The technician that came to my house a week ago showed up an hour late. When I called him to see where he was he kept hanging up my calls. He was very disrespectful the entire time he was here. He had the Audacity to constantly make anti military remarks under his breath when he saw my army plaques on the hallway walls. Also he seemed to be more interested in what was happening on his phone rather than his actual job. As I said before it has been a week since he has been here and my ac is already down again. If I could give less than 1 star I most definitely would. 10/10 am going to be looking for someone more competent and reliable to work on my ac from here on out.

We were having some air conditioning issues and Uni-Tech was able to come out that same day I called. Our tech was very professional, knowledgable and explained exactly what needed to be fixed. I only trust Uni-Tech with our AC!

!!!!!!!WARNING DONT USE THIS SERVICE!!!!!Dude is a joke never use any of his services he shouldn’t be allowed to own a business. He does poor lazy work and when I’d leave HE WOULD HIT ON MY WIFE!!! This is beyond unacceptable. this guy doesn’t know what he’s doing I gotta spend more money to fix everything. Save yourself the time a money and go somewhere else.

Ok these guys are awesome!!! I would give them 10 stars!!! The air conditioner at our house went out at 6:30am this morning. We called Uni-Tech and they sent out a respectful technician who had it working like new by 8am. I really can’t say enough about these guys. We will be asking Uni-Tech to take care of our commercial needs too after this great experience with them. Well done guys!

I highly recommend UNI-TECH based on my personal experience with work at my home and business. I had multiple a/c companies try and fix an issue at my office and I spent more money than I should have in repairing the wrong issues. I was desperate when the problem happened again and Joe and his team correctly diagnosed the problem and fixed it promptly. UNI-TECH is prompt, honest, and everyone at the company works hard to satisfy its customers.

Was recommended Uni-Tech by a friend and couldn’t have agreed more. They were quick to come out the same day when I had an AC issue and Tom was very knowledgeable and friendly. Will use them again for sure.

This is a stellar company, I know from personal experience. Their lead tech has serviced both of my previous residences and always been super friendly and knowledgable and their prices are extremely competative.

This place will scam you, they have very scandolous billing maneuvers and do not have skilled workers. Turn over rate is incredible, and everyone hates the owner because hes very disrepectful and is a know it all! They will buy zipties spraypaint silver and charge for metal ties etc etc little things to make extra money. So sad... as you can see all reviewers have either same name or less then 10 reviews scam artists
