PCR tests take more than 72 hours for results rendering them completely useless. Costs thousands of dollars to rebook flights and get tested AGAIN. The level of incompetence here is surreal.

I would like to share my experience today while picking up a prescription. I had the absolute pleasure to be HELPED by a lovely woman named Eileen! She went above and beyond helping me with an outrageous price on for a medication for my husband! Totally restored my faith in people. We will always be using our local Walgreens!!!

I’ve had nothing but great experiences there. I’m on a lot of different medications & they’ve always been so helpful, going above & beyond to make sure I get my meds when the insurance companies are always making it difficult. Both the pharmacist’s & the tech’s are awesome! A big thanks for everything they’ve done!! 😊4/7/21I always receive the best service from the pharmacists & techs. I’ve had to go to other locations & Champlin is definitely the best! They ALWAYS go above & beyond, & take the time to help so you can get the medication you need as quickly as possible. They’re ALL always so kind, caring, & understanding of your needs...They’re awesome!!

The cashier was wearing her mask with her nose out. This is a health and wellness store and the clerk wasnt wearing her mask correctly.

While the store and staff are fine, the pharmacy service itself is irregular. Unlike any other Walgreens I have ever used - and I’ve moved frequently so have used many locations throughout the Midwest and South - this location is the only one to frequently ( as in almost every month) delay filing of orders for lack of supply, to fail to call in to the current physician or select and fill discontinued doses, etc. I have given up many a time and simply changed my Rx refill to a neighboring location, all of which have always had my very common medication and doses in stock. Seems to be a pharmacy management issue.

Nice, clean, good customer service. Went there to get valentine cards for the kids party at school. Close to home.

They cant seem to keep some very common prescription medications in stock and keep telling me they can only partially fill my prescription because theyve RUN OUT of that drug (yeah, right). I bet its simply a matter of someone not placing the order in time. Makes me want to switch too CVS.

Usually knowledgeable friendly staff in store. Pharmacy is great, except for Midge whos never nice. Better than most area pharmacies.

You can get simple things easily enough, the fact that people complain about staff are just wasting their own time along with the staff, just get your things and leave. Also atm is not a depositable atm in case anyone is wondering.

Terrible customer service

Service is horrible. Felt extreme judgment due to the color of my skin, was given rude looks.The cashier wouldnt even put the receipt in my hand even though I held out my hand politely for the receipt,she put it in the bag( in a manner of; your too low to hand this to you). I have never felt so disrespected in my life!5/22/18Worst pharmacy service ever! It’s as if you guys want to be known as the rude, racist, thieving,ignorant, joke of a Walgreens. But that’s ok people will learn soon enough, especially about your extremely rude and ignorant pharmacy team!

Very informative and humble pharmacist

Service is kinda slow. Staff are nice though.

I’ve hardly ever had a good experience with this Walgreens. The woman I spoke to during my last visit there had a bad attitude before I even started talking. She was very unhelpful and apathetic. On another occasion I was followed around the store by an employee who assumed I was stealing. Sure, I was a teenager at the time but I didn’t even do anything to make them suspicious.

The customer service was exceptional and fast....

Everything is so expensive compared to target or Wal-Mart. Unless I need something specific, I dont typically shop here.
