Terrible customer service, couldn’t show up to the appointment they made so called to schedule another one after hearing nothing, then we confirmed another appointment but then The day of scheduled appointment wanted to reschedule another 4 days out cause of 2inches of snow in Minnesota! Terrible terrible Customer service service thanks mike..... You are the most Un-American person I’ve came across in awhile. Go support a different local business these guys will just jerk you around. Rescheduled with me about 1000 times. Then we’re rude when I was upset they couldn’t be men/women of their word. One call too (Culligan in Anoka) and they were out here the next day, smooth sailing no dumb stuff just simple honest work. Something mike and the boys should probably learn to do.

Mike promptly came to our home and found that some of our water softener equipment was still usable. Our fifteen year old valve was replaced with a Fleck 5600 and now we are enjoying soft water again.Thank you for your honest and efficient workDawn & StephenChamplin, Minnesota
