I needed the key fob to my old Accord replaced and was referred here to get it done cheaper than at the dealer. Armando was quick, communicative, and very professional. Total price ended up being a full $100 less than I had thought it would be. Couldn’t be happier.

Ive been using A Processional Lock for all my lock smith needs past 12 years or so.

This place has the worst customer service. I stood around waiting for 10 minutes while two employees were right in front of me. No hello or well be with you in a moment. One guy walked right past me without even a nod. They both seems a bit annoyed about something. I dont have time for people who are rude and unprofessional, so I just walked out.

This is one of the worst locksmiths i have ever worked with. We ordered 150 DND keys and provided a copy of the key we needed cut. Instead of cutting the new keys with the master provided, they used a code and none of the keys work in my gates. Took them back to try and make it right, and they butchered the keys even worse. $600+ worth of product wasted. I will never use them again, or refer anyone to them. Stay away.

Very nice guy but unfortunately they cannot make keys for a Mercedes-Benz. I would still recommend them to anyone else

I just wanted to update and share a frustrating situation that was handled professionally and ethically. To many times consumers get taken advantage of. This owner got it right and hit a home run.I am sure these technicians are very good at their job. The technician I dealt with and the gentleman on the phone were very polite. I had an issue with the digital lock on my gun safe. I called them to come out and get in to the safe. They dispatched someone pretty fast. I was actually able to get in the safe immediately after I got off the phone with them. I called them back immediately and notified them I was able to get in the safe. I requested they come out and change the lock and the key pad to avoid any future issues. The gentleman showed up removed 4 screws and stated he had the wrong mechanism. He stated he would find the part and call me to install it. He also charged me $65.00 for the service call under the premise that I would not be charged this again when they returned to install the new mechanism. Three days or so went by and no body called. I called and spoke to a gentleman and he stated they were unable to find the part. I explained my frustrations about being charged for absolutely no work. He said he would call me back in a day or so. He did not. I called him today. Once again he stated they could not get in touch with the manufacturer. He said they would not refund me the $65.00 service call fee. I explained they did not “service” anything. He stated they were not charging me to try and find the mechanism or the leg work as he called it. This in my opinion is very poor business ethic. Their employee who had the make model and serial number for my safe showed up with the wrong part. Absolutely no work was done. Had they have followed thru on any of the original agreement I would happily pay them. They did not. This practice right here would not fly in my line of work. Dishonest to say the least.After posting this I was immediately contacted by the owner. After a very pleasant conversation he offered to refund the money. This is customer service right here. He assured me this is not how they do business.

Very Quick service I had an obscure Key and not only did they have the key in stock but i was out the door in minutes.

Great service by Rich. He came to rekey a door lock for me and while there oiled an older different lock that was sticking. Recovering from broken shoulder so this was really painfull to open everytime i used it. Now it works perfectly. You got me as a customer from now on!

Thieves at best. I believe this is my first review ever. and I felt the need to write it. I needed to get into my office ( a normal residential lock on door) quoted $65 service call and $75 an hour. He said the hour would be pro rated. I was told they would be out in 40-1 hr and I would receive a call when they were coming. I was called shortly thereafter to tell me they are here!the clock starts running Im 10 mins away. He starts to pick the lock,,, 12 mins later as he continues to pick with no success he says worst case scenario if I just drill it it will open right up!. Bummer if he feels he cant open it a locksmith remember. I said go ahead drill it. Guess what.....took another 30 minutes!!! to drill. yes to drill and open. My father is a locksmith in a other state I have drilled locks before. Ok were done. He says he might have locks in his van If i wanted to buy from him. said sure. Takes his time looking comes back I sadi now wait. I need to know where we are ? I argued about teh time waiting he said ok no problem. He said it will take me 10 min to put these locks on. I said great go ahead we are at an hour now. Nope! he goes to his van for 22 minutes getting me the invoice, t some point I was gonna go look for him it was a long time.I am then charged for 1.5 hours!! no pro ration and complete thief. I should pay for time that you were looking for the invoice? So upsetting because they were the most expensive service call but for some dumb reason I should of known not to believe anyone with an hourly rate. Read yelp reviews- I should have.
