When I first saw this advertisement I was skeptical. At first thought, how can this be such a great deal and how does this all really work? When Jamie got back to me, even though it was in the late evening, he got right back with me. The area he said he was located, sent another red flag! Who operates out of a storage building? So with my protector in my co-pilot seat we head out the next day. I was driving in the country in some part of Champaign! We got there and let me tell you, I was completely shocked, in an amazing experience great way! Not only was the set up appropriate, Jamie walked us through the whole experience from start to finish! Get your mattress here!!! This was a great mattress buying experience. The owner Jamie was very knowledgable on mattresses, and the mattress industry. There was absolutely no pressure in having to buy a mattress. He asked what we want, how we sleep and our budget, gave us his recommendations and we moved forward. H really wants to help people out. We bought our mattress that day and he tied up our mattress for us. Not too long after our purchase I realized I had lost my wallet, it must have dropped out while I was testing mattresses. I told Jamie and he gave the place a good look the next time he was in with no success, he did say he would continue to keep an eye out. Long story short, He found it almost two weeks later! Few weeks ago tries to make a day to meet and look at mattress. He was unable to as his day was full. Completely understandable by the way. He suggested another day which I was going to be busy. Tried to offer another day and got no response. Tried again nothing. Obviously not concerned with customer service or selling his merchandise. Very disappointing as I have bought from him before and had a great experience. Sadly let down this time. I was buying 2 sets 2 different sizes this time.... Took my business somewhere else.

Small business, huge impression.Jamie went above and beyond. After my husband and I towed home our new mattress in the pouring rain, there was some water damage to the mattress by the time we got it home (an hour away). We also snagged the fabric while carrying it into the house. We immediately sent pictures of the water damage in hopes that it wouldn’t void the warranty. We were shocked when Jamie asked for our address so he could assess it. Due to the snag he was worried the warranty was void. He called several people in hopes of making it right. In the end we both took a little loss. I couldn’t have asked for a better business experience during our fall of events. The most genuine experience I’ve had in a long time.

I honestly was very skeptical. I had went for TWO years seeing this “dude” selling mattresses. I thought it was a scam. Had to be. And didnt even apolgize when you two got here to deliver the poor quality matress an hour late. Also you mentioning previous bad reviews I left for other business has nothing to do with anything. Wouldnt it be more logical FOR YOU to be concerned about the BAD reviews you recieved at both locations by MULTIPLE Customers who called out your lack of professionalism and poor quality matresses. Im posting this review to let potential customers know not to buy that 200$ matress set for you two.
