I had a crack in my windshield and needed to get it replaced. I called Agave Auto glass as they had done a great job repairing my wifes windshield. They contacted my insurance and took care of everything for me. The process was super quick and they scheduled me right away. They came to me so it was convenient too. You should definitely reach out to them if you need a repair or replacement. They do window tint too. These guys are great!

Dallin did my windshield replacement and I was very impressed with the level of professionalism and integrity. He replaced the windshield on time and even was honest about accidentally breaking one of my windshield wipers. Instead of putting it back on and making it look like it was fine, he was honest with me, showed me what was broke and how he broke it (accidentally kicked it when it was on the ground), apologized for it, and gave me a $20 bill out of his own pocket to get it replaced. That amount of integrity is hard to find these days and he deserves recognition for that! I will definitely be recommending this company to everyone I know! 🤘🏼

Great service and prices. Got ceramic window tint at a great price. Very friendly and helpful staff. They also did a windshield replacement and despite struggles with the insurance, they did most of the heavy lifting and got everything taken care of quickly. A lot faster on windshield replacements scheduling than most other companies.

Everything was extremely straight forward from Zach responding to my request and walking me through the very quick process of making the claim to get the ball rolling to Christian showing up well before the scheduled time (a welcomed surprise) to Christian doing his thing on my windshield quickly and efficiently. The $300 in local gift cards is a nice added bonus. I found out about Agave through my pest control which happens to be Green Mango. Looking forward to scheduling some carpet cleaning with this group as well.

What an easy, seamless experience. I had several rocks hit my windshield on my way to work the other day and used Agave for the first time. Such a great experience, I will recommend everybody now! Very easy from start to finish. I reached out on the site, got a text message and was able to speak to Mike (fast and responded to all my questions). Can you set up a time to call, we got my insurance on the line as well, and everything was sorted within a quick 15 minute call. I had 2 small spider cracks on my windshield that were right in my line of vision. I called my insurance company and they set me up with another auto glass company for a repair. When I got to the site, a technician looked at it and said it had to be a full replacement rather than a repair.I recall hearing on Kiss FM multiple commercials about Agave Auto Glass and their incentives for getting a full windshield replacement, so I cancelled my appointment with the company my insurance company set me up with, and called Agave Auto Glass.They were extremely professional over the phone and walked me through the conversation when we were setting up the claim with my insurance company. I had a slight hesitation using a company that wasnt a direct set up by my insurance, but the guy I spoke to on the phone provided assurance and comfort. Plus their gift card incentive is great!They were quick to set up an appointment for me within 4 days of my phone call. I got a text message the day before as a reminder. Then I got a phone call the day of at 11:35am that the technician, Carlos, was on his way. He called again at 11:52am when he arrived at my work and I met him outside.Carlos was very nice and informative. He gave me the details of what he will be doing and provided a time estimate of the job. I went back into my office and then got another phone call at 12:34 pm that the job was done! When I went back outside, it felt like my car was brand new. The glass was so clear and I couldnt have been happier! Carlos was great and did his work professionally and timely.

Custom RV window replacement, the Agave Auto Glass crew arrived on time with all the tools and parts they required, provided an estimate of 2 hours to complete and met that. Completed the job and did a excellent job of cleaning up the work site.

Called in and Mike helped me file my claim and get everything scheduled. Mike was super helpful with answering my questions and walking me through the process of filing a claim. The initial process to schedule and file the claim was quick. It took about 10 minutes to get everything set up and get scheduled. Then the day of my appointment my technician Carlos texted me ahead of time and let me know when he arrived at my work. Once he was done he gave me my gift cards and let me know he was all done and it looked great! I used another company before Agave and the windshield I have is noticeably nicer than the last one I had. Now hopefully it’ll last a while without cracking 😜 overall a great experience with Agave and I will be using them again.

What a great company and such a positive experience! Very quick response from when I inquired about tinting my windshield and rear windshield. Mike informed me that my windshield was pitting and had several chips. He recommended to replace it then tint to ensure it last a long time. I had a horrible crack in my windshield that needed to be replaced, I called Agave and they made it so easy to contact my insurance company to file a claim and the schedule my appointment to come out to my work to replace it. They text the day before and called the morning of! Sent a calibration team out the next day to get my cameras professionally calibrated to ensure proper visibility. Very professional and super easy to work with! I even got a goodie bag after full of fun gifts from local companies! Love this company and would highly recommend!

My windshield was replaced on 3/31/21. The tech doing the install broke my rear view mirror and they stated they had to order one and it would be a few days but they would call me when they received it. I never heard from them. On 5/17 I called them asking about this, the representative advised me she was looking into it and would call me back, she never did. On 5/18 I called back and was advised there wasnt any rear view mirrors for my car in the state so they were looking outside AZ for one and shed call back with further info when she had it. I called a local dealer to find they had 3 in stock. I called and spoke to a manager who apologized and stated the mirror was now ordered. He said I could choose between a luxury car wash or a $50 gift card for my inconvenience and that I would receive a text on 5/19 when they would be out to install on 5/20. No text received. I called on 5/20 and was told I would get a text or call when theyre 30 minutes out, you guessed it no advance notice just a call when the tech was outside. Poor execution and communication. Windshield sure its fine but I just hope the tech doesnt break anything because youll be waiting a while.

Got a 2002 civic sedan with some pretty bad tint peeling and leaving residue, definitely not fun to deal with. Got it removed and replaced with the cleanest work Ive seen at a great price. Looks amazing and makes the car feel better in many ways. In Arizona its a great upgrade (needed or not) for a car too, Im definitely coming back and recommending them in the future, no doubts. Living in the Arizona Valley is fun. Billions of rocks line our lovely highways and make it onto the roadways. I had one that plinked the top of my windshield which sadly caused a spidering crack to go down the whole driver-side of my windshield overnight into the next day. I reached out to my awesome insurance team who did their thing and put me in contact with Destiny at Agave Auto Glass.We corresponded via text, which worked best for me, and setup a good date to have the rep come out to service my window. It was a quick turnaround time, too. I was impressed with the two gentlemen that arrived that next agreed business day who were professional, courteous, and very efficient at replacing my windshield. I found the process interesting and asked a few questions to learn new things about what they were doing and it was nice they were willing to chat.They gave me a small company info binder pamphlet as well as a small pouch of some giftcards for local AZ businesses. Totally was not expecting that awesomeness.A day or so later another guy came by (from a related but different company from Agave, I think) to calibrate the forward camera and that was super fast nonetheless.So thats been a week or so now this is done and Im super impressed with all the work done and the customer experience that starts not just from the product or service rendered but from the first contact to the last. Speaking of last, I received a hand-written thank you for your business card from Agave and that was a nice touch on the post-transaction side of things.I didnt realize until after I got the pamphlets that their company looked sorta familiar, but that I couldnt put a finger on it. I had used Green Mango before in the distant past...haha.Nice to know they have a good thing going with their business structure.Would do business with them again.

I used Agave glass before and they did a great job keeping me informed and making the process run smoothly. This next time I used Agave, there was a lack of communication from the technician. I had scheduled my appointment to be done by a specific time due to prior commitments (which I had informed the scheduling team prior). The approximated service was between 12pm and 3pm. I had texted the confirmation number at about 2pm to check the status of arrival...no answer...I then called 30 minutes before 3pm arrival time and was informed that the technician had hit a problem, and would not be arriving between the times that I was told. Nor would they be able to travel to the location that I had to be at. I dont understand why the technician never called to update me on the situation so I didnt sit around all day...When they came out to fix it a couple of days later at my place of work, I was informed to take my keys with me and sign ahead of time so that I did not need to come back outside and the technician would lock my door from the inside when he was finished...when I returned to my car it was unlocked from 12pm till 7pm.I also am a little disappointed to find that they are no longer offering a visa gift card for service. But instead giving you multiple gift cards to different places (a carpet cleaner, a gym, state 48, altitude trampoline park, and cookies). Last time I used them just one gift card was given (but that information is located on their website I just didnt check their website before booking them again).

Agave Auto Glass made the experience of replacing my windshield SO easy. I contacted them online initially, and from there, they handled everything. I selected Agave for my windshield replacement, as they came highly recommended by a friend who employs Agave for a variety of their services.The tech was prompt, arrived early actually, pulled right to my garage verified who I was and got to it.Although my customer experience was great, I am disappointed in the product. The replacement windshield I have is not up to par. I have had the windshield for 5 months and there are countless chips and cracks. I initially thought I needed to clean the windshield more, but the spots are actually chips.I understand the right rock can hit the windshield at the wrong time, but the prior windshield had been on my car for three years before a major incident. My other car is a 2013 and has only had one replacement.Overall, my experience with the tech during the install was great, however I am disappointed with the product.

Our car insurance broker recommended we go with Agave in support of local business rather than have SafeLite replace the windshield like we have in the past. I’m so glad we did! The team at Agave was very professional and accommodating to our schedule. Their technician showed up within the time frame given, and gave me a heads up 20 minutes prior to showing up. He then walked me through the process and made sure to point out anything he may need to remove or that was damaged on the vehicle before he got started so that we were both on the same page on the condition of the windshield/car. He was finished within an hour. We even scored some awesome gift cards for other local businesses! We will be using them again, and would recommend.

I have used this company multiple times for washing/vacuuming my cars. They will come to your house to perform the service. Every time I have used them they have done a phenomenal job and it has always been cheaper than what I used to spend at the drive through car washing places. I have had Christian work on both of my cars and he always does excellent work. Would definitely recommend and will continue to use exclusively for my car washing needs.
