Not the way to honor Dame Anita Roddick.Online, The Body Shop is tarnishing its brand. I’m disappointed in its refusal to honor its promotion. It seems The Body Shop should have greater appreciation for customer loyalty.I now better understand it is by design that contact links on the web site fail and customer service is nearly nonexistent. Companies like The Body Shop know people notice, and talk. It ignores at its own peril. Less than exemplary conduct costs much more than simply honoring its own promotion—especially after the customer reached out. I should be charging The Body Shop for my valuable feedback.

Sunita (hopefully I did not butcher the spelling) is absolutely amazing!! She is great at color matching make up and getting you the right skin care products for your skin type!

The customer service here is great. I personally havent found a face care product, but they help suggest others that may work for you. Love the lotions though! Got some samples today, so fingers crossed, I find one that I like. But I encourage others to give this place a try, the staff is knowledgeable of their products and great at giving tips.

They used to have this cologne I really liked but they discontinued it. Because I am a man I can only stand being in there for so long. My wife and daughters like it though.

Im a woman with sensitive skin so anything with perfume typically does not sit well with me. If you buy the body shops aromatherapy line, or believe it or not the mens line, which I happen to love as it smells more earthy than some of the female products you will see that it seems as though the entire line is built for sensitive skin. I really like the store and the price point is well under what you might might expect.

This store has the best home oils and body scents ever. This is the go to for gifts for me for over 15 years. The prices are reasonable. Pleasant people all the time.

Got a holiday box (3 minis, 1 full sized, and a loofah) for $10 on sale, and 2 lip butters for $10. The sales associates were super helpful and nice. I had a great experience

This place smells so good you have to get all in. Although some products can be costly, they gave amazing deals as well and often have freebies that arent even posted. Just but something and they will say oh, with that you can get something else for free!

Great place to get incredible products with natural ingredients. What I like most about this store is their commitment to Fair Trade.

The woman who helped me was extremely nice and patient with me. I was having issues with my card. She kept a smile! That made my day.

The store in very clean and organized, but the sales associates are the worst! Two sales ladies bothered by friend and I while we were shopping, one being more persistent than the other. We felt very singled out and quite annoyed to be interrupted so many times by that sales lady. I dont know if she thought we were going to steal, but we were offended to say the least. Honestly, back off your customers, especially after speaking to them once about current promotions.
