So I gave it a 3 star only because the homes they had on display were high quality construction. As for service, they get a 0 star. We were met at the door by a salesperson, who never gave his name, and told us we could go out and look st the houses on our own. He also told us we were looking at 2 years out to get a house plus an additional 4 to 6 months if we were financing. We went 6 miles down the street to Champion were we were greeted, escorted around and told we could have a house in 5 to 6 months. Easy decision.

So we purchased a new mobile home from The Home Outlet and it was quite the experience With so many decisions To make constantly On upgrades and many other changes! I was really blessed to have GG’s assistance every step of the way! She is a wealth of information and knowledge taking care of the issues that surfaced! GG was so on top of anything needing a change for example the contract Had an item that was not correct for whatever reason and the Options available immediately! GG kept everything progressing Within the timeline as planned and she was keeping me apprised of the Progress until the day my home was in transport, and still is always available for my questions and help with title transfer, registration.GG was very nice, knowledgeable and available either phone conversations or email! If she was unavailable anytime I phoned, she returned my call in a very prompt and timely manner! If she didn’t have an answer to my questions, she would say so and would find information needed. Again replies always timely and prompt!GG is a pleasure to work with and, an asset to the Home Outlet. She’s the wearer of many hats, I haven’t heard of any not worn! From contracts, to customer service, office manager, etc. if only their were many more like her, which would make this world a little better place!Thank you GG we couldn’t have done it without you!Lynn & Leo Rodriguez

We went by a couple places today to look at manufacture homes. We were looking to get an idea of size and prices to be prepared. Everywhere we went before the home outlet was not helpful in anyway. When we came to the home outlet, it was different! They had the best customer service, especially compared to others we had visited. They allowed us to look around, were extremely friendly, and above all eager to assist in anyway possible. Jay Namik was extremely amazing!! He has been extremely helpful, I am very grateful. I would definitely recommend buying your next home from these folks.

Met with Doug and Jay today, 06Aug2021 and found them both to be very knowledgeable. All questions were answered and I left feeling comfortable that we were going to get the best possible deal on the home we were looking for. Received the Quail Creek from Cavco, ordered from Douglass in January 2020 and Love it! The transaction was painless and so far the preliminary warranty items were handled promptly. Cavco advised to live in the home for 3-6 months and they would come back and fix any new items.

The Home Outlet AZ did a great job in insuring the home was built to mySpecifications and delivered on the date promised. The sales agent Brenda Roza was terrific to work with and very knowledgeable in the design process. The Office Manager-GG did a fabulous job insuring all documents and co-ordination with the factory went smoothly without a hitch. Brenda and GG are a well organized team. Would not hesitate to refer any friends to them for their housing needs. Received home in great condition and as designed.

Our experience with Home Outlet has been a positive one. We met Doug Kamm in May and from the beginning our working relationship with him has been great! He stayed in contact with us and kept us updated. After we got all the changes and upgrades completed, he then turned our project over to GG. She also was excellent and kept us updated on the progress of our mobile home. Both Doug and GG are knowledgeable and professional, but also friendly and easy to work with!

She was immediately friendly and helpful and was so well informed about what we might be dealing with and was generous with constructive suggestions. I was a bit discouraged with the home shopping ordeal, and I almost gave up. I found the Home Outlet on line and what a find! I spoke with Dan Suppo, told him my circumstances, not a problem! I ordered my Arizona vacation home from home in New Hampshire! Dan helped me every step of the way, ordering, options, financing, and setup. He went far above and beyond, he even called me long after his workday was over to inform me I needed to complete a time sensitive document(saving me thousands!) I cant thank him enough! Miley helped me with the documents, and any time I had to leave a message or ask a question I spoke with knowledgeable pleasant and professional people! Im totally satisfied!

We went to check out their model homes. The sales guy informed us we needed an appointment. I asked to make an appointment and come back. I then asked about their financing and how their process worked. He said we dont work with financing, come back when you have your land and schedule an appointment. He acted bothered by our presence.

Dan Suppo and Doug Kamm are great to work with. They answered all my questions and tried to find the right fit for me. Dan particularly gave me assistance with all aspects of my purchase.

*Warning*If you are a young family who cannot afford an actual house and think it is wise to get a mobile home thinking it will be more affordable than look the other way. This company and their sister company Factory Select Homes will both get you to sign their contract for the home, then will force you to choose on of two options later down the line:1) Change the price of the contract you originally signed forcing you to pay extra for the home aka Breach of Contract. Or2) Force you to cancel your contract with them which pays them a comfortable $570 cancellation fee forcing you to act upon the original contract you signed and letting them freely breach the contract for the original price of the homeSo if you are trying to save a few bucks, you may want to reconsider because The Home Outlet and Factory Select Homes will screw whoever walks in through the front door. They also will not respond to the Better Business Bureau or the Arizona Attorney General. We will be suing them once we have the time and money to do so but like I said, we are a young family in our 20s with a brand new baby so we will have to wait a little and save a lot. Arizona Statute of Limitations is 6 years for Breach of Contract so I will be updating this review with the results when that happens. I hope this helps others out there who are new to this process like us.

I really really wanted to buy from here. Ive been saving for awhile. I visited last year and the guy ignored us at first. No hi or anything. Then he told me that buying a mobile home isnt worth it. Obviously, he didnt want to work anything out. We just left. It was a waste of time.I was hoping to go again today for round two. But after reading the bad reviews on here, I guess Im not going.5/28: After hearing about the new management, I may give them another chance in the future.

Mary-Ann is very knowledgeable and helpful. Its an overwhelming process selecting the perfect park model. She knows her stuff which really helped. Also. having several examples on site to view options makes a big difference. Did we save money coming here? Probably.

This company deserves negative stars. Their business practices are shady- after I signed the paper work to get the loan started, I sent in everything to the financial institution that was needed, however The Home Outlet was dragging their feet. I continued to ask why their paper work was taking so long and what could be done. Their response its not a big deal, if we dont have it in time, we will ask for an extension, we do this all the time. No problem. Finally the pre-approval of three months expired and The Home Outlet had to do the extension. Well, with the extension came another hard inquiry on my credit report! No problem, we do this all the time what?? How was this not a problem? I asked the employee who does the paper work about this and she told me that one of the papers I signed allows them to do credit checks. I asked to see the paper work and her response was thats for my eyes, not yours. Really? Something I signed that gives you the right to do a credit check is not for my eyes to see? Somehow my signature suddenly forbids me from reading it? Because if I signed it the first place, that means I had to look at it at some point. I asked the supervisor if he was aware that an extension causes a credit check, his response: No, but this not a big deal. It took 6 months to finish the loan paper work so the loan could close. In those six months I was not able to do anything that would negativity impact my score. I encourage anyone who has done business with this company to contact anyone they can, better business bureau, JD Power, etc.

The way these guys do business, I cant believe they are still open. They have no idea how long a delivery of a house is actually going to be, their educated estimate from years of experience think is 5 months, but will actually be 13 months. Even if you dont estimate the paper work to take longer, you are still off by 8 months. And they dont care how this effects the customer. Not only that, but whoever hires the employees there, has absolutely no standard on customer service. The supervisor Rex Beall has called me spoiled and unprofessional because I dared to suggest that maybe making someone wait for a house that long (a house, not gum, not a bed, not even a baby takes that long to make) is not acceptable. Maybe the Home Outlet should put me on their payroll, that way calling me unprofessional would actually make sense. Dont do business with them.

I was really nervous about shopping for a manufactured home, afraid of getting the run around. Not here, they took the time to sit down with me to find the perfect home. They helped me through the entire process, and I saved a ton of money because I was able to hire my own contractor. My wife and I could not be happier.

Nice selection and you dont get bothered by salespeople while you look around. They are ready for you in the office when you have questions and they have a lot of information. Highly recommend.

Using sleazy used car sales tactics they lure you with supposed sales pricing then hit you with sometimes double the cost of upgrades which are standard from other companies. After numerous attempts to reach them I got excuses of being busy with other customers so I took the hit of $500 to cancel my order (which wasnt even a finalized order because they wouldnt call me) and went to their competitor in Buckeye and am so glad I did. Not only was the other company more customer service oriented they were more knowledgeable and upfront about the pricing and process. Dont take the risk with your home (I found out there were still more than $50,000 in costs that were never discussed) and buy elsewhere.

We went in here asking to see the houses, the lady (do not remember her name, short black hair with glasses) she sat us down asked us a bunch of questions and she assumed we did not want to put a down payment and told us this was not the place for us! We did not even get a chance she completely shut us down! She was very rude the way she talks to people! We definitely felt discriminated against, we would not recommend this place!

Used Car Salesman type of mentality. Liars, especially the owner and management. Short-fused, temperamental. If you buy from this company, expect issues. They are scumbags, plain and simple. If you do business with them and everything comes out okay, count yourself like. If ANYTHING goes wrong, YOU ARE SCREWED.

I get customers all the time buying mobile homes in Arizona.?!?.🤷🏻‍♂️ must mean theyre doing something right. To take a 10 Hour Drive to go to this place. Has to be worth the experience.
