Bought shots for puppies and they did not have ice. Shots are bad off ice 10 minutes and I have a 30 minute drive home. Was told they don’t have to provide ice. I bought 4 and I’m total around $65 for shots to go bad. Told they are out of ice.

My tractor is in for a major repair due to my stupidity. Alway keep your 👀 on where u are going. Ho Ho. 😛 They came and picked up my 🚜 and will drop it off when the repair is complete. Wish they had a 🚜 to borrow or rent but my neighbor let me use his. I have used them for routine ❤ care and will keep them for future care.

Went in there forlorn with a hundred equine questions left smiling with 100 equine answers. Rebecca went out of her way to patiently listen to my situation recommend some products she felt would work and taught me so much in 15 minutes. This young lady is a valuable asset her knowledge amazed me. She cared and wanted to help me which I will remember always. Justine the manager was so kind as well and so helpful at one point even getting me a tissue because tears began. You see my horse passed away after 28 years leaving my 22 year old horse devestated and me heartbroken. She made it a point towalk me to my car and loaded my purchases as well. Such great young ladies.

Called and asked a question about handtrucks and was put on hold for 15 minutes waiting for a someone who would know while the strangest music Ive ever heard played on and on in an endless loop. Like creepy flute music from a horror movie! cruel and unusual!

1st time in tractor supply company! We had a lot of fun. Saturday is onsite veterinarian service day, lots of people had their dogs and cats there getting cared for. We took this picture, they have chicks and ducks there every Thursday, but they were all sold out by Saturday afternoon when we got there. Looking forward to going again!

Always get my Spectra 10 dog vaccines here. For $17 after taxes, you cant beat the prices! Love coming here and I always go out of my way to get what I need from Tractor Supply Co.

Great place to get supplies, right here in Chandler was able to pick up a drag harrow. Fair pricing, and able to check inventory for most items on the website!

Clean store, very friendly help. Im sure if youre a serious farmer there are items here you cant get elsewhere. For non-farmers, though, I found prices on pet supplies (dog/cat food and toys) and outdoor items to be higher than other nearby stores (eg Walmart, Home Depot). Seeing the live chicks in the store was fun. Probably wont be back unless Im looking for a specialty farm item.

I went here to find a new food for my dog who has been sick. Weve been working with our vet who thinks allergies (and potentially cancer) could be the cause. Its been a long journey. One of the workers helped me pick a food to try with him. She was really helpful and kind. I just wanted to thank tractor supply for having such great and helpful people. Great place for things like water tanks that you otherwise would have to order online sight unseen. They have all the fittings and adapters you could need to hook up various items to the tanks as well. Also have pumps and sprayers too. Many other items as well. Good prices on top of it all. I didnt know they carried western and work boots as well. Great for any ranch supplies needed especially if you cant wait for delivery. Ive also bought stock tanks to use as fish and turtle ponds there. They have a wide variety of sizes, more than the local feed store had in stock and for less than I could find elsewhere. Staff was very helpful as well.

We have been having issues with bugs in our house. Couldn’t figure out what the issue was until yesterday. We purchased two bags of chicken feed from Tractor Supply recently. I went to dump the two bags into our tin trash can that holds our feed to find a rather large amount of bugs in them...they just happen to be the same bugs we found in our house. I called to talk with Rich the manager, and he in so many words told me a was a liar because he’s never heard of bugs getting out of a feed bag and into someone’s house. We stored them in our garage and they obviously found their way into the house. Unbelievably horrible customer service. All I was looking for was a simple apology and replacement of the two bags of bad feed. Never going back there again!

I needed a spare tire for a new utility trailer, and I needed it before hauling material the next day. Tractor Supply is the only retailer I could find that had this size tire, mounted on a rim, in stock. Staff was very courteous and helpful.

Ive never had a real problem with anyone at any tractor supply company but, this experience was exceptional. The staff called around to help me find what I needed at other locations as far away is California!

I LOVE tractor supply stores BUT the one in Chandler on Arizona ave does NOT have very friendly or helpful workers. I have been here a few times and only once did i run into a nice friendly young woman that was very helpful she even loaded cattle panels for me while all the men stood around inside.

My curbside pickup was ready and loaded quickly!

I get huge bags of birdseed, pet supplies, garden supplies and home decor items. I dont have a ranch, but I see all kinds of supplies for farms and farm animals. They even have a shot clinic for dogs! This store is fun to visit and the staff is friendly and very helpful.

I come here for the blue mountain tee shirts. I wear them for work. They are very comfy and a good price. But everything else I have noticed are reasonable in price. And they have some cute stuff for the home.

Was our first time, customer service was very good at check out but only bought the Carmel corn. We went for bunny pellets and some other items. Feed was expensive and not much selection for more material items. We wont be going back unless I want the yummy caramel corn. 🌾😋

Staff Assistance Was Available From Moment We Walked In.Wish I can remember the guy who helped me. I think might been a manager (darker skinned guy) A+, also the other guy who helped my 2 boys (9 & 11yrs) select a survivor camping knives, very kind and cool A+. All the way to Jordan who was on the register, I only remember his name cause my Parents were born in Jordan. I thought the whole days work was a waste cause my card failing to process. Other than Comp Programming & Network Tcomm, Ive used a debit card before so I know I didnt do anything wrong, before freaking out Jordan kept his cool and did something to push the process A+.Overall Great & Friendly Staff. I love this store for the homey small town atmosphere it projects. Its not the cheapest but Im not quibbling over a few dinero.

I dont normally go out of my way to communicate bad shopping experiences, but this was a weird one. I drove all the way down there because their online site showed they had a security cabinet in stock that I wanted. When I arrived there wasnt one and I was told inventory must be wrong, ok, I get it. Mistakes happen. But then there was a safe on sale and I figured I might just buy that. The employee couldnt get it open and locked herself out. She then had a super awkward argument with who I assume was a manager over the radio before telling me the manager must be too busy to come help. She walked away and I waited for another three or four minutes before just leaving the store.Not the end of the world, but really weird customer service experience. This was my first attempt at shopping at a TSC, so Im hoping the other ones are less awkward.
