Came in to buy my first gun over at the Tempe shop!John, Casey, and Christian we’re so helpful and informative. Their knowledge on guns was the best! They answered all my questions and had so much patience! Definitely will be returning! AZ guns is my only gun store I’ll be shopping at in Arizona.

Website says open until 7pm, I show up at 6:30pm and door says close at 6pm. 4 guys inside and answer the door and still won’t let me pick up my FFL. Customer Service at its worst. Unfortunate because I’ve heard nothing but good things. I would think that 1 of the 4 may have been able to help

Be Patient! I had a situation where I had purchased a firearm from them and when I got home it was missing one component. I called the shop back and they where able to get with the manufacture and have that part sent out free of charge. Well I waited for a bit for them to call me back so I called them and the part was not located. I stayed persistent on calling and I was Called back by Christian and the part had mistakenly been put away with no name on it! Accidents happen and this part was the size of walnut so I totally understand how that could of happen! These guys provide a great service to the community and they receive multiple pallets of shipments daily so I am and continue to be a loyal customer of them! After finding a handgun I wanted online I toured multiple local gun shops looking to make the purchase locally or find something similar. A full tank of gas later I hadnt found anything of interest to me. Of all the shops I visited, the staff a AZ Guns was my favorite. I interacted with Chris, AJ, and Shane at the store. From what I witnessed, they were just as courteous and informative with novice potential buyers as they were with experienced gun owners. I told them what I had found online, they encouraged me to jump on it and use their store for the transfer. If youre a first time buyer a bit uncomfortable walking into a store, or a seasoned gun owner looking around give this place a try if you havent.

Got cleared up right away and he more than went out of his way to help and get it through the next business day. During my wait time, you can overhear conversations and tell the staff, and Chris, are extremely knowledgeable about firearms as well. A good place to pick up a transfer, good fees and good hours. Chris was very helpful getting my papers in order. They use electronic completion/signing for the 4473’s.

They dont sell ammo,the Speed Loader I got from them did not fit At All.. I even explained the gun I had P-17 they reassured me it would work so I paid $35 for the speed loader before taxes and had to return it the next day.

My family was lucky enough to escape the Peoples Republic of California where you were treated like a pariah for even mentioning a firearm in that criminal rights state. We relocated to Chandler and found AZ Guns. We have purchased guns and ammo and done several FFL transfers for weapons we won at NRA events in California and we couldnt be happier with the service. The staff is pleasant but efficient and if they dont know the answer they find out. I understand that there is a process for purchasing a weapon and the process itself can seem a bit abrasive but it is what it is and the staff at AZ Guns make it as painless as possible. This is our go to gun shop now and they were even nice enough to move the shop like a mile closer to us. We like doing business with AZ Guns.

Walked into here after coming from a different shop In Santan, the glock19 was $100 dollars cheaper here and brand new. Chris answered all the questions I had and helped me pick out a flashlight that fit right on it. He was a super friendly guy, I had to wait 4 days for my background to clear and when I came back he remembered me and helped me put on the flashlight I bought with it. Definitely will be coming back here when Im ready to buy a rifle.

I was unaware that Glock had changed their Blue Label parameters concerning Public Safety individuals and Military Veterans so I needed different documentation. Christian was such a great help and very apologetic that he could not help me at the time. I had to drive 40 miles home to get proper documentation and 40 miles back. I had to make a couple of calls to the shop for information and James was very patient and professional. James also did everything he could within his power to make sure I was able to go home with the product I wanted to purchase. In the past, Ive have been turned off by staff in gun stores to the point where I didnt want to buy anything from them and bought online. I had a friend with a FFL so he did the transfers for me. Recently, another friend told me about AZ Guns. It is close to home so I stopped by and was helped by Shane. He is a good dude. Ive since been there 3 more times in 1 month and had them do a transfer for me and bought a pistol from them. Each time Shane remembered me, greeted me and didnt treat me like I was wasting his time. They are now my 1st choice when looking for a firearm even if I can find it online cheaper. They have a decent selection and their prices are reasonable.
