So, a few months ago I was on the search for a Ducati Panigale V2. I first went to Go Az which is another motorcycle dealership here in Arizona. I went into the store to inquire more information about the bike I wanted. I was in the store for sometime, and no one came to see if I needed any help. Eventually I had to go ask for a salesman, who then seemed not interested in talking to me. I was willing to purchase the bike and the salesman said he would give me a call back, which he never did. After trying to get a hold of them I never got a return phone call. So, I decided to look on the internet for another dealership that was close to me. This dealership was Chandler Powersports, which I went to the following day. When I first walked in I was greeted immediately and was asked if I needed any help. I told them the bike I want and they directed me to speak with Tanner who is the sales manager at the dealership. He was extremely knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Tanner even gave me his personal phone number so I could reach out to him with any questions I had. I went in to the dealership the other day to get the paperwork done and it was quick and easy. What I liked about this dealership is there were no hidden fees that they threw on the last minute. I got a great price on my bike and would highly recommend this dealership. $$$$ went into get my tires mounted on my bike, was a last minute decision so I didnt have time to mount them myself so I called around and this the only shop that could get it done for me today, havent paid someone to do this for me in years but last time I did was maybe 60 to 80 bucks. Didnt ask how much they charged since wasnt any other options available to do last minute, the bill came out to 140. Not sure if thats the new norm now but seems hella pricey for me, they have good customer service and good people just expensive imo.

Customer service is good. Went here to look at some inexpensive dual sports. Well, I ended up leaving with one. After tons of reviews I pulled the trigger and after one summer ride near Lake Pleasant, the crank case was slowly drooling oil. Took it back and in no time they reviewed, diagnosed and tightened the slightly loose crank case cover bolts. No leaks. The drive all the way back to Chandler from West valley cost a star.The Bashan BSR surprisingly handles all the AZ trails just fine, and keeps up with road traffic.Dont plan on jumping large ruts as this is for moderate trail riding and exploring. If want to destroy your dirt bike, spend 10x more and get a name brand, then spend 10x more on name brand parts.

My RZR 1000 needed some work done to it. I called around to get a price and some other dealerships were quoting me way over what Chandler Powersports quoted me. I brought it in to them and they did everything I needed and did it for a great price. If you want quality work done for a great price I would definitely recommend them!!

$225 doc fee and all their bikes are at or above retail and from what I’ve seen they’ve been repaired. They let me down trying to make a deal on two different bikes. I won’t consider doing business with them again.

My experience at the start was not a good one. I bought a BMS Premium Pro and after 3 rides and one week I had major issues with the bike. There was issues with the manufacturer and the retailer on getting things handled and quite a few hiccups. But, in the end Keegan and their mechanic were professional and handled the issue with grace and promise. I will return with hopes my friends will buy from them!

Great product in kymco, do your research, kymco is right there with Honda, Kawasaki or Suzuki however your cost will be about 40% less. The crew at the store are friendly and responsive, will likely be purchasing a 2nd play bike soon

I have a Kymco Agility 125 that is 3 1/2 years old. It is my main transportation, and has almost 60,000 K on the odometer. I bought it from the store in Scottsdale, then Robert moved his business to Chandler. They provide great service, I was just there today and John made sure I was able to get everything taken care of. In particular the owner Robert and also John have provided assistance with a couple of specific issues I have had recently. As long as I own a motorcycle Chandler Powersports will work on it.

Recently I purchase a 600 Gsxr, everyone in the building is nice and helpful. I noticed a week after having the bike that my horn didn’t work so I returned to the shop an They fit me in the schedule and repaired my horn at no cost. They also looked at a noise from my tank ratting that drives me crazy. Good group of guys & girls!

This review is long overdue...I restored a bike back in March and the lead mechanic here was a grade-A help! He took time out of his busy day to help me diagnose a huge issue. This is an outstanding group of kind people here for the customer. Highly recommended.

Purchased a little motorcycle for my son for Christmas. It worked for a few days and then started dumping fuel like crazy. I called the store within 30 days of purchase and was told to bring it in. I eventually brought it, approximately 40 days after purchase. they fixed it and then asked for money for parts, I questioned having to pay to fix a brand new bike that had only been lightly ridden a few times. After discussion they waived the charge.

The owner and staff were great. They answered all of my questions and did not hound me like they do at ride now to buy... I am impressed and love my new Scooter..... I bought a GSXR 750 that was abused and needed some work. I stopped in and talked with Keegan. He gave me a quote on the important things that needed to be done and suggested the parts I would work for be but not break the bank. I felt comfortable here and the quote was very fair, I hate being mislead and taken advantage of, and they are family/locally owned. So I dropped my bike off and a week later it was done. They stayed true to the quote I was given. On top of that they even cleaned and lubed my chain when they replaced my tire. Then before giving the bike back to me, Keegan said the clutch lever was not working quite right. he worked on it for a bit, after hours I might add, and decided to keep it for another day and fix it right. meanwhile my ride already left. They were nice enough to give me a ride home. I found my local shop now. Fair, honest, no B.S and family owned and operated. Keep up the good work! Btw, the gal in the front was very helpful too. I just had a hard time pronouncing her name.

Chandler power sports is the place to go if your needing a bike repair the people are nice and friendly and they have awesome mechanics.

To be completely honest I would do one half star. Itook my bike in for an oil loss issue. A week later was called and told it was finished. Picked up bike to immediately have same trouble. Took back again. This went on for over 1 month. Had one mechanic tell me he had found a piece of foam in breather assembly. Told me it would as oily and dirty so he had thrown it away. That happened to be a bafle installed at the factory. Told same mechanic that the breather needed to be attached to airbox properly. Took them over three weeks to actually do that. They finally did. Which did help. Had then people there including the owner, tell me it was my fault. That I had overfilled oil. I never have. Not once. Bike was under warranty but every time I walked in they tried charging me $100. Was told by more than one mechanic that they had been riding my bike to gas station and basically joyriding my machine. I worked in dealerships (Harley-Davidson) over 15 years and have never encountered something like that. The owner does not listen to anything a customer says and simply talks right over them. Makes excuses and a couple flat out lies. Once I finally got my bike home after over a month of hassle and lack of primary transportation I see that the oil was overfilled. I cant urge people enough to not patronize this establishment. Poor communication, lack of honesty, and integrity. I will seek out another shop to do work from here on. Recommend everyone does. Honestly I dont feel like they deserve a fraction of a star. Unless in negatives. In short (lol) the absolute worst dealership experience of my entire life. Owners/buyers beware!!!!!!!Also willing to bet no response whatsoever to this.

Ok im giveing two stars for now i got the bike i wanted in the color i wanted and it rode nice how ever i went to go put my gremlin bell on and noticed a few necessary bolts very lose. I will be taking it in tomarrow for i only bought it on tuseday it is fryday. Hopefully they will fix it. Why and how would u sell a bike that could cause harm do to mechanical problems that are easy to spot and fix kinda irritated and mad. I wanted to go for a ride and now i cant.Ok update spoke with them and they are willing to pick it up for free and make repairs.
