I originally met Vegas when working at another shop, and was impressed by his knowledge of lifts, so when the time came to have the seals replaced on an old 90’s Rotary lift at my shop, I had Vegas and his team take care of it. Even though my lift is old, they had the seals in stock and I was back up and running in less than 24 hours. Very fair pricing as well, what more can you ask for?

Synergy had come out to repair our broken 2 post lift stating it needed a cylinder rebuild and could do the pair for 600$, said that it would be 3 business days to get them rebuilt. staring on a Friday. Wednesday latest.Wednesday came and went and Thursday came to finally get a call from reception saying the part was delayed in transport and was more cost effective for them to wait and not pay extra shipping. Was not aware of this decision as the parts they ordered have my entire operation on hold. Another week had passed and Jeremiah and another tech came to install both rams come to find out it now needs a hydraulic pump. No problem things happen. said the pump would be here on Tuesday the following week and they would install to get me back up and running. Tuesday came and hear nothing. Wednesday comes and someone shows up to install but left to tend to an emergency and have yet to hear from them in a week until I finally called today to be called back again. An extreme hassle to deal with. Lift shouldve been fixed in 7 days max.Recommend shopping elsewhere for hydraulic needs.

After getting off the phone with Teresa over at synergy I was so pleased with the way she handled things! The experience was great and she helped me find the exact lift I was looking for without any issues.The installation was twice as great as the phone call when the installers (Jeremiah I believe was his name) really got in and out with what seemed to me as very little hiccups. Other installers I’ve seen in the past left my garage with all the left over sod and concrete, oil spills, it’s always been a mess so you could imagine my reluctance. Not with synergy! Great company with people who care go check them out for your automotive lift needs!

Had Vegas Come out to install an Atlas 12k two-post lift at my residence. He even picked up lift at Atlas for me. my concrete is post tension slab. he X rayed everything marked his lines for holes installed my lift with no issues real professional definitely will be using to install lifts at my shop.

The owner, Teresa, had been in this business for many many years. She is very knowledable and will go above and beyond each time. She has my referral always!

Company quoted a price to fix our lifts and service one other, we agreed to price and 3 days to do it after they removed parts, they no showed until we called them. then didnt even fix the lift wanted more money and wanted to be paid in full for what they did. we again made a new agreement company never showed to finish or called we had to contact them once again to be given no solution at the time

This company goes the extra mile to make sure your happy, they put my 9000 lb.Rorary 2 post lift in and it looks great then they test it to check for leaks, just an all around very professional company, I highly recommend this company.

The install was solid but the installers were carelessDamaged my brand new $6k epoxy floor and unwilling to do anything about it. I was given no warning ahead of time that it could be damaged otherwise I would have taken precautions like they should have! Paid cash so I have no recourse. I’d pay twice as much for someone who cleans up after their install and doesn’t do any damage. Keep searching for another lift install company to do your job if you have anything besides a bare concrete floor.
