I deal with several different sales reps daily and the one that stands out the most is Phil from Boyd Equipment. Phil has been very knowledgeable in my companies needs for equipment. He has kept continuous communications going on to keep me up to date on when equipment will be delivered. Phil has never been pushy or misleading which I find to be an excellent display of character. The only fault I can find with Phil is he has a name I have yet been able to pronounce correctly Plomondon. The good thing is, it is easy to remember. The equipment that has been delivered is top notch and I would recommend it to my fellow Maintenance Managers.

Great experience, Jason Perkins very helpful. We went to him with a question about product for decontaminating early in the COVID. Just have to say Thank you Jason Perkins for getting me my 2nd order of vital oxide I received with a couple days of ordering. This is one of the best products on the market. Not only does it kill covid as well as many more deadly germs! No chemical smell at all and it gets rid of smelly odors too, like pet accidents, smelly shoes. Boyd Equipment is an awesome company!

Boyd Equipment is my new home for all my cleaning equipment and service needs. I previously did business with a company in Phoenix that had only their best interest in mind rather than mine as well. Not only that, they lacked experience and knowledge of the equipment they sell and service. After visiting Boyd for the first time I knew this is where I was going to go to buy my next power washer set-up and have my equipment serviced. Brent, Steve and the rest of the team there were very personable and very informative. I did not feel rushed or pressured in any way when getting information on a new system. In fact, they were very proactive in designing a custom built system that fit my exact needs while staying on budget. I received quotes from all the other pressure washing companies in metro phoenix and Las Vegas and Boyd Equipment was by far a better value with better options. I purchased my new system and have been using it now for 2 weeks and couldnt be more satisfied. This pressure washer trailer this team built turned out awesome!
