I cannot stress my appreciation for this shop. For a first time experience getting into tattoos, it was perfect. They were fast with trying to get me in, working with my designs, and all of their artists are exceptional but I had the honor of working with LeiLani and she is extraordinary. If you want a great quality tattoo, with reasonable pricing, and to have an overall caring and kind experience, please go here. I cant think of one complaint or regret.

Great tattoo shop that doesn’t feel like a stereotypical tattoo shop. You are greeted by professional staff and clean areas from top to bottom. I have been in numerous times and refer family and friends here. Call ahead and book because they are out months for reservations with some artists. Yes. They are that good.

Was super professional and nice, definitely did not fit the stereotypes of the shady tattoo shop.My tattoo was simple and only took 20 minutes, but it turned out perfect and they took extra time to help explain aftercare since this is my first tattoo.

I took my daughter here to have her ears pierced and it was the most amazing experience! We had Colleen who could not have been any more awesome. She was absolutely fantastic with my daughter and explained every step to her. She asked her and I both if we had questions. She made the whole experience just fantastic. And she did a great job too, lets not forget to mention that :) She was very professional, clearly experienced and kept everything very clean and sanitary. Im so glad when my daughter looks back at her first piercing experience it will be with this in mind. Hot Rod Tattoo is absolutely gorgeous on the inside. They are also being very covid cautious and wise which I greatly appreciate it. I will definitely be referring friends to this place. I just had my cartilage pierced by Colleen. She was THE BEST!! She was SO friendly and kind. She explained everything before and during the procedure, walking me through each step. I was so calm that it hardly hurt at all! It looks amazing and I am very pleased. I will definitely go back to her for any piercings I get in the future. I’ve always loved Hotrod; I got my first tattoo here. Now it’s my favorite piercing place too!!

Brought my 15 year old daughter in and we got our noses pierced for her birthday. I can not rave enough about how incredibly comfortable our piercer made us feel. My daughter had about a zillion questions (most not even related to piercing) and she graciously answered each and every one. Hands down, best experience at any shop yet!!

Can’t say enough good things about this place. It takes “tattoo parlor” to a whole new level. The staff is friendly. The inside is modern and updated. The private tattoo rooms are clean, with nice equipment, and televisions! Most importantly, the skill is amazing. Matt just completed a half sleeve for me after several sessions and it is amazing. Just had my first tattoo done by Chuy. He was really nice, made me feel comfortable and did an amazing job! The shop is super clean, everyone is very friendly and will answer any questions. I’m so happy with the work he did, I would highly recommend this shop and the artist Chuy to anyone.

We took our 8 year old daughter to Hotrod to get her ears pierced. We chose Hotrod due to their reputation and because they use a needle instead of a piercing gun. Colleen was incredible! Her patient and gentle approach put my daughter completely at ease and ensured her experience was extremely positive. Colleen was so caring throughout the entire process. Her treatment of our daughter was absolutely amazing! We all left feeling very grateful for Colleens kindness and our wonderful experience at Hotrod.

I checked out several places before deciding to get my tattoo here. My husband and I were so impressed as soon as we walked in. The place is so clean with the most friendly customer service staff. They were extremely helpful with all aspects of the process which was so important to me as this was my first tattoo. Also, I am much older than most, especially for this being my first tattoo!! I made an appointment with Shay Milford. He was FABULOUS!! Not only was he very professional, he was friendly, kind and an excellent artist. This was very important to me as it was a memorial tattoo for my sister. The tattoo turned out better than I could have imagined. I have received many compliments on how well the tattoo looks. I highly recommend getting your tattoo here!!!! And by all means ask for Shay!!

I had a great experience! Had my nostril and my earlobe pierced. Everyone I spoke to was very nice and made me feel super comfortable since this was my first piercing experience (besides Claire’s... never again). Gene did my piercings. He was awesome! I went and got my nose pierced there and I was SUPER nervous but all the staff were super sweet and Matt made my experience so easy and quick! He talked me through everything and was very calm which helped me stay calm. The entire place was super clean!! Really recommend!

Great customer service! Called 10 mins before closing when my daughter yanked her nose piercing out while showering and lost it in the drain. She waited for us to arrive although it was past their closing time when we arrived. Thank you!

The process of setting up the appointment was quick and the receptionists were very friendly and attentive with getting all the details. I had gotten my piercing done with Gene previously, so it was the best choice to have my tattoo done by him as well! He does such intricate and clean work. He made sure to make me feel comfortable before he started working. Even when I expressed discomfort from the needles, he was more than willing to take 5 minute breaks to let me continue. Hes a great artist and Ill be having him do all my future tattoos!

Was looking for a place to get a couple of piercings done at, this place showed up with the best reviews. I went in on a Monday and had to make an appointment a couple days later which I did not mind at all. I was pleasantly impressed by how clean the shop is. The staff is also very friendly, very helpful and professional. I liked that they sent me a text the day before reminding me of my appointment. Gene did my piercings he was great, friendly, and very precise gave me great aftercare instructions. I highly recommend this place.

I had sketched out what I wanted. The tattoo artist took my sketch and perfected it. He also spent another hour with me to change some things on it, to make it exactly how I wanted before tattooing. It came out looking AWESOME! And I got it with a great price too. The staff also was great. I would recommend them to anyone. Also, they dont pick the artist, they have you do. Which allows to get the best person to do your tattoo. I really appreciate their work. And my guess is you will too.

My boyfriend and I wanted on-the-whim tattoos while on vacation. After seeing reviews online and on facebook, and seeing pictures of how clean the place was, we called and were quickly able to make appointments. From ease of making those appointments, to the cleanliness of the shop, the friendliness and professionalism of the staff, we couldnt have been happier with the experience we had here. Kris, our tattoo artist was able to put his spin on our tattoos and making excellent suggestions, along with making the experience of the tattoo easy as well.

4th tattoo by Mario and once again did his magic. I would post pic but dont want anyone else to copy it. The staff here is no less than stellar every time I call or come in. Whether it is your first or 10th tattoo they take care of you.

Ive had the pleasure of being tattooed by 5 different artists and each one of them was clean, did amazing work, super down to earth and I would recommend this shop to anyone looking for quality tattoos. The girls at the front are super awesome and knowledgeable about everyone in the shop, Ive never had a bad experience here.
