I had a wonderful experience at the store. I enjoyed laying on different COMFORTABLE mattresses testing them out! The sales woman Colleen was great, helpful and very personable. This is my first sleep number bed with many recommendations from family and friends to get one. I am still smiling from my experience!!

I was discouraged with the ordering process, because the computer/IPad being used was running very slowly. This was the result of a poor WiFi connection available in the store. I was almost ready to bail on the deal. It took 15 to 20 minutes longer than it should have with a good connection. I was in the store for over an hour and a half when I knew what I wanted when I walked in and it took that long to finalize the deal. Not an efficient way to run a business.

The beds are beautiful and the functionality is great! Expensive no matter what deal they give you. Really appreciated Colleens gentle guidance. She was great to work with!

Wonderful to have knowledgeable professional people who know there products. The experience was not pushy nor uncomfortable. We had a great experience with Colleen, and Julie at the Chandler, AZ branch. The process was easy and they answered all of our questions.We were in the market for a bed, and decided to go with Sleep Number because of the options, the quality of the bed, and the customer service.The second part of the sale is also intriguing. You would think a big company would sell you something, then move on to the next customer. NOT Sleep Number.They help you register the bed and downloadable app which was easy to do. They also do follow ups after you have had the bed to see how everything is working. There are not many companies that provide this type of service, and we are happy to choose Sleep Number for this reason.I would recommend my friends and family to a sleep number bed.

The service is very good but it ultimately is a blowup mattress with some bells and whistles. I spent months sleeping on it but never felt comfortable no matter what sleep number I used. A good indication of the lack of value is if you look at used mattresses Sleep Number goes for a lot less than the new price and a lot less than competitors used mattresses.

Never again. Warranty is prorated, so dont expect everything to be covered at all. Our mattress only lasted 2.5 years and we paid 2500.00. SO do I recommend them? NO, the answer is a firm NO.

My brother and his wife were helped by Colleen at the Chandler store. They were so happy they suggested we check out the Veterans Day sale. Kyle helped us at that same store. He did a great job and we ended up with the perfect bed and added options for us. Everyone was low pressure and very friendly and helpful. Great store, super products and superb staff. We highly recommend!

Very nice people. Really showed us all the differences from a traditional spring or foam mattress. Spent time with us and made us feel very welcome.

Customer service was amazing. Kyle was very nice and help us through the whole process. We found the bed we were looking for and very good deal too. Kyle showed us every single bed and showed us how they work too. He answered all our questions and even had to stay late at the store to help us.

Service was okay, but they wont deliver the bed for 8 weeks! Website says average of 2 weeks, when asked about the reason for the delay everyone seems indifferent about it and wont give a reasonable explanation! Of course they only gave us the delivery time after we paid!

I called the Chandler store around 9:30 or 10 and talked to Julie on the phone and told her that I just bought a mattress at your competitors and that I was not happy about it Julie told me to come in the same day to try out a sleep number bed. So I did. the best decision I made got to the store in chandler AZ and Julie was there right away she showed me and my wife the bed we called about laid down on it went through the numbers and found our perfect sleep number mine was 33 and my wifes was25 it felt so good we didnt want to get up so we purchased the c-2 they made financing very easy. We were treated like valued customers Julie and her coworker mad us very happy....thanks

The sales associate was very nice, attentive and helpful. The prices are very high and not very competitive. We found an extremely comparable brand online for the bed for half the cost and they also had great reviews. We found the adjustable base also half the cost, with more features from Amazon. I feel bad for the sales associate because he was very helpful.

I cant wait to get my bed! If you go to this store, ask for Jesse Jackson. He is the most helpful person I have ever had the pleasure to deal with in a retail store! I actually did not have any intention of making a purchase now, but with Jesses assistance I was able to get a new bed. He was never, ever pushy! If you need a new bed, go check out this store and ask for Jesse and tell him I sent you. I promise you wont be sorry!!

I purchased on 12/21/2019 and asked if there would be better sale after Christmas and was told no. Then on 12/25/2019 I see there is a better sale. I was lied to. Will cancel the sale.

We are return customers having owned a sleep number bed for 18 years. We bought a new bed due to our experiences with sleep number. Great warranty and a great product. Sales personnel were very nice and informative.

I went to the Chandler mall location arrived based on internet they opened on Sunday at 10:00. When arrived at the door for the Sleep Number store hours posted were 11:00. Tara saw I was at the door & open the store & took care of my return with a smile & then processed to show several sheets allowing all the time I needed to make a new purchase. She went above & beyond to help me & see that I was happy with my purchases. Thank you for the service that is rare to find these days.

We had owned one of the original Sleep Number beds and loved it. We then strayed to 3 bad choices in 8 yrs. We visited the Chandler Sleep Number store and were greeted at the door by Dan Fisher. Dan was a great young man and we totally enjoyed his educational process. So much to choose from! No pressure. No upselling, just honest help. Thank you Dan; thank you Sleep number!

Sleep number bed and staff are terrible. The delivery guy came to set up my bed and he had cat hair all over him. I have an allergy to cats. Of course I couldnt go near the guy because I started to sneeze and have difficulty breathing. I called customer service and was on hold for almost an hour. I was switch so many times to people that didnt know anything. It took almost a week to get my new mattress The delivery guy was nice. I asked the guy why I was so uncomfortable sleeping in my bed? He explained that I have a dual chamber and I informed him I asked for a single chamber. Here we go again, customer service and on hold and I finally spoke with a supervisor that was not too helpful with information. I was informed it will cost me more money and I refused to pay anything extra especially with all the issues occuring. Finally she said ok it will be deliver over night at no extra cost. I spoke with the Supervisor on Friday so now it is Tuesday and never received anything. I contacted the customer service 3 times and 2 times on hold for over an hour so I hung up. One time I spoke with someone in customer service that needs to go back to training school. The customer serivce person hung up on me because I asked for a supervisor. I contacted the store where I purchased the bed and they just informed me the UPS didnt pick uo the package yet to deliver to me. Very poor customer service and not worth the money to purchase a sleep number bed. I would never recommend sleep number to anyone. It is a waste of money and over rated.
