Great selection of stores. Great for walking around too if the weather is under the 90s. Right next to the casino. I went to the casino and won what she spent at the outlets. Very clean shopping outlet stores and very nice store personnel. Masks required

Was here for the first time at Sunglass Hut it was a great experience being over here and a lot of people. Going on everyone was happy and doing shopping it has all kind of Major Brands like Nike Fila Adidas Reebok North Face Starbucks Columbia every clothing brand was there. Price is pretty competitive too. You have ample parking space around the premises and safe and secure. You have food coat to eat food over there .

Come here every other week to see what new deals they got. Really convenient and always have good parking. I go during the week day so it’s not crowded and I have the stores pretty much to myself at times. The stores are good and the main attractions are NIKE and Adidas from the foot traffic that goes in and out of those places.

My recent visit to the Phoenix Premium Outlets was fine. I expect the place to be busy and to have some time waiting to enter some stores.Still dealing with Covid-19, and the stores handled it well. That is what customers should expect and rates three stars for not disappointing me.I was not pleasantly surprised by any service or sales team treatment, so no added stars.

Saks 5th Ave is great for deals. Nike staff was amazing with correcting a receipt.

Good place to get sports and outdoors clothing. Nice people.

It’s an ok outlet but to say premium, not really impressed. This is a very small outlet. Alleys are narrow, restrooms limited, food court small with very limited choices. Stores/brand selections, not so many. Discounted prices, just ok and not bottom rock. Parking very limited on the sides.

Still a full 100% mask requirement a year and a half later. I could shop anywhere else without being nagged at every entrance. So, I left and will be. Used to be my favorite outlet, it’s a shame.

Good store selection, however, I dont think management cares much for cooling any of the public areas. Its warm as hell in the restrooms and eatery. Also, the eatery for options to grab food is not the best so dont come hungry.

A bit pricey. But very nice place.

Nice place to get great products. The walkways between stores are beautiful with lots of places to sit between stores which is nice if youre older like me.

This is an outside mall just off the I10, behind Wild Horse Pass Casino. The mall hours are listed as 10-9, but many stores seem to close at 7pm. The food court was still closed because of COVID19, but there was a Starbucks trailer that was open. i would suggest eating before you come, just in case. Lots of name brand places to shop. Some of the stores include Coach, Kate Spade, and Michael Kors. If you need shoes, there is Adidas, Reebok, Nike, Puma, and Sketchers along with some other shoe stores. There are sporting good stores, a Gap, and an Old Navy. Fun to walk around now that the weather is cooler. There are a couple of candy stores and a store full of hot sauce and other condiments. The public restrooms were open and there is lots of parking.

The Premium outlets is a outdoor type mall. On a beautiful day this is a great places bro be. Wonderful atmosphere. Birds fresh air. Great shopping and a variety of places to get a quick bite. Their is still a mask requirement to be in the stores. But thats a small price to pay for a healthy life. Stay safe.

Awesome savings can be found on premium clothes. The walking area will be shaded if you don’t go when the sun is directly above, makes for a nice stroll when it’s not hot as an oven outside.

Love this place. Nice atmosphere, ang a great selection of shops. Just wish the Le cruset shop was still there.

Not enough good sales to justify the drive

Pretty good.........most stores are open from 11am to 7pm.Plenty of my favorite stores....NICEEEEEEE little walk though...Looks like most Park close to their favorite store because by 12PM it was tooooooo hot.....To walk around too much but all of my favorite stores had very good bargains

We had a great time here. Its a nice shopping center with a lot I mean with almost everything you need! You just have to keep on looking if youre looking for a kinda cheap but branded item to shop. Glad we found some with our fave store! Well definitely go back here with a stroller next time for our baby so we can enjoy more. Love those giant cactus out there.

There is a Kiosk Stand out side in think the AE store there that sell the softest 2500 count sheets for only $25 to $30 they are awesome

We enjoyed shopping there. All major brands are there. Food court is not that good. Only couple of options.

Searched high and low for a pair of sneakers. Couldnt find anything that fit my specific needs. As I was leaving I saw the Reebok outlet and decided to check it out. This would make store #5. I have very particular feet. The first staff member I encountered offered her help and when she wasnt quite sure what I needed was gracious enough to find someone who did. That person was Raquel. She was informative, kind, helpful, and so friendly. She took the time and really listened to what I needed. If you hate shoe shopping because your feet are difficult, head over to the Reebok outlet and ask for Raquel you wont be disappointed.

During a trip to the United States about a year ago I visited friends in Phoenix. The outlet is located near the city within a relatively short drive. The atlet complex is organized and arranged with several parking lots near the shops. Unlike other outlets in the United States, the outlet in Phoenix is ​​relatively calm and empty. They require everyone to mask up even though its not required by law, the aldo store shows its there when its not. Management never answers the phone, its garbage and its ran by garbage management. Not to mention it’s difficult to drive to, you have to pass a casino. What a joke

Some of my favorite store are here, but I still think prices are a bit high. Apparently, though Torrid has a location there, dont consider themselves an outlet. In fact, I found things I could by on their website for the SAME price. It seemed a bit backwards.

What a bunch of wonderful places to shop all in a beautifully landscaped walkway. Great prices and we didnt have any problems with service anywhere. Also very convenient clean restroom area.

We just stopped by and got a pair of Nike shoes. We have been there before and there is a nice variety of stores. I do think that going on Monday afternoon is nice because it isnt too busy.

Clean (thanks to the staff), lots of parking, small food court with lots of seating, various name brand stores with amazing discounts AND next to the casino.. one of my favorite shopping plazas!Please keep this place clean and stop leaving your trash all over the parking lot! Not just this place, but anywhere. Always put your trash away properly.I cant believe how many people litter and are okay with it! Its truly sad and pathetic.

Very nice and clean outdoor mall. Lots of stores to choose from. I felt like all employees at the stores were nice and friendly. Big parking lot around the mall. Exiting off the highway you drive a couple of minutes around the casino to enter the parking lot of the mall. Follow the signs.

We took a drive from Arrowhead for something different. Was thrilled to see a CAbi outlet. Very nice store, great deals and the sales ladies were wonderful! Overall, a great mall to drive to and shop or just walk around.

Its too hot to enjoy the experience. Someone turn the sun down please.

Second time weve been here from out of town and was not disappointed. The only unfortunate part this time was a few stores were counting customers like Adidas, Nike,, and Coach and other stores (Michael Kohrs) allowed customers in/out freely. Wouldve loved to go into some but waiting lines were too long for the time we had available to be there.

So many things are closed, only two restaurants to even choose from with very little menu on them. Instead of feeling like a mall it felt like a funeral home.

Definitely the Phoenix Premium Outlet is the best place to visit but you definitely need a lot of money when you comes down to shopping

Shopping was good, but its extremely hot to walk between businesses.

Maybe it was becuase the weather was really hot.But honestly, I think most of the stores had boring clothes and there wasn’t much variety .The food court only had 2 restaurants open on a Saturday :/

If you are looking for an elegant and luxurious mall, this shopping mall is the best! It has a fine dining restaurant with a great landscape outside very festive feeling live bands are sometimes held even some concerts as well. We will come back and recommend the place to my friends and family!
