separate trip and the family in the area will be working until afternoon. Rob leaves for vacation the following week so if I would like it installed, I need to wait until the following week.Luke immediately gets defensive and says you need to work with my schedule now. Raises his voice on the phone, says I dont know where youre from but we dont deal with stuff like this around here. You work with my schedule and most people let them in to install countertops without ever being home. Im not letting random people into a house to work without me being there. Luke hangs up and now refuses to answer the phone call at the office and says let me know when you have something smarter to talk about but im not dealing with this today.He also threatened to file a mechanics lien on the house when the job isnt completed -- shocking considering they messed up the the fabrication of one of the granite pieces.Stay away from Luke and Luther Falls. Horrible service and horrible owner. By the way, look at the other reviews below mine describing the owner -- 100% accurate.Edit: To respond to the owners comment about not having any money to pay for the balance, the remaining amount owed is $1,000. I paid the deposit up front just as agreed and the remaining when the work is finished. Why would I pay the remaining balance when the work is not done? Finish the job and youll get paid, Luke.

While I was happy to find the granite I was hoping for and my expectations were high until the day of install. I called the day before to confirm the time of the scheduled appointment, -1pm . After 2 pm I called to inquire as to when they would be arriving and was then told 3:30-4. Still no more information from them, againafter 4pm I called to find out what time they would actually come. I was answered with a “I don’t know I’ll have someone call you. I let my frustration be known to her, This person told me I was “making her anxious “. I was upset, and I think rightfully so, but I was not rude nor did I use any profanity. When the second individual called he informed me that it was going to be about 5:30, (its a 2 hour job) and was extremely agitated that I would be upset and stated he was “working his A## off to get it done for me, as if he was doing me a favor and was very agitated and also used a raised voice with me. Moments later the owner called and he also swore at me and told me he would just refund my money, they wouldn’t be coming at all because he didn’t like MY attitude and didn’t need my business. Yes, this actually happened. A simple call from them to keep me informed that they were so far behind or perhaps a reschedule would have been all that it should have taken. I think it’s natural that a customer feel unappreciated and frustrated by the lack of courtesy.Since then I’ve been told by several others that they also had a similar experience. If you’re like me you love to support small local businesses, in this case, though, if you hope for a reliable or professional experience I recommend you quickly reconsider. I’ll be happy to take my money elsewhere.

Luther Falls helped us from start to finish to replace our countertops, provide matching countertop on an island, and new kitchen sink. Their attention to detail and willingness to flex on schedule to meet needs of cabinet painter (also an excellent reference from Luther) was very much appreciated. We actually bought a fridge that needed countertop and cabinet rework, and it was handled quickly and professionally. My sincere thanks to Luke, Rob, Ashley, and Clifford for their great work.

Luther Falls has been the go to business in this area since I was a kid. While working with Luther on my Kitchen I learned that indeed, he is 3rd Generation AND he has a worker still with him that worked for his Grandfather. I like that. My transaction was excellent. The new counters look great, installation was smooth and easy, and they left my home as clean as they found it. After the job was done, I noticed that two pieces of the granite didnt seem to match as well as I thought they should (all pieces were cut from the same slab as they should be); Luther responded within 48 hours and the result is perfect. I found the young lady in the office to be knowledgeable, personable and eager to help. Commendable, I think, given how busy they seem to be whenever I was there.

This company has some bad reviews, so dont necessarily count them out. I went into the store and was greeted with a friendly face who knew a lot about granite. We had already decided on Caledonia and it just so happened to be one of the cheap deals they had. I called the next weekend to set up the measurement and they came the NEXT DAY. They had the granite installed the next weekend. It looks very good, flawless install and QUICK. They also allowed me to rip out and get rid of the old counter tops for a discount. This was EASY. Dont worry about Mr. Falls personal life, he is a small business owner that did his job very well. If you are a decent person who knows how to conduct professional business you will have no problems with him. I believe the reviews on here are misleading, this is why I am posting this. Good luck

I called for a quote. They said they would call back. Never did. Called again, said they would be at our house at a specific time. An hour after that time they had not shown up. I called and they basically told me they had didnt have the time to do my kitchen. Why couldnt they have told me that 2 weeks ago so i could have been working with someone else. My wife wasted a whole afternoon to find this out.

Had large kitchen done with new counters. The measuring and installation were perfect. They dont always respond on the phone and we had trouble getting them to tell us what the hold-up was but I love the counters!

AWESOME! We had granite counter tops installed by Luther Falls and had a great experience! Within 1 month from stepping in their store and talking with them our counter tops were ordered, cut, and installed, they look great! The day after talking to Dee they came out for a rough measurement and estimate, then 10 days later came out for a final measurement and then 10 days later installed and finished. Their work crew showed up and went straight to work on our kitchen, they were very professional and cleaned up totally when finished.P.S.We got 3 estimates and nobody could beat their prices!

I have bought countertops on multiple occasions from these guys. I ordered a slab almost 3 weeks ago and was getting bounced around so just asked for my money back. As soon as I left Luke called me a cussed me out and threatened to fight me. I’ve never felt more disrespected by a local business owner. It’s worth spending more money elsewhere not to deal with these guys.

The lady that answers the phone seems fine, but the son is quite unprofessional. He was scheduled to arrive for a kitchen measurement at 9:00 am. The mother called to inform us that he would be late. At 12:30 we still had no word from them. When we called the son seemed agitated and informed us that he would never be coming to take the measurements, said goodbye and hung up. Not sure how companies like this are able to stay in business with such unprofessional practices.

Product is bad and customer service is worst ever. Customer service is very very very bad. I was told warranty is for one year for my granite counter top. Their granite probably wasnt good quality granite. We have few dents within one year, I called and talked about that. I just wanted them to come and take a look and give some suggestions. After that they started refusing my phone. Every time I called they hung up on me because they know my number. After several try I called from a different phone and they told it will be $150 to come. Never go to that store. Mr. Falls is very rude, Mrs. Falls is sweet until you pay them, after that she starts to show her real face.

We had our kitchen measured for cabinets in mid-May, and finalized our order from the plans supplied by Deanna Falls. We were told the delivery time for the initial cabinets was 5 weeks (which would have been end of June). A few weeks later I am told by the company that the manufacturer is behind on orders, and it will be an additional 6-8 weeks. In mid-August, having expected to hear at least an update, I tried to contact Deanna by both e-mail and phone and get no responses. Eventually, after waiting a few weeks or so, I drove up to the business to find out what is going on and am told that Deanna had retired.The cabinets finally arrived after Labor Day and were installed by our contractor. Luther then came to my house to measure for the island cabinets, which were then ordered. When those cabinets arrived, the style and type was completely different from what was on the design plans. In the ensuing weeks while we are patiently waiting for corrected cabinets, I made several calls to Luther Falls office and reached his assistant who promised me he would call me back promptly. It was often a week before I would get a call back, if at all, and often I had to visit him in person to get an answer (such as: Where are the drawer pulls? A: we didnt order them. Feel free to go buy them elsewhere, or Q; Can I order one more thing -a set of shelves? A: Cant you just build them from scraps?).Anyway, Nov 17, the delivery men from Luther Falls drop off 3 more boxes and we open them while the truck is still here to find that only one of the 3 units is correct and the other two are incorrect. The delivery guys call Luther and are told by him that I had to take em or leave em, So I call the business and the assistant tells me hes not there to take my call. I explain the situation to her, and soon I hear Luther yelling in the background that the customer had changed her mind TWICE now, so tell her shell have to take me to court if she wants different cabinets. Then he finally gets on the phone and proceeds to yell at ME, refusing to back down and still insisting that Id have to take him to court. I send the delivery guys away, apologizing to them for having to wait and hear a heated argument. Their answer is We work there. Its like that every day.After they leave I pull the original designs up on my computer, having saved the e-mail from back in May, and send it to Luther. I get an e-mail back saying that they will order the corrected cabinets. The errors were because they had lost their copies of the design. No apology, however.When the third set of island cabinets finally arrived, they were broken in several places - two of the drawer supports were broken off in one cabinet, plus it had a huge crack on the face. Of the other cabinet to flank the range, the face was separated from the body of the cabinet on one side. I chose at that time to repair those issues rather than wait yet another 3 weeks. Additionally, they delivered a 4x8 sheet of 3/4 inch finished-on-one-side plywood, which I was told was for the cabinet you wanted to build along with a $550 bill for same, despite my never having ordered such an item.... (I paid for it anyway, not wanting more drama, despite the outrageous pricetag)So, when time finally came to have the island countertop installed, I asked for a simple itemization of all of the costs to date, and he adamantly refused to provide one, even tho the amount of granite actually installed was less than that of the original estimate. When I did get at least a bill for the total job, I noticed that the backsplash tiles that he had quoted me a $10 a square foot price on for 30 Sq ft., was now being billed at $580. The answer that I got to this error was that we will not ever come to your house again, and he decided he would keep the countertop that was already cut.So, now in late April of the year following the start of the project, we sit with an unfinished kitchen island, waiting for granite from Home Depot, wishing we had gone there in the first place...

I have been waiting a couple months to hear back. I stopped in and left my name and number on a Saturday and was told I would get a call on monday. After about 10 days I emailed them and mentioned my visit and that in case my info had been misplaced I gave it all again in my email. Still no reply. We are going elsewhere. Horrible customer service! The owner is verbally abusive and NOT worthy of your business! He has NO problem taking your deposit, but buyer beware, getting him to schedule an appointment AFTER he has your money, is HIGHLY UNLIKELY. When you do call to schedule measurements, he will likely curse you out and tells you he doesnt give a damn if you tell everyone you know or write a bad review, because he has more business than he knows what to do with. Heed all the customer warnings below mine and save yourself the time, effort, money, & headache because HE DOESNT DESERVE ONE CUSTOMER, LET ALONE MORE THAN HE CAN MANAGE!!! ABSOLUTELY THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!

We purchased cabinets and countertops. We had no issues with the countertops. The guys that installed those and work for the Falls are very professional. The owners were not. We had tons of problems with the cabinets. They came out and measured and they crafted the design. We had problems getting everything we ordered actually delivered, when the cabinet were delivered we had problems with THEIR design (two cabinets were the wrong size and one was the wrong height), a couple of cabinets had dents and the drawer hardware didnt work correctly (they were supposed to be soft closing slides and wouldnt close without pushing really hard and hearing the hardware snap), they promised to fix things and get us done with this renovation but started not calling us back. In the end, all these issues suddenly became my fault and I had somehow done something wrong to them! I had never previously spoken to the son or the father, had never gotten angry or said anything mean and when trying to resolve the last of the issues with the cabinets we were yelled at and had the son stalk away and slam a door in our face. The father yelled and told me never to come back. I had never even spoken to those two before that day. I expect companies to fix their mistakes and deliver products that are not defective. Thats it.

Worst customer service I have ever had. I was told my house was a piece of S*** repeatedly and was cussed at. Was given the wrong granite and he said I could either see him in court or I lose my half deposit that I gave him. Wouldnt recommend to my worst enemy.
