Not only did they not show up, they did not contact me to tell me why no one came to our appointment. And of course, I got no apology either. My garage door spring snapped after most places had closed. We had an appointment with another company we were unfamiliar with and waited until 10pm for them to come out - nobody showed. I called Furry without knowing anything about them, Blake answered right away, and came in about an hour. From the initial phone call, he was very personable and helpful (something I didn’t experience with the other companies). Blake came out at 11:30pm, fixed my garage door spring quickly, checked everything out to make sure it was functioning properly, and did all of it with a great attitude and having some time to converse with me about different things. Will continue to use Furry/Blake for my future garage door needs and highly recommend them!

Friendly customer service, made it as simple as picking out the mechanism I wanted and the date I wanted it. The garage door opens very quietly now, and the opener remote works from a good distance so I can have the door open by the time I pull into the driveway. Very satisfied!

Early Saturday afternoon our automatic garage door got stuck halfway and we could not get out car out of the garage. I called Furry and the answered right away. Unfortunately, they were totally booked for Saturday and could not service the door, but they did tell me how to use the emergency cord so I could use the door manually. They asked me to send photos of the garage door mechanisms so they would know what parts to order/bring. They scheduled me for the first appointment on Monday morning and sent confirmation and reminder texts (even with a photo of the repair person.) The repair person, Sawyer, was very friendly and arrived on time (and even called beforehand to let me know he was on his way.) Sawyer determined it was a gear and the sensor needed to be reset. He completed the work quickly (45 minutes) and had me test it before he left. Their service and parts costs were extremely reasonable. They are sending me detailed itemized invoice so I can submit it my home warranty insurance for reimbursement. They warranty their work and parts for 1 year and give 15% discount for returning customers. Thanks Furry!

I had a hinge break on my garage door and called Aladdin as they were the only local company I saw had 24/7 service. Awesome! I was given Blakes number and texted my issue and received a response immediately. He came out shortly after and replaced the hinge and while checking the quality of the other hinges, he found the opposite one also needed replaced. I was very happy with the customer service received as well as workmanship.

I chose this company based on the customer reviews and I wasn’t let down! I called in the morning and they were out that afternoon to service my garage door. One of the wheels disintegrated which cause the door to malfunction. Sawyer from Aladdin Garage Doors came and quickly replaced the wheel and then proceeded to perform a routine maintenance inspection for me. Sawyer took the time to explain everything and educated me on what routine maintenance I could do to keep the door running healthy. Wish I would have called these guys sooner! Convinced that my old, jamming, creaking garage door needed replaced, I called for an estimate. After good communication and a visit to look at the door, they let me know the door was fine and it would work replacing just the metal rollers with new nylon ones. They made several adjustments as well and the whole thing was good as new for way less than the cost of a new door... and that all occurred in under an hour. Thank you!!!

Id give them 10 stars if I could! Very punctual and friendly. After a year of issues with my garage door everything magically started working when I let Blake in through my garage door. There were some minor tweaks necessary to avoid future problems but he took care of them quickly and only charged me $20 rather than sticking it to me with a minimum show up cost. I payed him double and couldnt be more appreciative. This is definitely my new go to door company.

Due our cold spell our garage door broke. I called to have another company to fix it and they never showed. I called Aladdin Doors and they said they didnt want to send a technician out in the -45 weather on wedWednes but would come out early Thursday due to us working nights. Not only did they show up when they were supposed to they completed the work in a timely manner. The price was very reasonable and I will hire these guys again anyte!

Terrible attitude.After I called and left info, a guy called, scheduled for a diagnosis. We sent images and asked for quote for getting a new door before the technician came, my aunt hesitated when she received the quote. So then on the day the technician came, we discussed with him, he told us we could just replaced the 2 bottom panels. We told the technician to get us the quote for replacing 2 bottom panel.I waited, nothing. Then I texted the owner, no reply. Called. and his phone sent me to his voice mail.A day or 2 later he called back just so I cannot say he doesnt bother to answer my call. But I already have another door service provider to come over. Same price, but not with that attitude I got from them.Also, I really doubt all other review up here. I never get something like call on Sunday, and someone called me if i want to get the job done today or something. The technician was even late. I mean, a meeting at 9am is a meeting at 9am. At least call and say sorry Im late instead of letting the customer called and asked where you are.
