Ive been a customer at Beyer for a year and a half, and theyve taken great care of my R56. I trust them entirely, theyve kept me completely updated with all potential concerns and preventative maintenance WITHOUT feeling pushy in any way.Ive been to other BMW/Mini specialty shops and there always seems to be a certain vibe that rubs me the wrong way. I cant say enough how pleased I was with Beyer Motor Work. I was driving my M3 aggressively, and hit a curb really hard. There was a lot of foundational damage to the vehicle and Doug and his team took absolute great care of me. I had been to Chapman a few times and was displeased. Beyer delighted me and returned my car to me as if it was brand new. I wont go anywhere else now - I have found a trusted repair spot and would recommend them to anyone.

By far the best experience I have ever had when dealing with a auto shop!!! Both Dougs and Amanda are amazing. Their mechanics are very knowledgeable and even took me back into the shop to show me the issues I was having with my 640i and how they were going to fix them. They even paid for my Uber back home. These guys made sure my car was fixed properly and went above and beyond on the customer service. I think that my main concern when I decide to use any service center is, that they are very honest and upfront with what does or doesnt need to be repaired or replaced. Owning a BMW can be an expensive, so I also think it is important to pick a service center that takes care of you, not taking your wallet. Plus a staff that is very friendly and informative. Bayer Motor Works fills all of the above requirements. I would definitely recommend Bayer Motor Works to any BMW or Mini owner.

I had a great experience for my first time with Beyer. My car needed extensive suspension work. I had it reviewed at a different garage, but wanted to take it to a BMW specialist to do the work. No real surprises in the work that needed to be completed. The work was completed, I was provided a detailed receipt on exactly what was completed.I got the car back and it drives like a new car. This is my first BMW. I liked the way it drove prior, but knew something wasnt quite right on the suspension. After getting it back, it was so much quieter and smoother than before the fix.To top it off, when I needed a ride to pick up the car, the owner himself came to get me. I really enjoyed talking shop on our way back to the garage.I found Beyer to be knowledgeable, accurate and reasonably priced for the work performed. They will be my garage of choice going forward.

Doug and Team are always top notch. Completed extensive engine repairs that frankly I didnt trust anyone else with. The work was exceptional and the 03 E39 runs like a brand new car. Second time having my 2013 X5M serviced at Beyer, and extremely happy with the quality, value, and attention to detail.This time I had the vehicle in for new tires and an alignment. I asked them to be careful not to nick or mar the wheels, and you could tell the technician who worked on the car took meticulous care. In addition to certified master mechanics, the shop also has the latest tire balancing and computerized alignment equipment. My before and after results were amazing. I also was switching from run-flats to non-run-flats, and so they talked me through what I might expect in terms of driving difference, and inflation pressures.Doug and the entire staff are as passionate about cars as I am, and provided expert advice for all my questions.When the job was done, I was in in a bind and couldnt get out of work in time to pick up the car, so they went the extra mile (actually extra eight miles) and kindly offered to work with me to get the car dropped off at my location.I will be a repeat customer!

Outstanding service, they helped me when I got a service engine soon light after coming over from Southern California for a family emergency. Awesome folks! Took my mini cooper there for an issue that caused it to go into limp mode. They found a bad pin in the wiring harness that others couldnt find! No problems with it since. Also take my BMW here. They never let me down!

I am a first time BMW owner. Wasnt quite ready for the expense of maintenance, but certainly trust Beyers team. Know what they are doing, came highly recommend, and willing to answer all questions. Will return, just hope it is not too often, other than normal maintenance. :)

Doug and the team are great. He performed the test I asked for and basically threw in the little piddly stuff I wanted checked out for free. I really like that. Other shops would have gouged me for everything. Overall, I was very pleased with the experienced.

**Beware** This outfit may have a few stellar reviews but they are dishonest. I do not recommend taking your ultimate driving machine to this shop of thieves. While cruising down I10 in the rain my windshield wipers malfunctioned. I could hear the motor and they would start and stop randomly. The next morning, I called and dropped my beemer off for diagnostics. The initial tech did a visual inspection and said that because the motor was getting power and was trying to function it was probably the relay module going bad. Fast forward 5 hrs, I received a call from the service manager saying the motor died as they were testing and a replacement motor costs $600 + labor for a total of $1000 which I instantly refused. When I returned 15 min later to retrieve my vehicle the motor was completely inoperable, the wipers were left sprawling across my windshield and the service manager was visibly upset and did not have the courtesy to address a new customer in a cordial manner. The entire diagnostic service was half done for which I demanded a refund the next morning. After locating a reputable mechanic to perform the repair work it turned out that the characters of Beyer Motor Works had removed the relay module to create the appearance of a bad motor. As painful and unnecessary as this experience has been I am thankful that I trusted my instincts and saved $800. Now you have a candid review to help you make an informed decision.

I have had multiple occasions where I have needed a good BMW shop desperately. I found Beyer Motor Works and havent regretted it, not even once. I have had nothing but a great experience from the initial phone call to driving away with my car fixed.It was explained to me what was wrong with my car after the diagnostic test and then fixing the problem in a timely manner. I brought my BMW Z4M with 169000 miles in for its due maintenance 2 inspection. They did everything to spec and found more repairs that were required. The guys at Beyer recently, installed new tires, brakes, rotors, and did an alignment on my 2012 X5. The car drives better than new, because we switched the tires away from ride flat style, which made a huge improvement in the ride and reduced the road noise. The dealer advised us against switching tires, because as it turns out they did not know the real answer to the questions I presented, and preferred to pretend like they knew what they were talking about...My recommendation to all my friends, with BMWs, is to switch to Beyer as soon as the free maintenance period is over. While the waiting room is not as plush or fancy and Beyer does not provide loaner cars, the service is better and of course is not as expensive as the dealer. Plus they offer to provide a ride if you need one.

I love my 325i. Ive had it for almost 20 years and I am very particular about who services it. I only recently discovered Beyer Motor Works but have had two major repairs by them and I am truly impressed. Knowledgable and trustworthy are two words that come to mind. I highly recommend this shop.

Boy, these guys put up a lot with me. Brought in my euro 635csi, not always an easy car to work on or source parts. Previously I went to Bos Motor Works and had a few services for the short time I worked with them closed and I needed transmission work again and I couldnt go back to Bo.I have to say Doug Maxwell and his team are just the nicest and honest guys! They will let you know of things that stand out to them and recommend work to be done. They offer a service charge for looking at your car which is incredibly reasonable and if you use their service its even cheaper.Believe me when I say that they are the best BMW shop around, believe me Ive had some not so great ones lie to my face and sell me services I dont need for my 6 and these guys arent them.I hope Beyer motor works is around for the rest of my cars life so I can always get that local service I have missed! I will definitely be returning in the future and I hope they are willing to work with me, despite my tendencies.

I had another very positive experience working with the good folks at Beyer Motor Works. I took my 2009 Z4 in for a front brake job and I was very satisfied with the entire experience. They even gave me rides to and from my house! I would highly recommend Beyer Motor Works.

Best damn remanned BMW drive shaft in the country. Prefer theirs to even a new one. In 14 years never had a recheck or warranty on one sourced from Beyer. Their quality control is second to none.

Beyer Motor Works is one of the best independent BMW shops in Arizona. I have full trust in their expertise and I am *very* selective when it comes to handing over the keys to my 2004 BMW E46 330ci and having someone work on it, let alone drive it. I have gone to Beyer for regular maintenance as well as two unexpected repairs and each time I have left with confidence. While most people dread the repair shop, and since I have only been to Beyer a handful of times, I look forward to going back for routine maintenance. Clean & Honest

They are my official workshop now, everyone is amazing, the master mechanics really know what they are doing and they now keep and maintain my Mini up and running, I cant think of any reason to take my mini to a different workshop.

Beyer has been maintaining my BMW Z3 for several years. Their service is fantastic and the people are great. I highly recommend them.

Roy, Amanda and the crew at Beyer are the best. Been servicing my BMWs there for 13 years, and they are always easy and honest on all repairs, telling you exactly what needs to be done now, and upcoming maintenance items to plan ahead. They also use OEM parts for all repairs, which is important for keeping the original engineering specs on these high-performance cars so that they can operate optimally. All the mechanics are ASE-certified, true BMW aficionados with a love and appreciation of all model and engine types (they know an e31 from an e46 from an e39), and I always learn something new each visit from their incredible knowledge base. On top of that, they are genuinely nice folks who always respect and treat the customer right to get the repair job done right.

I greatly appreciate the manager, Doug H., and staff of Beyer Motor Works for working closely with an insurance company to inspect and repair damage to my vehicles radiator and sway bars, which we suspected was caused by a collision incident three months earlier. Dougs patience, and relational skill was important because the insurance company had already paid for body repair damage two months earlier, and it took some effort to show that the radiator and sway bar damage were also due to that same incident.

Experienced, professional, fast, fair, well priced, excellent work. Cannot say enough good things about these guys!

Loved the friendly people. The shop was really nice and clean.

Brought in my 3 series for oil change and new battery. Got my car back and had daily high drain warnings. Car was sluggish, everything seemed off. Inspected battery to find IBS cable unplugged. Re-hooked plug all faults cleared, amp draw up to 12.65, performance 100%. Now how does this just happen, professionals in a specified field dont overlook these details, sad the customer has to fix.... Pass on future use, this was amateur mistake that I wont allow to happen twice. Also car was covered in tree debris, sorry but respect my auto that I keep like new, dont park under a tree, treat as if it was yours....
