Michelles review is spot on. The workers are not very friendly. The wait was a little longer than expected for the place being empty at 2:30pm. But the food was great and priced well enough. Also, they were out of soup.

The service was surly and disinterested, the 1/2 salad had 6 pieces of lettuce. The 1/2 sandwich was one piece of store bought wheat sandwich bread with a tablespoon of turkey salad, a fragment of lettuce, and a nice tomato slice. It was lunch hour and the place was empty. Most of the coolers were empty. The interior was nicely decorated however. We wont be back.

We went in last minute to the Champaign location... Right before close.. which is annoying. We were greeted by JoJo who not only went above and beyond but did it with a smile on her face. She needs a raise. Excellent service and great food.

Though I am sure the food is good. There is one table with people and people ahead of us. The people ahead of us, it sounds like they had a pre-order done. They were quotes $108 But bill was ringing up at over $150....and half their order is missing. So we sit hwre...i line waiting. With 2 girls standing at the same register. 15 minutes later we FINALLY got to purchase 4 Mustards. If It was not gotten at a special request by a family member, I would have walked out without making a purchase and NEVER return.

Once the food arrived it was decent. It took almost 15 minutes for them to make 2 sandwiches and we were the only ones here. I would hate to see them during a rush.

Best ham sandwich in town, two meals we couldnt even finish for $12. Eat that Panera!

It was nearing closing time so it was really quiet. The food was okay.

Dont come here. Service was poor. Soup was awful. Pickle was dry. The soup was watered down and salty. Next time I will go to Chipotle.

Turkey was two different colors and the Ham had Ice on it instead of glaze. I cant believe they served that to me on 2-6-17

Crazy how far the place has fallen. Not good, rather of gone to firehouse subs.
