I honestly love everything about this shop! Cozy and inviting, and the customer service could not have been better. Huge selection of comfy, cute, excellent quality shoes with half and narrow sizes. I have painful and VERY hard-to-fit feet and there were so many that actually felt great that I had a hard time deciding, which Never happens! (This is a very big deal for me, ladies! ❤)

Monica the store manager was amazing! She helped me pick out quite a few shoes to try on and see which ones felt best. She was very patient with me and very knowledgeable!! I will be back! Very clean and organized store!! Awesome customer service!!!

Great customer service! During the Covid-19 shelter in place orders, I found myself wanting a new pair of sandals and wanting to shop at a local business. I was able to email and get plenty of information, seamlessly make my purchase online, with a discount! And, my purchase was delivered to my home. I couldnt ask for anything more. Prices are competitive and it is always better to #shoplocal.

Every time Im in Phoenix, I make it a point to drive over to Shoe Thrill in Chandler. Though its a little out of the way, and sometimes costly in time with traffic, the effort is absolutely worth it. The stores staff is always so courteous, knowledgable, and eager to help me find the best set of shoes for my tastes and needs. The owner Carissa Krausman is exceptional in ascertaining the information needed to provide the best compliments to my personal style, Ive witnessed her do this many times for others as well (including elderly women, younger folks, older gentlemen and 30-somethings like me). I always get a big smile when I walk through the door from Carissa, which is really comforting to know someone has made the effort to remember her customers, and always leave with a great pair of comfortable, and damn fancy shoes. Great work Shoe Thrill staff!!
