Thank you so much to Dale and Amber for their assistance and patience during the entire process. Dale was fabulous with knowing what would look best in my home and was not trying to push the most expensive product. I felt they truly had my best interest at heart. There was a delay at the mill of my product but Amber stayed on top of it and communicated with me regularly. The installation also went very smoothly and was completed in one day which exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend Flooring America of Chandler!

Everything from picking our flooring to installation went very smoothly. Mark did a great job, and Dale brought the color / pattern we went with and *didnt* pick at the store...I think he knew better than us. ;)Highly recommended, and will use them again on our next job for sure.

Flooring America in Chandler is the BEST! Dale and Amber really took amazing care of my husband and I. Once you start looking for carpet you realize it is not an easy task. There are so many options from price point to quality…and then the decision, do I even do carpet or do I stick with the wood tile planks throughout??We decided to go with carpet and Karastan at that! Top quality and gorgeous colors to choose from. The carpet was the last to be installed after a complete remodel of the home. New stairs finished getting installed and stained Thursday and carpet installed Friday…Goldenrod…Oh I was so excited!!!I got home from work and the carpet was not the correct color. It was pink to say the least!! Yes, very stressful.Dale and Amber worked hard to ensure not only did Karastan replace our carpet with no charge, we decided to go with a completely different color to ensure it wouldn’t happen again. They ordered the carpet and it was installed to perfection! I am so happy with the carpet, it’s like clouds under our toes!THANK YOU DALE AND AMBER!! You two are the best and I would recommend to no doubt!

The entire process was a nightmare. Some things were out of Flooring Americas control but the way we were handled was not okay. Mark was a yes man, we had many questions and concerns before we even had signed a contract, he assured us everything would be not be a problem. As soon as we signed the contact and they got their money is when they said they couldnt do things. Then they wanted money for each and everything little thing that hadnt been mentioned before. The tiling crew led by Ezekiel was AMAZING. They worked hard and our flooring looks great. It was just insanely time consuming. Also, if you do hire them make sure you count your bags of mortar and grout every day. They took what wasnt used (which is fine) but didnt tell us. I had to ask if our final bill reflected what they took back. Dale looked surprised but quickly subtracted it from the total. Also, they ruined the bottom of our cabinets and tried to fix it, but it definitely isnt fixed. We love supporting local businesses, but this one was a mistake.

I have only shopped here for engineered hardwood flooring, so I cannot speak to the options for other flooring (though I know they also have a lot of carpeting, as well as laminate and vinyl plank options) or countertops. Bill was very helpful in directing our search for flooring, offering many helpful pieces of information. He even setup a measurement and quote at our house on the spot, directly after closing time. We have not made any purchase at this time, but so far I can say they offer a good selection or premium engineered hardwood flooring, including their own in-house brands of AquaDura and Floorcraft, made by Shaw. However, I must caution that the prices here seem a bit inflated, which is likely why they will casually knock off $0.50 per square foot right off the bat. Also, the installation pricing is a bit misleading because the cost of glue is separated out and very pricey. They are the first store to not charge for carpet removal, however, which is nice.

The flooring looked great. Unfortunately I was nice enough to leave my air conditioning on during the installation. I had to go back to my house twice during the install, once because they installed the bathroom flooring in the wrong direction. Both times I went back my back door was left wide open in the middle of July. This overworked and burn out my AC compressor. Because it was an R-22 system I had to get the whole system replaced and it cost me more than the flooring. When I spoke with the owner he basically just said I should have had it serviced more often and it was my fault. Basically, if you are going to hire this company, turn off your AC and let them suffer.

Just had tile installed in our kitchen. The installers did a good job, worked quickly and it looks great. We have also purchased carpet/installation from this store and have been very pleased. Quality and selection and attentive customer service.

I was so impressed, I did business with Cory and she was amazingly helpful and detailed everything, we told her that we wanted to get it done in May (we purchased in March) on April 29th she called and ordered the carpet and the date for it to be installed. The day of I received a call and text from Cory at 8:30 letting me know they would be out. Originally they said that it would take 4 hours but it actually ended up taking six. I dont blame them though for that it was a good chunk of our house getting redone and it was just two guys who did it.But I have to say... I love this carpet I am so happy with the quality and the service that we received 20 out of 10 would recommend...

Reaching out to Flooring America of Chandler was the best decision I could have made in choosing a reputable flooring company. I did my due diligence and had 3 quotes and my decision was not only based on price but service. The moment I walked into the store and Greg greeted me I was blown away with his knowledge of the products and industry, and his willingness to spend as much time with me as needed. Greg followed the project from beginning to end of completion. In fact, the entire crew from Jake to the tile layers were all courteous, respectful and wanted to make sure the job was done well and to my satisfaction. I also liked the fact it was a family run business, and would definitely recommend anyone looking for flooring options, a great price and service to check them out.

I cant say enough positive things about our experience with Flooring America of Chandler. From the salesman, Greg, to the install team led by Jake everything was seamless. The timing was as planned, no delays. In fact the install was finished 1 day early! We had chosen to install laminate wood flooring in several rooms. There are a lot of curved walls in our house which presented absolutely no problem for the installers. So professional. Its never easy to have large amounts of flooring changed out in a home, however, you wont be disappointed if you give Greg a call. Thanks guys!!

I just had vinyl plank flooring installed and the flooring looks beautiful. Great job on the floor. I paid a lot to have them install the baseboards. The quality of work on baseboards is not professional. a few of the baseboards had to be butted against each other and you can totally see the seam( I know you have to make certain cuts to put them together and not see a seam. they used nails that were TOO large. you can totally see every nail. They did return to try and fix the boards they butted against each other, but to no avail. they put caulking on the nail holes and said when i paint the nail holes and seams it should cover them up.Covered up a lot of them but not all and can still see the seams they said they would take them out and redo, however, who was going to repair dry wall when taken out if damaged so i said forget it. It should have been done right the first time.. I am not real happy with baseboards. My son in law put baseboards in my kitchen and bathrooms. You can not see 1 nail hole and he is not a contractor. I do want to add that Brian was the salesman and is really a great person to work with.

Stopped in to look at options in flooring. Spent a minimum of the 20 minutes in the showroom. There was only one person working and he was helping someone else pick flooring. Never once was I asked if they could help me with any questions or colors. I went to the next flooring store where I had all of my questions answered, they helped me choose a product and their prices were at least half of what this store had posted.

The product was good, but the company...not so great.I came into the store for carpet that I thought was discounted. When I asked about it, the salesman Brian only said, No, its actually this price...should we go ahead with it? Not even trying to explain anything, he basically just cornered me. But what choice did I have besides leaving? The crew came a couple of days later. After they installed the carpet upstairs, they noticed that the gap on my stairs had to be fixed first before they could install the carpet for the stairs. Not sure why the salesman who came before to measure everything did not notice, but I told them I had to find a handyman and they would have to come back. What was annoying here is they tried to charge me something like $75 to have the crew come back the second time. We were new homeowners and you would think that the person that came to measure our floor would have noticed. My final beef with them is something that I have to live with today. All they did was one thing: install carpet. But they did not go above and beyond to make the customers experience extraordinary. So today whenever I walk upstairs, some parts of the floor are squeaky. All they could have done was point it out and offer to screw the loose boards to stop the squeaking, and I would have happily paid for it. This was something I only learned later on, that was possible to have prevented the squeaking. Now I have to hear that sound every time I step foot upstairs,, unless I rip out the carpet and pay thousands of dollars for a new one.
