I was very specific when she asked me what I needed as I walked through the door. Same shoes I have on my feet now. What i didnt get was the help I needed in finding them. They are all the way down in the second bin from the end in this row. Left side or right side. She was more interested in chatting with her co-worker as I never found the shoes I wanted and the website clearly says they dont have any in stock in any stores near me. Went to the Skechers outlet right across from them instead due to poor service.

Large selection of all brands (adidas, sketchers, nike, puma, asics, vans and more) and they were very accomodating when i came back in for a 3rd pair which also gave me 10% off on the whole order. Friendly helpful staff!

Theres nothing about outlet, they have same prices like official web sites do. Just go for original outlets they are much more cheaper.

Store said they were open till 8pm. Drove from central Phoenix and arrived at the stores door at 7pm and doors were locked. They just lost our business to another shoe Store!

When they have their BOGOHalfoff sale, theyre about the same price as buying from the name brand outlets.

I dont think people understand what an outlet mall is, all of the outlet malls I have been too are store credit only with a return. I didnt have any issues here and I got some amazing deals. I would come back here again.

Went in to return shoes ordered online. Assistant manager was rude and lied. Said they couldnt accept returns from online orders even though I was told by the customer service that I could return them to ANY store. Argued with him for 20 minutes he was uncooperative and it was obvious he was lying . We left and returned the shoes at Chandler store. Manager was amazing it took 5 minutes no excuses.

Stopped in store looking for Toms brand. They do not carry, looked at other shoes but in my opinion they are overpriced on many of the items I looked at. Went across the concourse to another store.

Returned a pair of shoes that were worn 1 TIME! They said they could only issue store credit even though I had a valid receipt and purchased them 1 week ago, I still only got store credit.

Several brands can be obtained at one store, and shopping was able to be done efficiently. Especially if you do not stick to brand and latest model, it is very profitable.Of course its an outlet so lets check yourself for yourself before buying it. Because adhesive is protruding, sewing is obviously somewhat complicated.
