Staff was very nice and took their time schooling me on cooking methods and products. walked out with a 4.5qt dutch oven at 30% off.

The lady helping us was amazing! We were look for something specifically and she called around to other stores that had it for us! Went absolutely above and beyond to help!

Decent selection, fair prices, horrible service. Dropped $140 on 2 items I absolutely DID NOT NEED, and neither staff member could be bothered to acknowledge that I was even there making a purchase! Other than the location, there is nothing favorable about this Le Creuset location.

Unknowingly bought a $350 Dutch oven with a defect on the lid. Tried to exchange and was told to contact the warranty center. I’ve emailed and spent a total of 7 hours on hold...nothing. Went back to the store today to explain and they said, “sorry, this is a handmade product and defects happen.”

Very knowledgeable and helpful. The prices are very good and they often have deals on top of the outlet process.

This store is very quiet nearly no one was there shopping the shelves were very stocked in organized that price is are slightly high then some of the other kitchen stores in the valley the service was great
