The experience was very pleasant, from the initial phone call to picking up my car. Aaron from service was clear in explaining the options related to the repairs of my Cadillac. The timeline for completing the repairs was met, and my car was freshly washed and presented to me for approval upon arriving at the Service Desk. I was truly treated as a valued customer by all the employees, and I appreciate the dealerships attention to detail in achieving customer satisfaction.

GUS was terrific to work with. NO PRESSURE. Very accommodating and showed us numerous XT6s with different options and colors. Gave us plenty of time to talk amongst ourselves so we could make the right decision. We were trading in an Enclave and he pointed out a side-by-side comparison of features between the two, which made our decision so much easier. Gus was friendly, informative, and really knew GM products. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND him to anyone!

Sociable salesman approached to have a talk Wednesday night. He said nothing about not being able to charge there. In fact, he saw me plug in my car. I had pulled in to charge my General Motors EV to get enough charge to make it to Tucson for a meeting. I figured I would work out across the street while my car charged. When I returned, I realized my car had charged 2 miles (about 5 minutes of charging). My car had been unplugged behind my back as soon as I left. No other car was using it. Just like that—UNPLUGGED. This speaks to their level of customer service and courtesy. I felt completely and utterly disrespected. I will turn everyone away from Earnhardt Cadillac.

I went to Earnhardt Chandler Cadillac not looking to purchase a vehicle that day and was met by a salesman who was very pleasant and non pushy.He seemed knowledgeable and made me want to consider more.Well, I ended up trading in my 2014 Cadillac for a 2021 Model.Everything was pretty pleasant until the end. While sitting a waiting for the financing Dept to come get me so I could sign the papers, we discussed my past two purchases from Earnhardt Cadillac in Scottsdale, AZ.I explained how friendly they were and each time received Thank You gifts at the time of purchase.I asked if I could receive a sun-shield for the vehicle and was surprised that the salesman immediately appeared reluctant to assist or even ask his supervisor if it was ok. He told me “Scottsdale is Scottsdale, they can give their customers gifts”While I was signing the papers in Finance, I mentioned the same thing to him and was met with the same reluctance. I was never offered more than a hand shake by the salesman or dealer when I finally left.It felt like they rushed me out the door after I signed all the papers.I spent over $70k on a vehicle and left there feeling like the only thing they wanted from me was my money.This was not a pleasant buying experience overall. I’ve purchased three vehicles over the last five years from Earnhardt and was very disappointed with the overall customer service on this one..The next day I even thought about returning the vehicle and driving to the Scottsdale location to purchase or going to the Mercedes dealer.I wanted to share my experience from the purchase I made just two days ago.This is not cool!!!

Bought our Escalade here. When we bought our car we had great customer service. Once we started getting our oil changed and tires rotated the service became terrible. We were suppose to have two free oil changes which was what was told to us when we bought our $90,000 car. They only granted one oil change. The second time we brought our car in the inside had oil grease and some sort of white residue all over the inside. In multiple places on both the driver and passenger seat. When I called to speak to the service manager the guy I spoke with just told me he was unavailable and he would put it in my notes to make sure the car was cleaned next time. Unacceptable! I just had my first flat and it shows my front right tire is flat but it’s really my back right passenger tire. We pay for tire rotation but no one has ever re calibrated the wheels so the electrical system is showing completely wrong information. I’m very disappointed with the lack of customer service we have received and it’s been not just one time. I hope other customers have better luck!

Brad and Nick are the best! Overall service department is honest, efficient, and go above and beyond to resolve issues. Had taken my Cadillac to the dealership where it was purchased and they had quoted me several thousands of dollars for work that needed to be done for parts that dont even exist on my car. I called Brad, had my car removed from the other dealership and he and Nick had identified what needed to be done correctly and also resolved other issues created at the other place. All around, stand up, good gents. It is nice to have service from individuals with integrity and clearly have pride in what they do.

I had some warranty work on my new Cadillac XT5. Not wanted since it was new, but nothing is perfect. It was a controller unit that sends signals to the steering system for staying in a driving lane. It had indications that it sometimes didnt see the lanes. Earnhardts ensured it was fixed correctly. Even though it took 2 days to complete the service. I felted wanted and needed and cared for as a customer. Really, as a consumer that is what I am looking for and Earnhardt delivered on that again. Great job to all of you!

These guys called me saying the were desperate for used cars so I brought mine in. They ended up offering me less than half the KBB’s trade in value. If you want your time wasted this is the place.Update: Just sold my car to Carvana for just over 2.5 times what this dealership offered me. They showed up at my place and paid me it was a 15 minute interaction.

To us, the customer service we receive from the service department means even more than that from the sales department. The sales department is a once or twice transaction, but the service department is a relationship you keep for years and years.

I have been taking my vehicle here since I purchased my cadillac last year. They are always so professional and thorough. The waiting area is very comfortable. I have used their courtesy vehicle when its allowed(I e. Warranty service) and now they even office to pickup your vehicle within a certain radius.

My AC stopped working just a couple days before my trip to California. I called The dealership to see if anything can be done before I leave. Nick answered the phone and I know Anytime that he answers he goes above and beyond with service. He told me not only that my AC would be fixed before my trip but that he would have my car picked up and dropped back off.
