The guy in there doesnt acknowledge customers as they enter the store. Did not feel welcome at all. Spend over $400 and couldnt be bothered with a have a nice day

I was looking for a fedora and found exactly what I was looking for a a reasonable price. Everytime, every single time...I find great selection you cant find outside of Chicago with professional service at an appropriate price. If you dont like their prices, check out their season ending sales (great but less selection, duh.), or check Rural King. Great local treasure.

Got measured for my wedding suit here last week. Staff was very helpful and it was great to hear some of the history of the building.

Knowledgeable staff and excellent clothes.

They did not provide the suit I purchased to me by the date I needed it, so I had to buy another suit at the last minute from elsewhere. Then they refused to refund me for the suit that I never received from them. Based on my experience, I would rate them as a scam.
