They have quality control practices in place and with their feedback it made my turn around job much easier and allowed me to focus on my biggest issues first.I bought a troubled 43 year old company in August of 2018. The parent company had already closed four branches and the Phoenix branch was destined to be next in the last four closures.I had a meeting with Jon Nuttall and his supervisor Jeff Smith and they shared a report card on the company I was buying. They were very complimentary where it was deserved and very direct and straight forward on the areas that were lacking. I found after buying the company that the problems they shared with me were accurate and was the problems with most of our customer base.I wish all customers were as nice to work with and give honest communications as Crafco.
