These guys are amazing!! My husband and I went into the store to look and fell in love with a gorgeous pool table. Jeffrey was super friendly and knowledgeable and made us feel welcome. We claimed the table that day and it was delivered about a week later. Tanner and Jeffrey set us up and made us feel involved in every step - advising us on placements and whatnot. Only took about an hour! They threw in some queues, chalk to match the felt (which we got to also pick), balls, racks, wall mount, etc! Highly recommend!

We just bought an 8ft Bruinswick, Tanner and team recently completed delivery and installation. After meeting Tanner we stopped looking at other stores. I never post reviews, but the service I received at Sure Shot was top notch. I called around all over town looking for felt and every other billiards store, including Diamondbacks, told me to kick rocks with no socks. I called here and they gave me exactly what I needed to finish assembling my table at a very reasonable price. 10/10 would recommend anyone to this shop over any others in town!

We feel fortunate to have found Sure Shot. From the day we met Tanner and he showed us around his shop, he was very friendly and provided lots of information and answered all of our questions. At Sure Shot they find and refurbish pool tables and sell and install them for a very fair price. They know which tables are the good ones and only work with those. We picked out the one we wanted right there in the shop, and we also got to choose the felt color we thought would look best in our house. Then a few days later Tanner and Jeff came to the house and set it up for us. Always friendly, always polite, they worked quickly and efficiently. We waited too many years thinking that a good pool table was just going to be too expensive, but now we have a beautiful table and are already enjoying it! My wife and i were searching for a specific type pool table (7 with dining top) for quite some time before finding Sure Shot Billiards.My first experience was with Eric over the phone though one of his offer up listings.Luckily, they are open and was able to make the trip out to their location.We were welcomed in by Jeffrey who was super cool and knowledgeable. The table as exactly what we wanted, but we felt the table top needed work to give it a new appearance. (Full disclosure we knew it was a used table)They had a guy who was going to refinish the top but was not up to par when we arrived to inspect it. Jeffrey even acknowledged it was not up to their standards.Eric then called to say they were going to see if they could do it in house. Turns out, its not an easy process. Since they could not get it up to snuff, Eric took off the refinishing cost as I found a restorer that could make it like new.Fast forward to install. Tanner called to let us know they were on the way and made it exactly at 8am as promised.Both Tanner and Jeffrey were so pleasant, accommodating extremely professional and are excellent craftsmen/installers.The table looks amazing and would buy from them again in a heartbeat.They will treat you like family and truly want you to have the best experience possible. Purchased 2 spectator chairs remotely from Sure Shot Billiards. I arranged a carrier as I needed them shipped, but Sure Shot Billiards coordinated times directly with the carrier to eliminate my go-between involvement.The pics posted on Sure Shot Billiards website were very accurate and represented the chairs perfectly. I had originally planned on buying a much more expensive new table from another shop, but I stopped by Sure Shot just to browse, and Im really glad I did. From the selection at the shop to the conversations with everyone here, you can tell they know their tables and really enjoy the work they do.I ended up getting a table installed about 2 weeks after I originally came in and am very happy with everything. I havent had any issues with the table, but Im confident that if anything came up these guys would stop by and make it right. 9 months ago I was in the market to upgrade to a modern high end pool table and came across Sure Shot Billiards. I was looking to buy new but they were selling a pristine Brunswick Gold Crown table In hard to find glossy piano black that looked stunning . I purchased it at a fraction of what a new one costs and had them install new felt. The entire process far exceeded my expectations thanks to the owner and staff‘a personable high level of service.

These guys are great! Very friendly, down to earth, knowledgeable. They love what they do and it shows. Tanner took the time to listen to my likes and didnt try to sell me just to move product. Quick turnaroud for delivery and setup. They included all the accessories (sticks, balls, cues etc) and made sure to go over all the care instructions when done. I had a good feeling about them just scanning the website, and glad I went in to take a look around. Ive gone back since to buy additional cues, very reasonable prices on everything in their showroom. Highly recommend.

I am glad that I went with Sure Shot for my pool table. I went to another place and they wanted over $300 for travel and another $500-600 for the set-up fee. Sure Shot did it all for $250! Erick helped me pick out the best pool table for my needs and budget. He gave me details on several tables and upon all the research, determined which one would best suit my ideals.
