Store is located w/plenty of close parking. staff always great. shares opinion honestly about different product, what it smells like, etc. when I have problems w/online order, this store always helps out. Quiet shopping area all around. real convenient and nice

This place is crazy on the once a year candle sale. Candles are 8.50 each, EXPECT TO WAIT 1 HOUR OR MORE IN LINE. But its overpriced great sale because they have quality products. Plus you can get free wrapping and ribbon. If you enter your email you get lots of coupons n stuff.

I only come to this one because of the manager Cindy by far the most sweetest and informative manager I have seen! Not only is she on top of it, but her employees are always greeting you and asking if we need help!!! I have ones closer to me for the store but I come to this one because of Cindy and her employees! The customer service that they give is outstanding !

Im one of those customers that dont like it when Im accompanied or followed around the store when I enter to shop as if I were a child. When I first arrived, I felt somewhat intimidated that I was instantly told I needed to take a paper shopping bag for any products I purchased. Then was asked what I was looking for. What I really wanted was reed diffusers, but was told they no longer carry them. I then asked if they had Vanilla Bean body spray, which apparently is only sold during the holidays. Really!?!? Why is it stores stop selling items or dont carry non-holiday items year-round?? Anyway, the associate felt it necessary to point out several other fragrances, and I felt somewhat annoyed that I couldnt just look around on my own. Idk, maybe thats standard policy here, but my opinion is: just let your customers shop and discover products on their own.

Beautiful Candles and other gifts besides everyone there is very kind and ready to help you. I met the manager whom runs the store very nice and helpful. Thanks Bath and Body on ray and 10 i will always go there.

The store looks great, and theyre limiting the number of shoppers inside, but they seemed a bit overstaffed. Its hard to maintain distance with an associate every few feet. Great sale, great smells, and quick service.

I love shopping at Bath and Body Works. They have a great selection of shower gels, lotions, soaps, body sprays, and candles. Staff is always super friendly and helpful. I bought the At The Beach shower gel and it smells wonderful. The scent is very relaxing as if I am on the beach. I want more and Im not even out yet. I love this store!

Awesome sale today! I was greeted with a smile. Christmas songs were playing and put me in the mood. The lady who help me was great and she was sing the songs.She was fun. She was knowledgeable about the sale and handed me me a bag. I wish I knew her name. Great experience!

Great shopping experience after being away from instore shopping for 4 months.The heat while waiting outside was uncomfortable, one of those mister that keeps you cool, would have really done the trick with temperature in the 100. Why wait in the heat... hummm good question.I guess its more of getting out and about youll put up with some discomfort. Once inside there was plenty of merchandise to choose from and pleasant sales persons to assist.

Love all the different smells and a lot of inventory of different items.

I like it but I hated having to stand in the heat due to social distancing. Offer people some bottles of water or invest in the outdoor mist to stay cooler if we have to wait outside.I wouldve left had my husband not dropped me off...

This store should have just been closed instead of revamped. As before the employees are rude and have no idea about corporate policy. 2 of the managers Cindy and Alana actually told me they arent required to offer cash on a online return in store even though the invoice and website states they are unless payment was made through PayPal. The national corporate Customer Care number advised me the stores were advised in September they had to be following correct policy, guess this store thinks they are exempt. Definitely wont be returning to this store.

I enjoyed our visit here, we brought in our young baby and everyone was friendly with her. Even tho she was grumpy from being at two other stores. The staff was very helpful and friendly and didnt mind looking in the back for a soap my wife wanted. Definitely worth stopping by.

Products range from hand sanitizers, to body washes, to scented candles. This company isnt chintzy with their fragrances, but it can become pretty overwhelming. Prices are in the mid-to higher range, but thats offset by all of their sales and coupons. Customer service is great. Associates are attentive, but not clingy.

They were very friendly and very helpful. My wife loves this place. Seemed pricey to me, but after the sales and coupons, it was much cheaper! Went from $67 down to $41 after discounts and the coupons. The coupons say they cannot be combined with other offers, but they do combine. She bought 5 soaps, 2 candles, and a lotion, I believe... So not bad at all. Very helpful and friendly people too.

Helpful staff. Awesome products. Love the wallflower air fresheners they offer. Large scent selection for lotions, body sprays, candles, and wallflower oils. They usually have some kind of sale happening and send coupons if you join mailing list.

The staff is great, helpful & super friendly, but 1/3 of the store is now candles. :( I want bath and body products, not candles.Dont get me wrong I love their candles, but thats NOT why I shop there. I was a bit disappointed.

Staff needs to understand basic math better - if you had a coupon for $15 off total, and you return an item (that scanned the incorrect price in the first place), you dont just get the apportioned item price back - you get the gap from that return coupon back, up to $15 (otherwise, when you do the math, you didnt receive $15 off your total when you spent over $100!).

Whats not to love here, the quality of body creams are amazing and the scents are wonderful. Im always being complimented on my vanilla fragrance, i use both the spray and cream. Always a new free deal too!

After holiday sale was great. My candle purchases were safely packed by the associate and loved everything I have from them. Regular prices are a bit much.

I bought three lotions and got three free on Black Friday and did not get a receipt. Needed to return the lotions since I got the wrong ones(gifts for people) and when I went to the store to return them they told me because I did not have a receipt(I was never given one) they would only reimburse me half of what I purchased. I find that to be bad business especially since I was never given a receipt in the first place and it felt like the associate did not want to put in the effort to process the return and decided to give below average customer service. Never shopping at this location, again, nor will I recommend it to anyone.

Nice shop with very strong smell soaps, lotions, etc. They run sales all the time this week was 6 liquid hand soaps for 18$. Girlfriend loves this place and always a helpful staff.
