Specifically worked with Quinton to create this project.Contractors Gary and Mike did the work and were quick, efficient, polite, professional throughout.Quinton was direct, straightforward, clear, and patient with us every step of the way, and we are very grateful. Now that this job is complete, we couldnt be happier that we chose to do this at this time, nor that we chose to use Pella. Quintons recommendation of an awning window for our kitchen was particularly great. We would not have thought to use this style of window on our own, and we love it!

I do all types of quality remodeling and always recommend Pella Windows, with the top notch service and a warehouse right here in Champaign. 30 years ago Pella and Anderson Windows were equally well made but now I think Pella is clearly better. Windows are like tires on your car. You dont need to get top of the line but dont go cheep because thats where the rubber hits the road.

While the quality of Pella products have waxed and waned over the years, Illini Pella has always given great help and service. Having quality local service is a primary reason I recommend Pella to my customers.If you have an issue for whatever reason, do you want to go to a big box store to have a “sales associate “ tell you to go online, only to search web pages until frustration forces you to click the close button.I prefer to deal knowledgeable human beings. I have always found them very helpful and willing to do what they can as long as everyone is being reasonable in their expectations.

Truly awkward person on the phones-- called in about a cracked window and it seemed like the lady had no idea how to handle the situation. Asked me how I wanted to fix it-- lol. Thats what youre here for... Wasnt even sure if she should have someone come look at it. Ill update this if their techs actually come by.

Dave Rollins, the Sales Representative at Pella in Champaign gave me a complete estimate of the price of replacement options for the three windows that were original to my home and needing updating. Because of weather issues, the original install date was delayed, but he regularly informed me of the status of my installation. Dennis Reed just finished the installation of my windows. They are beautiful and it was a pleasure having Dennis here. He did a very professional job of installation, kept me informed about progress, and left my house cleaner than he found it! Thanks again to both of them for this great service.

I just finished building my second home and used Pella of champaign for both. My first house was an average home built on a budget, which they had a great product for. The home I just finished is the forever home where budget was not as much of a concern as the quality was. The quality, options and look is exactly what I was looking for. I have had many compliments on the doors and windows. Mike Marry was a huge help as well as the rest of the Champaign staff. Throughout the entire building process they went out of their way to make this as stress free as possible. No complaints about quality or service. I highly recommend.

This place took several tries to fix my screen windows made inside the glass. Service tech failed to follow orders. Manager was accommodating and only charged me half price.

Great product, great service. Im not a high volume customer but they treat everyone well. I dont even price check anymore. . .if I need windows I call Pella.

The customer service was absolutely terrible. I needed information for a very important class project and they immediately refused and hung up. Because of this, I failed my assignment and had to spend 5 hours working on extra credit as to not fail the class.

Poor customer service. I have several Pella doors in my home and one of them has a couple faulty screws near the deadbolt. I came in today with a photo of the problem and asked for assistance in identifying the appropriate replacement screws. The employee was incredibly rude and dismissive, saying that he was unwilling to tell me what replacement screw my Pella door needs because I purchased the door from a local competitor, even though I had every intention of purchasing all replacement parts from Pella Windows & Doors. I will think twice about purchasing products from this store until customer service improves significantly.

Recently, I had a couple questions for Pella for a school project. They refused my request. I had to switch companies, and I ended up turning in an incomplete paper. I was very disappointed.

I have been trying to schedule window replacements for my entire house for several weeks now (a large project and a lot of money!) and they have been extremely slow to respond. Ive had to reach out to them numerous times. If I hadnt already put 50% down Id choose a different company because this does not inspire confidence.
