Had a GREAT EXPERIENCE! I went in a hot sweaty mess as my car AC was broken, in Arizona, in SUMMER! The team and Nick did a great job getting my AC up and working and so FAST! Will definitely be back for all car care needs.

Nick is super helpful. He helped fix my sons jeep that trans was slipping and the terrible wobble it had. Made nice recommendations for tires and wheels, put them on and drives well. Had some hiccups at first but he figured them out.

Got my tires through R.A.C which tire pros put the tires on my van. Came back to change out tire due to a leak. Called R.A.C scheduled a appointment. Got to my appointment to hear that tire pro dont have my size tire and that there was a nail in my tire and tire pros pulled the nail from my tire. Asked for a patch in the mean time to wait for the order. But tire pros said they cant patch it. they couldnt do nothing. Also stated that if we couldnt do the wait there was a Mexican tire shop down the street. Very unprofessional of them to say. So instead of going back I called R.A.C and they were very unhappy with the service from tire pros for not only my service but previous customers that R.A.C had sent over to tire pros to get service.

Brought in parts for a 3 lift just to price the install. Kirin and his partner were so knowledgeable and offered such a great price, I pulled the trigger on the spot and my rig was done same day. Well worth the drive. Will be back to throw some bigger shoes on for sure.

Joe was great and the mechanic who did my suspension was excellent as well. The tire man fell short at first, nevertheless he finished strong.

Hit and miss. We had a couple of services with them. About half resulted in us going back to ask them to take care of stuff, for example, balancing tires they had just put on. The other half were perfect. Prices are always good, but the quality is not consistent. It really depends who is working on your car.

No face masks worn and threw my items on the ground from my trunk even after offering to get what they needed myself. Thankfully all I needed was a patch. They charged for it even though Ive never been charged for a patch job in the past. Didnt seem concerned about customer service which is a shame because they were highly recommended to me.

So in my first post about this he wrote back and said that he called me and offered 3 times for me to bring back my car. Just want to clarify that is a complete lie. I am the one the contracted them after I noticed my car not being right and they told me if it was under warranty they would fix it not o bring it and we will help u with your situation. Nice try tho Nick.So as i was looking for a place today to do an oil change i got this place suggested to me. i actually just got done disputing 1,400 of work they did on my car. i went to this place with the intention that the repairs were going to be done correctly and right the first time. not only was it not done correctly they didnt even install the parts they also didnt test drive it to make sure the parts worked. i found out 15 mins after i took the car for a drive that its stopped i was traveling 45 it went to 0 in two seconds. i called and let them know what the situation was and they told me if it was covered under warranty that they would fix it. if i dropped 1,400 it should be under warranty so needless to say i did not bring my car back to this place. i brought my car to an actual mechanic and he was horrified on what they did to my car. i had to pay an additional 700 to get my car fixed. also because the car parts where not installed correctly it did additional 2000 of damage to my car not to mention i had to get all the parts they put in my car replaced everything tire pros put in my car was replaced and damaged because these people dont have competent mechanics that should know how to put a car together. also my dispute ran for 3 months no one took responsibility for damaging my car. he told my credit card company that the job got done and was done right. funny when you have documentation telling him he didnt and the parts were never installed it is amazing he never responded to it. this shop should not be in business if you cant do that trade. in closing please be aware of this business i would avoid at all costs because you might be in a situation like i was and your car might be worse off than mine.

This is perhaps the greatest auto shop out there. Super customer friendly and committed to their jobs. I needed a jump/replacement while I was stuck in the rain and they offered to come to my location. That was the true above and beyond.

I just want to take a min to thank this shop for doing excellent on my car. I brought my car in to Nick to get alignment after I installed an aftermarket camber kit. I’m so glad the technicians were very familiar with working with aftermarket suspensions and camber. They got my car readjusted my alignment perfectly. On top of that, they went above and beyond, I had a slight vibration on my exhaust due to my rear bumper sitting on my exhaust. They took care of it free of charge and didn’t even mentioned it to me when I picked up my car. I immediately noticed that my car drove a lot quiet than usually. Got home and took a look. They readjustment my exhaust and trimmed the plastic under my rear bumper to take away that annoying vibration. These guys are amazing. I will never take my car to any other shop. Thank you!

Tried to scam me into getting a new battery by saying the “cable was broken “ ... I looked at the battery and it was fine. We even did a test and it was giving a full charge. I called them back asking about it and they said they’d get back to me and never Called me back. I would avoid

I had purchase a vehicle with very low profile wheels. Suffice it to say they were falling apart. The owner of Tire Pros advised me on my options and it worked out very well. Reliable, honest and trustworthy is my assessment.

Had to stop in for a trailer tire. Jordan was quick and efficient. He got us in and out in a half an hour. Very pleased. I also noticed they have a WIG (widely important goal) board in place. Love that they do that. Thats a business striving to be better. Thanks Jordan.

I called them at 1 on a Saturday (which we all know is EVERYONES busiest day and time) to see about getting my tire stem fixed or replaced. They told me to come on down. I got there 15 minutes later and they took care of me right away. I would highly recommend these guys and won’t go anywhere else for my tire service! On a Side note we have bought several set of tires from them and they’re always the most competitive company and the tires were good.

One star based on one visit. This business would not repair a flat tire for me claiming that tire was not repairable and needed replaced. I took the tire elsewhere for a repair that is still working several thousand miles later. I cant say if Tire Pros were/are neferious business men or not. I wont give them any chance to demonstrate it to me.

Great service again! This visit I had to be towed in after the engine stopped running and began to leak oil. After inspection, it was determined that a valve spring broke and damaged the head. We agreed that an engine replacement would be the most econmical choice. Engine installed, runs great and done right. Great service and price. Great job guys!

Date of service: Saturday, July 27, 2019. In my opinion, this place is completely dishonest and a waste of $107 for a wheel alignment, that never occurred. It appears as though they prey on people without any mechanical experience, unlike myself. I was charged full price for an alignment with only 5 minutes on the rack to simply print out my own diy alignment results after replacing the tie rods myself. Ive never met an honest mechanic who would even attempt to perform an alignment on a vehicle without inspecting it first for worn bushings knowing that would cause an unsuccessful alignment, but they do. I watched the service through their window the entire time, literally 5 minutes and no hands tools later, my vehicle was ready. I returned within an hour of service to inform them my alignment was exactly the same as before I brought it in, still pulling to the right and steering wheel not straight. They said they would look at it again and make the necessary adjustments. They looked, but did no adjustment whatsoever. I specifically asked if they would adjust my drag link to straighten my wheel, he said they did, but it was in the exact position before I even brought it to them. The manager even took me out to the bay to point at my control arm bushing to tell me thats the culprit. Did they offer me a refund or discount for wasting my time? No, that would show integrity, which clearly they have none. Beware.Response:I cant believe I had to come back in the first place, you should have mentioned, before accepting my payment, performing an alignment wouldnt solve the symptoms I described. When I returned shortly after service on Saturday, you told me you would at least adjust my drag link to straighten my steering wheel, which you didnt. It has been clearly established you understood I had recently replaced my tie rod ends and the vehicle pulled to the right. Why would you perform the service, without informing the customer that it would not correct the problem? Every other alignment shop Ive ever been to will inspect the vehicle prior to performing an alignment or at least explain that the service would not provide the exact result that is expected/anticipated. Obviously, if I was given the option, I would have made the repairs first instead of wasting my time and money. If its not dishonesty, its just plain ignorance, not something you expect from a professional. I recall you telling me it needs an axle bushing, not very specific, so I asked you to point it out to me on the lift. To my surprise, you failed to identify it as a control arm bushing (this, after claiming to have owned five jeeps and having to replace the front suspension on every one).Just so everyone is clear, I was under the impression I would receive the result I was paying for, I was not informed otherwise. Its definitely improper communication when failure to do so only until after a customer returns dissatisfied. Ill take youre advice and consult AutoZone before future repairs, it appears youre implying this is standard practice.

Got a great deal on Living Social for 3 oil changes for $20! Well, they can offer such a deal because they make you make an appointment then they make you wait an unreasonable amount of time. The first one I waited at least 40 minutes and the second time an hour and a half. Such a bad business practice, I wont be paying full price for anything here once my coupon is used!

First time here 4:30 appointment for a oil change and tire rotation. Took me right in at 4:30 and completed the job in approximately 30 minutes very impressive ! At a very reasonable price I will be going back for sure !

Starting coming here about a year ago when we purchased an oil change package through Groupon and been coming back here ever since. At first we were only coming in every other month for the oil changes but they always remembered us. After I botched a self repair they saved my ass and gave me a fair price. Theyve always been up front with me and its nice to see familiar faces behind the counter.

I got a promotional oil change and tire rotation here when I bought a card from one of my students (for the football team). The car only takes synthetic oil and they charged me $50 for the oil in addition to the free oil change. I got the tires rotated for free and have no real complaints about it.

These guys are really helpful and friendly. They do great work at good prices.

Do not use this shop unless you plan on paying double the cost for repairs..used to highly recommend them but after this experience of them taking advantage I will blast them! Check and double check!

I love this place. I went in to get a oil change and tire rotation and they had a special discount at the time. fast forward 8 months later i asked if they still run the deal, apparently they werent but he still gave me the discount, and for whatever reason it was cheaper than the first time. They didnt need to discount me but they value their customers and thats what made me want to tell everyone how great this place is!

Last Month My Honda civic A/C gave me a trouble, I took my car to Tire Pros (Chandler) for service the price they quoted me is well under what I expected, and service is pretty quick and good. Big thanks to the service, now am happy with my car A/C.

I noticed I had a low tire and took it to Costco to fill and ask and they told me right away tire was bad and needed to be replaced. I decided to get a 2nd opinion and went to Tire Pros and immediately they checked it out anbd found a nail and patched it within 20 minutes and for only $20. Nick was very helpful and did not try to sell me a new tire. However when I do need service again I will be back.

I was searching around for a certain tire size for my older nissan 240sx, i could not find them anywhere. I finally called up Tire Pro and they told me I was in luck they had four in stock for $100/tire. Unfortunately, they were closed 5 minutes, but the manager nick told me to come on in and theyll fix me right up! Excellent service!
