Wow! We have been to Duck Donuts in VA and came to Arizona to visit my family and found out there was one here. We were excited! We were greeted right away by Danni and let me tell you she had great customer service. Shout out to the owner Daniel who told us the story of how he started the franchise and was really personable. My son said his blueberry shake made from Ben was delicious. Now to rave about the donuts, they are a fresh cake batter donut with whatever topping you like. Its fresh and amazing! Thank you for the great experience. My family will be back.

Pros- if you like a cake donut then you’ll love this place. It was super fun to watch the prices of them getting your donut ready. They have so many different flavors, even savory. Fresh and warm!Cons- took about 30 mins to get our donuts, pretty long wait time. They were pricey. Even though they were freshly made they didn’t have that amazing quality taste I was hoping for.Krispy Kreme still has my heart. Glad I got to try this but I’m not a die hard fan.

I have been to other go crazy with the toppings desserts places, but these guys do it right. The actual donuts are insanely delicious, not just a base for toppings. So fluffy and moist. I highly recommend the lemon glaze.

I honestly don’t know where to start! It was our first time in, and the owner was such a nice guy (with the best story of why he brought Duck Donuts to AZ). The staff was also incredibly nice and helpful in how to navigate the menu. They make the donuts fresh after you order, and we loved everything we tried! Even the “bare” donut was amazing and just melts in your mouth! We are excited to go back and try more of the menu, and even take home one of their family kits to decorate! 10/10 would recommend!!

This place is amazing. The doughnuts are literally made fresh, so as you are ordering they torn on the machine to make the doughnuts while you finish your order. Then they make the rest for you. Top it, drizzle whatever you want and the works. They are so warm and yummy. The staff was amazing, very helpful. Lots of choices to choose from that are ready to be made but you could totally custom make whatever you want. You should try this place, it will not disappoint you.

Usually this place is a really fun place and has good food. However this time was very .....interesting. so me and my friend walk in and order 4 donuts and 2 drinks . We are the only ones here and there is 4 people working. 3 of which keep distracting the person taking out order. After having to explain over and over what the order is, we finally sit down and wait for our order. For them to completely mess up 2 of the donuts. They were rude about it also but still fixed them. We waited a long time for our drinks also. The place is good overall just today was not.

My mother in law travels a lot for work and she surprised my wife and I with duck donuts! I am originally from Virginia and they are exactly how I remember them. I am surprised this only has 4.9 stars. Whoever didn’t rate it 5 is crazy! Someone franchise one in Tucson!

We ordered for a studio celebration. We were so impressed by how our donuts came out. Not only were they delicious, but also the presentation was outstanding. We were able to serve a group of people without any COVID concerns as the donuts were wrapped and easy to give out. They truly made a great impression at our event. The entire process of ordering was easy as well. We will definitely be ordering again in the future. We can’t recommend highly enough to others!

It’s awesome being able to watch the donuts being made right before your eyes. They’ve got coffee and a large assortment of drinks, as well.Daniel, the owner, is the star of the show. Funny, personable, instantly likable. He’s a hoot to chat with, and made my visit extremely enjoyable.

I have never had made to order Donuts in AZ until now. There should be another location to get a better area to people that are not close by but nonetheless. It is worth the drive.

Super fun custom donuts! Takes a few minutes to get your order but worth the wait for fresh donuts that are custom made to order! Kids can look at a menu on the counter to make a choice and then watch them being made! Donut is more dense than Bosa but less dense than Fractured Prune. The churro inspired one was our favorite!

Very good doughnuts, very cool concept. A dozen doughnuts hot and fresh in five minutes, and they are delish. They also cater and have gift boxes. Ill definitely be back because its close to work. However it IS double what I pay everywhere else for a dozen, so be aware.

If you knew/loved Fractured Prune, youll LOVE Duck Donuts! DIY, or several pre-selected assortments to choose from. I made my own dozen, and either Im a donut genius, or theres nothing wrong or bad about any of the possible flavor combinations. The cake donut itself is delicious, some crispy outer edges and great interior texture. Pricey, @ $20/dozen, yes. But worth every penny!

The donuts are good, but the service is terrible. Do not ever order using their app. You still had to wait in line. And it took longer to order through the app than waiting in line. I had a free rewards coffee but since I ordered online, the cashier said they couldnt honor it. What good is a rewards program if you arent allowed to use it!! I will never go back. Major customer service training needed!!!

Every specialty donut we got was outstanding!!The only thing that was iffy for me was the wait time to receive my donuts on a Friday. I know this place is rather new so I will give it some time and see if they add some staff members. You gotta spend money to make money ❤️ This did not change my thought on the made to order experience though and that is why I left a 5 start review. The minor things can be improved upon. I dont usually write reviews unless it is extremely good or bad but this place is AMAZING. I had my first visit just last week with my 4-year-old son and we were new to the area. We decided to explore and casually get donuts. I am extremely impressed by the staff, the delicious warm donuts, and the cute duck decors everywhere. It definitely made my son happy and he kept gasping at every little thing. For the record, it is hard to impress this toddler, which made me more impressed. Did I mention the deliciously warm donuts? We bought the sunrise (lemon with raspberry drizzle) and blueberry powdered sugar donut and it was mouthwatering! My son aside, I am very picky when it comes to donuts only because I admire Krispy Kreme so much. Duck Donuts is on the same level as them if not, better! Will be visiting again for sure :)

You know those mini, powdered, Little Debbie doughnuts that come in a bag and everyone loves? Duck Donuts has the exact same taste as those. As soon as I bit into it I knew I recognized that taste. What makes it so much better than Little Debbie though? The fact that they’re made to order with so many different flavor combinations to choose from. Plus, they’re served WARM! I really enjoyed this place and I’ll definitely be coming back.

We doordashed Duck Donuts for the first time and have to say theyre the best donuts Ive likely ever had. You customize each donuts with up to three toppings. My favorite is chocolate icing and raspberry drizzle. So good.You can reheat the donuts for 10-15s in the microwave and they dont end up dry at all. These donuts are so delicious!

Was surprise to see a Duck Donut shop in Az. Their only found on the East Coast. If you never tried one, you gotta try one. They are so worth the money. They melt in your mouth. YUMMMMMY IN MY TUMMY!

My boss brought in donuts from here the other day and I had to show them off to my family. The owner/staff is very friendly, even remembered who my boss was when I told him. When I tried to place an order online, it wasnt quite giving me the options needed but when I called, the staff was more than happy to help.Customer service is already 5/5 but these donuts? Man! Sweet, but not overly so. Dense, but somehow fluffy? The flavor combinations they have are amazing. 5/5 for quality and taste!I will definitely reccomend to anyone thatll listen.

I was looking for some donuts for my study group and while I usually got to Bosa I ended up coming here to try it out. The staff was really friendly and the guy on the phone recommended the spring collection which everyone absolutely loved. Since I ended up calling my order in I really didnt experience a wait time so I have no comment on it being a long wait time. It can be a bit pricey, but since theyre specialty donuts and made to order while also being quality its understandable. They are new and I really hope they end up succeeding.

I was thrilled to find out there was a duck donuts in Arizona. The first time I ever had them was in Savannah, GA and I went every day that I was there. It held a wholesome memory and I was so sad that I couldn’t get them where I live. I wish they would put a location in Phoenix so we don’t have to drive an hour to chandler, but I can’t complain, I’m glad we have one.

We came on down to try out Duck Donuts, to see what all the hype was about. This place didn’t disappoint, fresh tasty donuts with a spin! I’ve never seen these kinds of donuts with so many choices. The fact that they’re made fresh...makes all the difference! Management seems to know what they’re doing from the start, this guy Peter...think he runs the place or should, but really cares that you get the full experience. I highly recommend trying this place out, you won’t be disappointed!!
