Suddenly they dont take Chevron visa at the pump, the the guy at the counter double charge me and didnt give me a receipt. Because of the change with Chevron cards.I was trying to find out if that was the problem. Well he laugh at me and stated well nobody else is having a problem. Sorry wont be going back there.

This gas station is way overpriced than any other gas station in the East Valley, in our opinions. Gladly when the gas price is much higher, the station is not crowded. We visit this gas station frequently since it is not so busy; despite the more expensive gas price. The credit/debit price is seven cents higher than cash price. When gas price is lower (like Costco and Sam’s), the station is packed almost all the time!

This place is Alr and the little Mexican girl marlana is a really good customer and should get a raise and tabi is Alr too

I walked in the door and headed toward the drink section. I was no more than 100 ft in the door when I was stopped and told that I had to leave my backpack in the front of the store. Huh?! So I didnt have to the other times Ive spent my money at this place, but today is policy enforcement day. Mkay. Ive worked customer service for several years, and can easily tell who would be a problem customer and who would not be. At any rate, unless Im literally stranded in the center of the desert with NO gas, drinks and at the brink of a slow, agonizing death, my money will not see the inside of that building again. Dont enforce made up policies when its convenient for you, clerk!!!

Overpriced gas and rude staff, I know Chevron is more expensive that other gas options but these guys are about $0.19 over other Chevrons and thats if you pay with cash to get the price advertised on their big sign, which when you finally pull in can read that its their cash or Chevron card price. Not sure if all the Chevrons are doing that now but Im never going back there. Ive been going every weekend for 2 months now and just noticed the price play they are doing. Unleaded 89 octane is $3.21 a gallon there.Life hack tip, drive 1 mile down the road to Ray and Alma School and get Chevron at the regular price. That Chevron had gas at $2.95 vs the $3.22 I would have had to pay here.

I knew that its the worst gas station in chandler. Very rude staff specially Trish. Everything is over priced. But I thought nothing can go wrong with some air. After I swiped my card on the air machine, found out its broken and they refused to refund me and refused to put a sign that its broken. and said that its not their responsibility.

Chevron place on ray rd and dobson is the best place i love to go to.the people there are awsome.

Stopped to fill up the Harley about 11:00. I was watching the pump and didnt notice that it didnt shutoff when the tank was full and poured gas over the engine and on the ground. I told the attendant who acted like I was interrupting her texting. and kept asking things like How can that happen? I repeated the pump didnt auto shutoff when the tank was full and the pump should be shut down before someone starts a fire,had to repeat everything 2 - 3 times. The moron just said Ill tell them. I doubt she even remembers the conversaton.

The guy who works graveyard shift is awful. Worst customer service ever experiences. Rude and nasty for no reason to twice now! I’m not going back again. Headphones in his ears, too busy chatting with a friend to help me and then acts like I’m the problem. I will where my business is more valued.

Run as fast as you can. The employees here are disrespectful and rude. They are overpriced. There is a Chevron on Chandler blvd and Coronado ( between the 101 and Dobson) the prices are lower and you will never be talked to with a disrespectful tone. I will never go to this Chevron again, save your money and run.

COMPLETELY INSANE! My wife is 8 months pregnant and needed to use the restroom while we stopped for gas and the attendant REFUSED to allow my wife to go. She asked a few separate ways and was told to go to the Sprouts on the other side of the shopping area. Friggin craziness and unnecessary.

Terrible place of business I buy black and milds every single day from this place and now theyre refusing to sell me one because of a stupid policy that they say they stick too when obviously they dont if Ive been getting black and milds from there recently. Its an unprofessional way to handle that and Im never coming to this garbage over priced place

Jeremys lack of sensible customer service came off very rude during my experience today. This is very disappointing because for the last 2 months since Ive lived near here it had been my go-to gas station for my daily energy drinks and gas needs. I will not be returning here again.

I have been to this Chevron maybe 5 times in the last 2 years and every single time I go in there, the attendants are the MEANEST, RUDEST, MOST INCONSIDERATE PEOPLE I have ever met!!! I am no longer giving them my money to treat me so rudely for no reason. This is the WORST Chevron I have ever been to! Every single worker in there has a HUGE ATTITUDE PROBLEM!!!

Only a 25 gallon maximum. My truck has a 36 gallon tank. I just wasted my fuel points.
