Absolutely obsessed with this store! Such a cool selection of pretty much anything pop culture you could think of! We got stuff for ourselves, our baby and even our dog! Highly recommend checking out this store if you’re looking for a new collectible, fun clothes, purses or accessories. Definitely worth a look to have some fun!

Great gift shop with all kinds a great stuff like comics, pops, bags, clothes and much more. Staff is helpful and friendly. The place is kind of small so if its packed in there it will feel like your in Spencers . But definitely a great find for gifts or to just add to your own collections.

Love Box Lunch because of the selection of handbags. They carry Lounge Fly brand and have wallets, purses, and backpacks with every character you can think of. Their Harry Potter selection is small but the rest of the Disney collection is huge.

Mallory and Michelle were the most friendliest people to deal with. I had an online pick up with a small adjustment. Mallory made sure my purchase was perfect. Great customer service and super cute merch.

According to the website they dont take returns once an item has been worn, so the most I can do is warn other people. The products look cute and are super soft but this is the quality... I purchased this shirt on Mothers Day so it is two weeks old. I have work it twice and washed on delicate and lay flat to dry, and yet it is deteriorating. It was a lot of money for a shirt that falls apart in two weeks. Save your money and shop elsewhere.

Very kidsish like a Disney store not for teens

I come to this location several times a month. This store sells amazingly cute pop culture collectables, toys and clothing. Its is clean and well organized. The staff is also friendly and helpful.

Box lunch at Chandler mall is a fun store to shop at lots of cool items to browse and a fun friendly staff to help you out love all the anime and disney items

Great sales associates not afraid to talk to you about everything in the store. Definitely recommend parents and grandparents if they are looking for gifts for their younger relatives and may not know too much other than a title or character of their favorite series or franchise.

The ship to store option is faster in BoxLunch then Hot topic. I order an item with hot topic an hour before my order with BoxLunch and they shipped it before hot topic. My order arrived 5 days ago and I am still waiting for my HotTopic order.

Love this store! So much fan fiction/fantasy packed into one store you wonder how they keep it so organized. A little pricey but everything is a statement piece!

Lots of fun things to find, great staff, a bit pricey though, so be prepared to spend. Good shop if youre a bit of a nerd out geek. I bought some buttons there recently, but I frequently go for gifts.

I love stopping by here when Im in Chandler mall, very nostalgic with their t-shirts and different memorabilia. Some clothing sizes are small but just look online and youll be fine.

My mother bought me 5 shirts from here but in Utah and I went back without a receipt to Chandler mall. The young lady that helped me was very nice and super willing to help out as much as she could to exchange my tshirts. She looked at all the shirt I had and said so most of these are gamer shirt so she then pointed out where I would find shirt like that. I kept looking and didnt find anything after 30 minutes of searching I swear, I tried a few tshirts on that she find for me. I was on a time crunch and put everything back where I found it and proceeded to find her in this very crowded store I was embarrassed to tell her I couldnt find anything because she was super helpful and didnt mind. She went online to purchase the one I wanted and have it sent to their store and the rest was put onto a card for store credit. Another young lady help me get a size small off of a hanging body display I felt bad but that was the only small. Hats off to these girls for helping a needy customer amongst the chaos! Thank you ladies, I will be come back when I have more time! FYI dont be shy to ask for help I would suggest it because there is tones on stuff you really have to dig for. Good luck and enjoy!

Bailey at Lunch Box was super helpful over the phone and helped get an item transferred from another local store, and allowed me to walk in and pick up our order. Ashley was also helpful on following Baileys instructions on our most recent visit to Lunch Box. Customer Service in this store exceeds my expectations, and you know the people LOVE their jobs, it shows in their smiles, greeting you (and sincerely happy you are in their store)! Didn’t have exactly what I was looking for, I was looking for anything with Loki. The girls there were very helpful though and I was able to find other marvel gifts that worked too. There were a few things things I wanted for myself but I had to remember it wasn’t my birthday!

Had a great experience here! The staff was friendly and professional, they asked if I had any questions and then let me just browse on my own for a bit and then would check back with me.

Boxlunch is the best new age retailer because of its unique items, amazing customer service, and it gives back to the community. The clothing and items are so unique to each and every fandom. The employees are always ready to help and assist you with honestly anything. Located inside of a mall with plenty of free parking.Store was clean and well organized. Great selection including anime, comic, and movie merch. They also carry exclusive Funko Pop figures. The girls working there were helpful and very friendly.Id definitely recommend this location to anyone and everyone looking for convention merch without the entrance fee. :)

His is the place you take your girlfriend or boyfriend when you cheat on them. Place is overly priced and the quality is bad. I bought a SW jacket and it ripped in the washer on delicate.

I personally love BoxLunch. I was super excited when they opened because at the time I was moving from NM to AZ and was hoping they would have a store by my new place. The staff is very nice whenever I walk in there. My husband and I are both 29 and are super picky when it comes to what we spend our money on. We spend a lot of time going back and forth from other stores but when we come here we always find something. I love the atmosphere and what they have to offer.The 2 reviewers that gave this a negative review seem like they just want to complain.The 1st guy- Was clearly just mad because he wanted to return something and it was past the date, sounds like the manager was trying to see if he could still return it even though it was past the date and he got mad he couldnt.The 2nd guy- It sounds like there was some miscommunication between the store and the people who deal with the orders. Possibly at the warehouse is what I am guessing or somebody who is not at the store, since this was an online order. I dont see how the store actually had poor customer service. He said the first girl he talked to seemed to care and he didnt complain about the second girl. The company refunded him more than what he paid. They obviously were trying to resolve the issues.I used to work for retail back in the day and there are rules and regulations that a company has to go by, especially people working in retail. So unfortunately the employees have to take the slack for it. Also mistakes do happen. I have no complaints about this place, it is nice. Dont take my word for it though, go into the store and see for yourself.

This manager was extremely rude and unprofessional. I tried to return an item and she kept telling me she needs to talk to corporate in order to approve this and made me feel like my time isnt valuable and she told me shed get back to me as soon as possible but instead waited until the last possible moment to tell me that the grace period for refunds has passed and that there is nothing she can do. I am in disbelief that someone so immature would be put in a position like this. Ill never shop here again

I know yall know me by now! 😅🤣💗Just stopped in to this location today. I have perused the wares of the store on-line and was pleased that they had a brick and mortar store! I was able to see and try on everything that I was looking to buy online. The selection is vast, and in a small space, so I recommend knowing what youre looking for from the website (and if they dont have it in store they will order it for you!). They have high quality Pop Culture Merchandise and I spent a good 2 hours here. When I walked in with a broken arm Ashley H was very sweet and even pulled the display basket so that I could get the deal that they were promoting. She then allowed me to shop at my leisure and was incredibly intuitive as to when I needed help and when I was OK to be left alone. I am very picky about pattern placement and she was so sweet and understanding when I took all of the Ponyo dresses off of the shelf to the check the patterns. She said she was the same! I felt very comfortable spending a lot of time here. Ashley allowed me to pile things into my basket at the register so I could continue to shop with my one hand. Upon checkout she encountered issues with the promotion and was so kind and offered me additional discounts to make up for it and this was my first experience here and I have to say I am so excited to be closely located to the only BOXLUNCH in AZ! Staff here are incredibly kind and knowledgeable without being pushy and a special shout-out to employee #166344 Ashley H! :) If you love Disney or want a higher tier of quality from HotTopic merch, this is your haven. Go. You will not be disappointed!
