This is one of the better locations in the valley. Clean and fairly quick. The staff is super friendly. Like coming here every week for the new flavors.

I’m a fan of Crumbl, so I was anxious to try this location. The staff was friendly, even though it was busy. It is clean and bright. The store, overall, is appealing. The cookies are high quality, with enough variety to please everyone in the family.

You cant go wrong with the cookies from here. Its a bit pricey, but you get what you pay for. The staff are friendly and helpful.

Been pretty great the few times a month I feel like getting a cookie and they have a flavor I want, but had a negative experience tonight. They werent offering single cookies nor any substitute. Like, Im one person. I dont want 4 cookies or to come back in an hour or hour and a half. And they were being pretty rude about it to boot. Dont be rude to your customers, blame your mangers or owners for not planning ahead. Not coming back to this one any more.

Let me be clear the two stars isn’t for the cookies but rather their costumer service.The gentlemen told my brother it’s a 15 min wait for chocolate chips cookies (always have to wait at this location) after putting in my order and paying they changed it to 20 mins. Waited a little longer than 20mins and after receiving the lady didn’t have the courtesy of showing me my order. I had to ask her to show me. I did get a free box coupon but definitely going to use at a different location because I don’t have any problems elsewhere.

Crumble Cookie has the best cookies and is such a great environment to take your kids. You can watch the workers making cookies and when its your turn you can watch them make your own cookie. The cookies are so delicious and so affordable. The perfect treat!

One of the busiest locations I have ever seen. Did an amazing job getting the cookies out and they were delicious. The kiosk was easy to use and straight forward. Definitely recommend in the Chandler area.

Amazing cookies. Always a great gift for a special occasion or just because! The price is great and the taste is better! Each cookie is easily big enough for 4 people- if you feel like sharing. Haha

[update] My first experience did not prevent me from going back. These cookies are truly addicting! My favorites are anything that has a cream cheese style frosting. These fall flavors are delicious! My advice is just to drive to the store and order inside. It is so quick and easy. I also feel incredibly safe.First time ordering and cookies are pretty good. I got delivery and they came on time and in good shape. The best was the cinnamon swirl cookie. Unfortunately, I ordered a chilled lime cookie and received the mud cake cookie instead. Im disappointed my order was incorrect and I was really looking forward to trying the coconut lime.

The cookies are big enough to share and they are creative with their flavors! I found myself waiting for the next weeks menu to see what I can try out next!

Great cookies. However, we used the machine to order and pay. Both my husband and I specifically remember not pushing the tip button as I always provide a tip at the end until the service is finished. Well, it ends up that the machine automatically applied a tip resulting in me giving an extra tip. I feel like this was kind of scandalous. I certainly believe in tipping as I have spent much of my life as a server and bartender, but I like to be the one selecting the tip amount based on the service. I advise on not using the machine or just paying cash.

We keep trying this location. But every time we go it’s worse. A teeny bit of icing on the cold cookie and two sprinkles/cereal bits, etc. never looks like the display or corporate video. And the customer service! Never had a good experience at this location. Have actually had horrible ones (didn’t get the right order then when I asked for the right order I was lied to. Next day called to talk to manager about it and she tried to gaslight me that I didn’t have the conversation I did with her the night before, oye it was baaaadd). I love going to Crumbl cookie and being welcomed in every time! The employees are always so sweet. The cookies are warmed and so delicious. I recommend family and friends to come and get some yummy desserts!

The cookies are so good but just think this location needs better management. The delivery service is terrible they wait till they have more then one box of cookies to “make it worth the time to deliver” then proceed to charge you 7 dollars for delivery which doesn’t include a tip. So for 4 cookies it ends up costing 24 bucks to have it delivered. But the delivery should be free based on how long it takes them to drive 7 min. Minimum of an hour to box up some cookies and drive them to my house. Also if I got to pick them up it’s almost 15 min for them everytime to hand me cookies that I can see already sitting there waiting to be iced and boxed. Come on crumbl corporate send some help to this location!

Everytime we go its always fast and friendly service! I ordered delivery today and put the wrong apartment number, called in and they took care of it no problem! We always ask for them to put a joke on the box, never expect them to do it but they always do and give us a good little laugh. Best place to go to satisfy your sweet tooth!

The cookies are always wonderful except the staff are needing to be taught professionalism. We stood there for roughly 8 minutes before we were talked to.. The girls in the back were touching there faces with gloves on and then touching cookies. Raquel (pink hair in pigtails, down to her waist) didnt have her hair up in any type of hair netting. She was extremely rude. Loved to interrupt me when telling her that we were there to pick up our cookies after calling and speaking with her directly. (Apparently they didnt have a delivery driver and was subcontracted out to Doordash...which is fine) Then she continued to escalate the situation and getting loud with me. When she was called out on her mistakes she said I need to leave because I was getting loud.There were people in the store very angry at the fact the orders we not getting filed and the staff were all unprofessional. We will be taking this matter higher up.

Best cookies around but this chandler location has the worst delivery service out of any store I’ve ordered food from. Schedule ahead of time to have it delivered by 7 and then it’s still almost an hour late.

Very tasty. Kinda expensive, but the cookies are very filling and served warm, soft and chewy. They have about 16 different kinds, which they have showcased on the counter. They have new twists on old favorites. Very delicious. You could make a meal out of just one cookie 😋. They even have cold milk for dunking your cookies in.

This is the lowest star I can take this review. the cookies are absolutely delicious. But the customer service is a little arrogant. I had a coupon with no expiration date for a free cookie with the purchase of 1 cookie. Crumble did not honor it. I still bought 4 cookies. I tried to eat one in the car and it broke and went everywhere except my mouth. Running back in for napkins they did not seem to care of the tragedy. I felt like they wanted me to by another cookie. I left and not sure if Ill be back.

Yesterday about 2:30pm went into your Chandler location and it was a cluster F..., no line direction, 1 machine on the wall to order off of, we stood behind a customer and her 3 children to order, as we waited more customers arrived walking around us and ordering from a machine on the counter. On the machine it said chocolate chip was available, but as our order was called we asked about the chocolate chip cookies the girl helping us questioned a very rude and unpleasant coworker who was making cookies and she just snapped not loud but in a very rude demeanor and very visible to all the customers because you are an open concept. The cookie are very delicious but there is no direction in the store.
