They had a great window display if I remember correctly from four months ago. I was just walking around the strip mall after having some great Greek food and wondering if Carls Jr was the only place that was permanently closed. I noticed that a few places were available and also that there was several stores like a 99 cent store, karate lessons and a furniture store just steps away as well as two rides for little kids.

Tiffany really took her time with my mother. Their customer service is off the charts. Prices are reasonable compared to a few other places we went to. This place was recommended by my wifes friend. Highly recommend you stop in. Big hearts here!

I came in to purchase a wig after visiting numerous shops and was very pleased. While it took me a long time to decide I eventually found the right color, and style. I worked with Heather, who was super patient, professional, and very knowledgeable. I had to special order the style I preferred and came back to the shop to have Heather style it. She did such a great job that I ordered another wig. Heather is awesome and I have enjoyed my experience and working with her Kudos!

I bought a topper around August 2018. This was my first experience so I didn’t know how they came or what to expect. I have now purchased the exact same topper in another color online so I now have a basis of comparison and I am angry and disappointed in the one I purchased from Paris Wigs. The one I bought online was $100 cheaper, came wrapped in fishnet in a Jon Renault box with instructions. The one I bought at Paris wigs was not in a box (I remember asking if there is a box and was told no), had no instructions, and was not wrapped in fishnet to keep it from tangling. Now that I can compare, it was rattier looking and the hair around the band in front is sparse. I really feel they sold me a sample they were using in the store for others to try on. I don’t believe I got a new topper like I received online. And...I paid a lot more for it! I would love if they would exchange it for me for a new one but I’m not holding my breath. If they do, I will update my review that they stood behind their product and service. Paris Wigs, if you read this, you have my contact info...the ball is in your court.

I stumbled across this place by pure coincidence- I had an errand nearby and ended up wandering in after seeing there were wigs for sale. And the same day, I had purchased one, and it is all thanks to Heather for being such a kind and amazing person! Not only did she take the time to thoroughly answer all of my questions, she also helped me try on a variety of wigs, even offering her own much-appreciated opinions and suggestions. Throughout my entire experience from walking in to leaving with the wig, she had helped me every single step of the way.When I first walked in, I was actually a bit hesitant about getting a wig, not having actually been able to experience trying one on (or trying one that I actually liked). Ive been here several times...hairpieces a new thing for me! Selection very large and diverse and women helpful, very friendly and knowledgeable. Didnt feel pushed to buy...owner very willing to trim wigs to make them really fit my face. I took my time and noticed young and older women being attended to and whether there for the fun of trying a new hairdo or because of a hair loss issue...cancer or otherwise...they all left looking so natural and attractive. Having the owner on site and fully engaged is also a plus and their desire to make you happy is evident. I was not at all sure of going to a wig store, but found the atmosphere relaxing and private. Not only lots of styles, but huge range of colors to pick from or order.

I took my 73 yr old mother here for a 1 hr consultation appt in Aug.2018. She is going through chemo for a very rare, aggressive stage 4 cancer and we knew she would be losing her hair soon. The only sales person, at Paris Wigs in Gilbert, AZ, was a blonde gal in probably her mid twenties. This gal had an attitude like we were taking up her time. No suggestions for wig selections or what looked best when my mom was trying them on. I was the one pulling wigs from the shelves. She seemed exasperated at us for just not choosing something. Our lives have been turned upside down by this out of the blue diagnosis and this salesperson had absolutely no compassion for what a traumatic experience this is for my mother to know that she will be losing all her hair. There was no full wig in the color of the style we eventually chose, only a small swatch. At the time the salesperson said that if my mom didnt like it when it came in that she could have a credit towards something else. She also told my mom that she would style it and clip the bangs. Well, that was not the case. When my mom went to pick up the wig it was much darker grey than expected and she would not cut the bangs. When my mom expressed her disappointment the salesperson said Well, you already had an hour consultation. BTW This wig cost $470 . Go someplace else if you want some actual service.

I called multiple salons looking for someone to do extensions for me, couldnt deal.with the short any longer.I sent pictures, spoke to various salon people all over Scottsdale, NO ONE was willing to do it, said it was too short.I came across Paris Wigs and Extensions. Had a visit w Denise. She said it wouldnt be a problem. I honestly was skepical, but today I saw a true artist at work! She transformed my look in a matter of hours: from braiding, to sewing, to blending, cutting.and styling, this woman is amazing!! I have my long locks back, and they look more fabulous than ever!
