Bought my first Fedora from Sally today—very impressive! 5 star customer service, excellent selection and a fun process to try on different hats. Love it!

Was jus browsing the city window shopping not realizing they werent open on Mondays but Sally happened to be there and invited us in. WOW!!! I love this place! Great friendly customer service and very reasonably priced.

Wonderful selection of hats, great place! While I was in the shop a guy from Chicago walked in. He said there are hundreds of shops in Chicago but he only buys his hats a Rumours cause its the best. I agree!

Sally stocks the coolest hats...and just the fact that theres an awesome hat shop in town is badass. (My friend said, wait....we have a HAT SHOP?!) Cant wait to get over there to see what she has for summer.

I initially came across this place during the made fest at Pygmalion. I have since been to the hat shoppe a bunch of times for myself, gifts and just to touch hats. The owner is awesome and never seems to mind that I touch every single hat and make faces while wearing them. She also gave some stellar advice on a hat for travelling that I now take everywhere and get lots of compliments on. For Christmas we even got a hat for my FIL and when it was too big she exchanged it no problem. Great service. Great selection. HATS ARE BACK!

I went for the special Derby hat (created by Pat Milchuck] trunk show and had a blast trying on these amazing creations. The store has a good vibe.

No, Fleetwood Mac has nothing to do with this shop...but go anyway, its cool.
